Ink Deskjet F4580 HP60 horizontal lines, tried all possible solutions

I have a HP Deskjet F4580 (old, I know) who has been sitting in my closet for about a year. I just bought a total amount of new ink for it (and probably paid more ink than the printer's worth), but while the black ink works fine, color ink does not work, send me white lines through the bands of color on every possible test or diagnostic page that I could possibly print. I cleaned the cartridges, clean the contacts, reset the printer, run the Print nozzle cleaning and run alignments. I'm on the tipping point of dreaming all violent means that I could possibly throw this printer in a way that would make the $75 I spent on ink is worth it. ALL suggestions are welcome, but I have all my scowering prowess tech past the internet for clues, so please do not suggest a forum search. What baffles me the most, is that since several cartridges do not work, I guess that the problem to be with the printer itself, but the black cartridge works fine.

I would say that the troubleshooting steps described in the paper here.  When you print a diagnostic page as on the solution six are there lines across the three colors in the same place?  If yes the problem is almost certainly an electrical contact between the printer and cartridge or a failure.  To remedy this, I suggest to clean the contacts of the cartridge and printer as shown in the document here.  (It is a different model, but the procedure is the same.)

If this does not resolve the issue please scan and post you printed the diagnosis page.  Black information serial number in line 11. privacy.

    I own a fuze 4 GB black with 2.03.31 firmware version.

    The screen went blank and will not change. All functions of the unit seems normal. I know that this problem has come up with many people and I lived all the pages on this forum about her.

    However, I formatted the "rocket" several times, demoted and updated the firmware (by the sansa updater and manually, both MSC and MTP), and still the problem remains.

    As you obvoiusly discovered lurking around the forum, there are many complaints of the "WSS" (white screen Syndrome) here. Some of the reasons & causes are known, some are not. Some are fixable, some are not.

    There is a user Forum. We have all the answers. Don't get me wrong; I'm glad you signed and welcome in the community. It's a good place and you can learn a lot by interacting with the others here, but...

    There comes a point where you have to call the Pros (in this case, a Support technique SanDisk) and let him handle it. If they cannot find a solution, they can get you set up with an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) and replace the unit for you if it is still under warranty.

    This, in my view, would be this time.

    Try creating a new profile as a test to check whether your profile is the source of the problems.

    There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

    If the new profile works then you can transfer files from the old profile to the new profile, but make sure not to copy corrupted files.

    Please make sure that you gave permission for the folders listed in the article, follow these steps.

    1 - give read and write permissions for the Application Support folder and preferably on User Library and the secret library.

    2 - Add user and admin both permissions.

    When you open the Get Info option for specific folder.

    Make sure you click on '+' symbol, it will open the list of user accounts. Add currently logged in user account and Director of user account, if it is not added.

    Both must have read and write to prevent access these some questions in the future.

    Important:

    Once you added as currently logged on user account and administrator user accounts and provided access for reading and writing.

    Make sure you click on the gear icon and select apply to closed.

    Lock dialog box and close the Get Info .

    So that all the folders in the folder Adobe will get read and write access.

    Horizontal lines across my screen all... This occurs during startup, in POST, on the login screen in SafeMode etc etc...

    Example 1:

    the PC will sometimes hang after POST, before starting Windows and occasionally asking me if I'd like to try to get it back, that does not solve the problem. If she manages to get to the standard login screen, after typing my password, the PC will crash.

    I just got my phone yesterday for my birthday, but my windows cannot detect, such a disappointment.

    I have a Windows 8.1 64-bit & there seems to be a problem with the configuration of the driver in Device Manager, when connected the phone emits a sound notification, but that's it no charge & no detection.

    I tried all solutions here, restart both devices, tried all the usb ports, Xperia companion cannot detect the phone of course.

    I tried to connect the phone to another Windows 7 32 bit & worked immediately, but I need to work on my own pc.

    I tried to install the driver manually by downloding of Sony, but when I chose the folder from Device Manager it finds all files.

    Check if the Biostar mother board model is compatible with Windows 8 by clicking on the link.

    Since you mentioned the problem on different versions of Windows 8. Either the card mother or graphics card is perhaps not compatible with Windows 8, or you must update the BIOS and drivers from the chipset.     I have recently switched to Firefox to Google Chrome, and I find that I can't open all PDFs from the web in some way in Firefox. I can't download them and open them in Adobe Reader and I can't preview them in Firefox, or I can use the plugin from Adobe. I tried to use the solutions posed by users on this site, but none of them have worked. Whenever I have an amendment to the settings to try to resolve this problem, change never allows me to view the pdf file, and the setting reverts to the previous setting after the browser is restarted. I don't like how to display the file, but I need to be be able to see a preview or I need to be able to download it.

    I use an adobe download add-on, 3.0.0.2, and I have disabled. Now, I can actually open pdf files in my browser shows a preview, or download them as I see fit. Thank you!

    I deleted the cache and cookies, scanned for malware (none found) tried to disable my anti-virus, block ad and other programs. That is, works very well with this site, but firefox will not load.     Sorry, I just realized that I can visit the page and this experience for me.

    The page contains a style rule display: no for the body that completely hides it. It is supposed to clear at one point, but obviously does not work.

    To make the content visible, you can run a small script in the console, or save it as a bookmarklet for easy access, but also you should post this on the site in case they have not noticed.

    The console method

    Open the web console of Firefox under the page using

    • CTRL + SHIFT + k
    • button '3-bar' menu > developer > Web Console
    • (menu bar) Tools > Web Developer > Web Console

    Then paste this script and press ENTER to run it. Then, you can close the console:
