Inspect remote WebView

Is there a way to remotely control a WebView? To change styles css etc, as how the Web Inspector works in the BlackBerry browser.

As much as I know there is nothing in the API, you must write them yourself.

  • Inspect the remote control does not work

I've got inspect edge upward and run OK with my Galaxy S2, when I browse my PC my S2 reflects what is on the screen so no problem.

I can not, however, get the distance inspection work.  I went in the Chrome Insepctor and deleted some HTML elements so it removes some elements of the screen on the PC, this is not reflected on the S2 however.  I use the trial version and am also connected to OK.

You have to do, or click on something special to get this working?

    See you soon... John

    Hi John,.

Looks like you're simply using Chrome Inspector and not our remote inspection function. To start using inspection remotely, open the Chrome extension dialog box inspect dashboard that contains your list of devices, and then click on the <> icon next to the device you want to examine. Should open a new browser window and you should see the DOM newspapers and your machine console there. You may need to click on the link to your device in the first page of this window.

FYI, a number of tabs will be empty due to the limitations of the tool that we use to do the inspection at a distance (weinre), but without a doubt, you should be able to see and modify the DOM on your device. The changes affect only the selected device, not all your devices or your computer.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions,

  • My devices are connected, but I don't see anything on my iPad

    Hi all

It seems that my devices are connected, I'm visible iPad and Chrome extension on my iPad, I can see my computer name in the upper central part of the dashboard app inspect. However, it is just black page. Nothing happens while I browse through the pages on my computer. What could; d be the problem? I am browsing of external pages. It would be a proxy issue?

    Thank you

    RK

And of course, I found answer to my other question ;-) When you click on 'inspection remotely' I didn't know that it opens in a new window - Weinre app with icon Edge inspect CC.

  • How can I preview the changes in HTML or CSS on the fly?

Can't see the files on my local machine? How can I see the changes in HTML or CSS, I'm doing with Chrome development tools?

    Thank you!

Inspect edge is designed to get an overview of your content with multiple mobile devices. Therefore, you can make synchronous Preview in your local computer as local machine cannot be coupled with the application.

Inspect dashboard provides a Weinre server in the cloud of Creative Adobe that offers the possibility of inspection remotely debug your content on the devices remotely.

  • Windows DPS problems

    Hello

We had prior experience with html/javascript on DPS. On IOS, we are able to debug this html/javascript using the safari browser default webdeveloper-safari for mac tools.

On android, we have not encountered problems with javascript and yet, the javascript engine is fairly mild.

A customer now wants to run an existing brochure DPS on a Tablet mobile windows because the Viewer is out on DPS. We have deviated from its first application because the viewer was relatively new and we had not found any way to debug the html and Js.

Anyone can join a method of HTML/JS debugging for windows mobile. I don't think he uses the same browser as OS because the html/js IE11 works quite well.

The only thing I didn't know was that the useragent of the browser is: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3;" ARM; Trident/7.0; Touch; MSAppHost/2.0; (RV:11.0) as the Gecko.

If you have more information about the html/js debugging of DPS on android, say.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for sharing. Here's the (very detailed) response of our developer:

This is mainly because IE in strict on security.

The problem is that the "work" page does not work as an iframe.  Tent Access window.frameElement throws an access denied error (in jQuery 1.10) window.frameElement just null when the page is loaded, not in an iframe, so why it works directly in the browser.

Downstream of this, jQuery is not defined.

The work page still works in a Web (tested via a simple test application) mode.

In short, it is a bug in jQuery for IE11 1.10.  Things to try would be jquery 1.10 patch, demotion to 1.9, etc...

A possible solution without hardening jquery is to run the iframe in an iframe, so that frameElement is owned by the same domain: it could prevent the exception.  Don't know what (if any) communications are needed between the parent page and the iframe, and if an intermediary which would make impossible (I don't think it would be fundamentally different).

Another solution is to have the Web mode be a remote webview in the folio, are not together the content inside.

  • cannot ping remote ip on ASA no firewall (VPN site to site on SAA) configired no proxy, icmp not inspect, no chance

    some help me

    (Q) ping remote ip unable on ASA is not Firewall not on pc (VPN site to site on SAA) configired no proxy, icmp not inspect, no chance

Note - I can ping PC but not the same subnet ip on ASA2 L3

    PC---> > ASA1 - ASA2<>

    Hi Matt,

Let me answer your question in two points:

    • You cannot ping an ASA on another interface other than the one where you are connected to the ASA of.

For example, ASA1 and ASA2 are connected through their interfaces 'outside '. ASA1 (or any other device on the external interface) can not ping/access ASA2 on his (ASA2) within the interface. The only time wherever this can be substituted is a tunnel VPN with the command "access management" configured for other interface, for example management-access inside

    • Traffic ASA1 ping to a remote client behind ASA2 won't over the VPN tunnel and as such is not encrypted. That's because ASA1 will forward traffic based on its routing table that probably this way through its 'outside' interface Except that traffic is allowed with the ASA2 (using the ACL), it will fail.

We can do on the routers of sourcing our ping to another interface, but it will not work on the SAA.

  • Apple remote no longer works on my Mac.

Works on apple remote and then all of a sudden he stops working.  If I restart the computer, it comes back but then stops on its own.  With the help of El Capitan and iTunes is up to date.

    Thank you

The basic test, which I think that you would have already done, would be to check & replace the battery.

    • How to replace the Apple Remote - Support Apple battery

There may be some settings regarding the remote (I have no experience with assistance) in OS X.

    old article:

A search can bring up to similar or somewhat the same kind of topic, if your situation

can be unique and have a cause other than others you can find online via a search.

While the battery would be a first thing to check, the remote control itself may be faulty. Or you

maybe see if a reset of the MSC could help somewhere on the computer, it works with.

An another reset which may or may not have something to do with the receiver in the Mac, is the following:

If your computer is still covered by an AppleCare agreement, you have the unit

tested & inspected to see if there is nothing wrong; and have it repaired. An Apple Store with

Genius bar should be able to (if you contact them before for suitable appointment time)

check and test the computer and the remote to see what is the problem. Genius:

While the least expensive, if defective, it's the battery; then the remote control. To troubleshoot all try.

  • Cannot see interface in mode of inspection inspection on CVS1458rt

    Nice day

I did a VBAI (with a custom interface inspection) inspection. The inspection runs on a CVS-1458RT and control interface must be visible on a touchscreen connected via VGA to the CVS. But on the screen connected to the CVS is only part of the visible control interface, the last image of acuired. But the control interface also controls and counter part, which are not visible. Even if the VBAI inspection is defined as a start and no other computer is connected remotely to the CVS (without remote) I can't see the interface of any inspection. What I did wrong? If remote control my RESUME while it is inspectiong I can see the interface all inspection on my computer screen and can change the values of the elements of order entry.

    Thanks in advance

  • How can I create a pause in my inspection so that I can change a setting on my DEGREE, and then resume with the rest of the inspection?

New to Labview and NI Vision in general here.

How can I create a pause in my inspection so that I can change a setting on my DEGREE, and then resume testing?

I want my inspection to execute algorithms on the acquisitions of two different images, where the break to change the settings of my DUT.  I thought that the breakpoint was working well when I'm in the configuration interface and I run the State, but it seems that when I run the inspection he jumps on the breakpoint and continues on the next stage of the inspection immediately.

Are you running Vision Builder AI on Windows or on a remote target? If you have a remote target, which?

On Windows, you can use a step of user input in the last tab of the Vision Builder AI tool palette.

It will display a dialog box that is paused the inspection until you click on a button.

  • Vision Builder HAVE: (Hex 0xFFFA960C) cannot open the record of inspection.

I HAV built an inspection in the generator of vision for automated inspection (the code, the image and inspection is provided in the attachment)
but my program cannot open the inspection is to launch an error: error-354804 occurred in VBAI Interface - open Inspection.vi.

I am using the NI 1742 smart camera and run the program on the remote target

I don't get the reason for this error.

    If smbdy can solve... Please...

I think the problem is that the path you specify is invalid for a goal of RT. On the RT, the 'path' should just be the name of the inspection. If you look at help for the VI open Inspection, it says to use the get target Inpections VI to see what paths for all controls are... sometimes the path is a name of numbers subsequent, though it may not be what you think.

    Hope this helps,

  • Traffic generated by router IOS inspect IPv6

I try to configure the IPv6 packets on a router 2911 deep inspection (IOS 15.1 (2) T5) but I'm not able to inspect the traffic generated by router. It is not an option "ipv6 inspect name xxxx udp router-traffic' as in IPv4. So I am unable to ping to the router to a remote host.

I could solve the problem of ping by simply adding a "permit any any icmp echo response" on my ACL, but I still can't access TCP or UDP based services (DNS, HTTP,...).

Anyone knows if it is possible to activate the traffic generated by IPv6 router, or is there another solution for this problem? If so, how can I do that?

    Partial configuration:

    ipv6 unicast-routing

    ipv6 inspect name SPI_DIALER1_OUT tcpipv6 inspect name SPI_DIALER1_OUT udpipv6 inspect name SPI_DIALER1_OUT icmpipv6 inspect name SPI_DIALER1_OUT ftp
    interface Dialer1 ipv6 inspect SPI_DIALER1_OUT out ipv6 traffic-filter acl6_dialer1_in in
ipv6 access-list acl6_dialer1_in sequence 10 permit icmp any any nd-ns sequence 20 permit icmp any any nd-na sequence 30 permit icmp any any router-advertisement sequence 40 permit icmp any any echo-reply deny ipv6 any any log

Former Cisco's IOS 'inspect' system has indeed been deprecated.  You should use zone based firewall now.

Here is the guide for the care of the IPv6 zone based firewall.

    http://www.Cisco.com/c/en/us/TD/docs/iOS-XML/iOS/sec_data_zbf/configuration/XE-3s/sec-data-ZBF-XE-book/sec-ZBF-IPv6.html

If you want to go at a faster speed for the area based ipv4 firewall, try to use my Config Wizard and copy the bits you need.

  • Remote source ImageView

    Hello
Is it possible to use the remote source to use ImageView component?
Currently, if I do the following:

    ImageView {
         imageSource: "http://www.some-url.com/pic.jpg
    }

    I get the following error:

"Unsupported scheme (http) used in url (http://www.some-url.com/pic.jpg). Image loading aborted."

    Thank you!

No, it is currently in the well road map.

A workaround is to use a WebView...

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/T5/native-development/image-view-from-the-Web/m-p/2570051#M46287

[Edit] Seeing this that I realize why @PhilipK has a ListView of WebView elements, it's my fault for suggesting this work around in the first place.

    Hello

Its propably because you do not have a DNS server configured for VPN users. Try this command:

     group-policy DfltGrpPolicy attributes dns-server value 8.8.8.8

  • Inspect the skinny

Hi, I'm under Callmanager behind version of Cisco ASA 8.0 (4), remote parties speaks well. The problem is that another application has recently added should run on tcp port 2000 (on a different ip address), and it is without work. I supossed it's because inspect skinny (active in the overall strategy). If this is true, I have to disable this feature in the default policy-map global_policy or it is a way to disable this feature only for traffic that I have, I need? How will this affect the phone?.

    Thank you

    Hello

    You can try the following:

    1. create an ACL for the traffic that you want to enable inspection of lean

    2. create the class map to match this traffic

    3. in world politics, take the skinny inspection out of the inspection_default class and add it to the class that we created in step 2.

    Cordially MJ
