  First of all, sorry for my English. I use windows pro 8.1 and I downloaded driver realtek here (6.0.1.7161)

  First problem: I am using a mobile headset - plug with 4 segments (plug PLUG) but it is not the job. Do not recognize the microphone. I have a splitter (1 x male jack Setero > 2 x female 4 pins) and it does not work too. I think it's a software problem. If I just plug a microphone, it's work.

  Second problem: I can not disable only the internal mic. If I disable this mic off at all (so internal and external too). Because don't separate the two micro.

  A microphone with a TRS (3 contacts) record is not supposed to work in a PLUG socket (4 contacts). The laptop could have the evil inside Jack. Contact technical support to report this problem.

  I see you try to get your iPhone to interface with the stereo in your car via Bluetooth.  For setting this up, please follow the steps below.

  If you use Bluetooth

  1. Consult the user manual of your car stereo to get the procedure to a Bluetooth device.
  2. On your iOS device, drag up to open Control Center, then press ontwice to turn on Bluetooth and turn it back on.
  3. Restart your iOS device.
  4. On your iOS device, Cancel the twinning of your car radio. On the screen of your car désapparier your iOS device and any other device. Restart your car and your iOS device, then pair and connect again.
  5. Update your iOS device.
  6. Install the updates to the firmware of your car radio.
  7. If you still not connect, contact Apple technical support.

  I understand that you have a problem with Bluetooth.  I suggest you The HP Support Assistant to ensure that all updates are done running. Here is a link to the driver for your system and software page. HP ENVY 17-j070ca Notebook PC drivers. You will need to select your OS that you did not give it and click Next.  Now click on the network. Download the driver appropriate for your system and install.  If the problem remains, open the device handle and right-click on the Bluetooth adapter. Uninstall, now scan the events for the hardware changes, this should install the latest driver for it.

  Thanks for the reply. But Jack mic works well. I need active Rec.playback. When I activate Jack mic and record playback device, then change to "currently unavailable".
