Insert the media
How is my Dreamweaver doesn't have an option "insert media"?
It seems to me that you read books or tutorials that have been written for a much older version of the product.
CS6 (12.0) is now 8 versions behind current one - 2015 cc.
CS6 is now legacy software.

Original title: re install windows 8.1.
I have problems with my computer and want to re install windows 8.0. I had upgraded my computer windows 7 to windows 8 but can't update windows like systems to give me an error that it cannot find a file and he needs me to insert the media. I insert the windows disc 8, but the system indicates that it is not the correct information. He is looking for another disc? I created a recovery usb drive, but that doesn't seem to help. I feel that I have completely new install windows 8 but I am nervous of course think I mess up something. given that this computer was originally shipped with windows 7, I have to use the recovery discs I've done initially or is there a way to create new ones with the new windows 8?
Hello and welcome!
If you are using a CD to upgrade of Windows 8, then there not all reinstall the files included for a full Windows.
Your best option is to use the recovery partition on your hard disk or the recovery CD from your PC back to Windows 7. Then Windows 7 SP1 upgrade and get all updates. Then, move to Windows 8 again.

Hello
I have a Yoga pro 2.
I recently formatted my drive and got rid of all partitions. The reinstalled windows 8.
Everything worked well until I went into the bios and changed the legacy boot uefi support.
I get this is now pop up when I boot.
By default, lack of start-up or start-up device failed. Insert the recovery media and press a key. Then select "Boot Manager" to select a new device boot or boot recovery media.
I have no support from reccovery.
I tried to restart the mchine pressing F2, but I still get the same screen.
If I press on enter I then move the pop up to the Boot Manager when the list is empty, so I can't start any other readers because there is not to choose.
I don't know what else to do...
Help, please.

I'm trying to move from xp to windows 7. I spent all the requirement but she says to install the device driver required to access your hard drive, insert the installation media containing the driver files and then click OK. "what should I do? Where can I find the driver?
Guess he would seek software/drivers for the chipset MB
& sata/IDE controller software. Get the MB hardware specifications, go to the mfg
Web site & download the software and drivers. If intel, download the chipset installation
utility & install it 1. The other would be the SATA or / and drivers for the MB IDE
controllers, 'Matrix Storage console' would be the one, also chk for desktop
Internet downloads, amd, and other brand materials would be substantially the same.

Can someone help me right now, I am desperately wanted to complete this work. I left my computer hang for hours and hours. waiting for windows xp professional CD disk to copy and install.

DVD burner drive ignores the media inserted to Backing Up disc
I installed the Win7 Home Premium (32 bit) operating system on an HP Desktop running 4 GB of ram. I can't create a system or system repair disc image because the DVD writer (HP 740 b) does not recognize the media disc, I insert the burner when you are prompted. I insert a blank disc DVD - R new Sony, not formatted on most of the rehearsals, but spent the last three times on a DVD + R Verbatim disk with EXACTLY the same result. THE NE WILL NOT PREPARE THE DISK, IE DISC FORMATER. WHY? I welcome your thoughts and suggestions, but request that you read my question before I answer that I have several times and carefully followed the advice of Jack in charge of microsoft. Thank you. CR
Hi Creyn,
· What is the exact error message?
· What application you use to burn the DVD?
· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

Insert the Windows recovery or installation media to continue - Windows 8
I tried to reset my Windows 8 Asus SonicMaster S300c for a few days. It was installed with a Windows 8 operating system and had been upgraded to Windows 8. 1. I tried to use the update, reset and various other techniques found on the web that offers workarounds for this situation.
Having none of them does not work for me, I created an image of USB flash drive recovery, entered the box boot UEFI and loaded the prompt orders and formatted the disk C: (OS disk). I do not touch or change hidden partitions.
However, now that I'm booting from the disc Sandisk UEFI (my USB key), I get to the window 'Reset your PC' where he tells me to "insert the installer or Windows recovery media to continue. Of course, I have my recovery media inserted, the system can choose from two places, the hidden or the USB drive.
I tried to restore the USB key and the hidden partition and none worked. What can I do to retrieve Windows 8/8.1 on my computer. (And it is possible to install Windows 10 on this laptop?)
I finally solve my problem. I had to use a combination of various pages and links and articles help to help me sort. Ranging from the Dism to using CDBurnerXP and RUFUS DiskPart.
I wrote my experience with, hopefully sufficient instructions for a person to get there installed system.

Recovery procedure - if I insert the disc 2, it could not move forward
Hi guys.i you have a huge problem.
my hard drive broke down and I had to replace it.
I used the recovery thereafter cd, and it seemed work.but after a few minutes he said "insert CD 2".i did, and then he could not go ahead but said "' single user... something" I forgot the rest.and I had to cancel installation.i installed a friends windows but must register in 28 days. "
I want to use my recovery cd.how?
someone has an idea?Hi Phil
On this path, it is not easy to tell exactly what is happening. It will be interesting to know the complete error message. If you are using the original media provided with your device must avoid any problem, except the media are damaged.
Have you used the prior recovery CD?

Satellite P100 locks after inserting the DVD + RW disc
My P100 crashes after inserting the dvd + rw disc.
If I turn on the computer with the floppy disk in the drive (in general), it works.
I use the wrong type of dvd.
Can you advise?Hello
There are many different models of Satellite P100, and I think that the units were delivered with different drives.
But if the laptop came with DL reader so it should also could handle the DVD + RW.Does happen with different DVD + RW from different manufacturers?
I think that in the manual you will find a list with tested and compatible media that you can use.
This list, I found in the user manual on my satellite.
