install failure

When you try to install a card Downloader, I get a message (the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.) How to enable Setup? (I am the administrator)

Suggestion only:

Temporarily disable (UAC) user account control. > Download map Downloader.

If it works, please make sure you turn the UAC.

How to disable the UAC...
Start button > Panel > column to the left, click on classic view > user accounts > click turn user account control on or turn off > uac prompt > the rest is self-explanatory.

Appreciate it really all thoughts on this issue, because it drives me crazy and apparently get worse...

I added 8 GB of RAM and an SSD Samsung 840 PRO in a Mac mini in 2011 about three years ago. At the time, the Fusion drive has just been introduced, and I found the online instructions to configure the combo HD SSD/existing as a Fusion player. After ironing out a few bugs, it worked perfectly (at least from the point of view of the user) for nearly three years. Significant speed increase, could handle more intensive applications of multiple users, etc.

Three weeks ago, I decided to do a clean install. I wanted to get rid of all accumulated waste, as well as some of the Notification Center widgets don't work properly. Immediately I noticed the startup time is longer, but once connected, all seemed well. Just moved old files to the new system from a Time Machine backup, and everything worked well. In disk utility, it looked as if the OS has created two discs as a Fusion player, so I left as what.

A week ago, I started notice stuttering in the downloaded movies in iTunes, which never happened before. Around the same time I started having the spinning beachball while running almost nothing: Safari with less than 10 tabs open (no video game), iTunes (inactive), Mail, etc... Impose anything. I performed first aid in disk utility and found no problem. I kept the activity monitor for the last 24 hours with nothing significant, other apps does not not showing the spinning ball.

I saw someone else evoke here EtreCheck, so I did that and got two red warnings:

    Macintosh HD (2) /: 621,05 go-go (295,75 free) - 31 errors

    Drive failure!

I guess at this point that OS X put in place the incorrect Fusion drive, causing conflicts... But I don't know what to do about this. I have several backups, so this isn't a problem.

This community is a great resource, thank you to everyone who adds. As I said, I'd like to advice for this...

I think it is obvious that you have a disk failure. Could be the SSD, HD, or both.

  • Some updates could not be installed: failure on the following security updates - KB974811 KB974556

Please help me solve this problem.  I have automatic updates set to say "updates are ready for your computer.  Click here to see these updates'; Here is the little yellow icon in the system tray low to the right of my screen.  What happens when I click on this icon is usually I then click 'express install' (and non-personalized) and then press "install".

My computer sometimes slows down a bit that it downloads / installs these updates and which can be quite a pain in the thigh because it effects everything that I'm working at the moment, and of course because you have to restart the computer.  I have external hard drives 4 or 5 so I to sequentially turn them off one at a time by ejecting them, turn off the computer and then start it back up and restart the hard drives.

In any case - I can never remember to "SOME UPDATES COULD NOT BE INSTALLED the SCREEN" so I'm at a loss to know what to do.  My computer is perpetually slow because the small yellow Update icon sits in the systray continually trying to draw attention to me and when I do the same thing continues to be time and again - failure!   I tried closing down my antivirus and windows firewall, but nothing helped.

your help would be much appreciated, either tell me how these updates to get the update of my systray icon, or to get updates of pit.

According to belarc Advisor - I am running:

Windows XP Media Center Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
    3.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4
cache of 16 kilobytes main memory
    secondary memory 2048 k-cached

    9 of Avira antivirus
SUPERAntiSpyware (although it is installation not not at the auto of the msconfig, so its off to the update)

    Thank you!!

I try to install this patch:

KB3135993 - a security update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 for WEPOS and POSReady 2009

one of our Windows XP POSReady boxes but as soon as the installation program starts, it does not immediately with the following text:

Installation was not successful, generic failure Trust 0x800B010B

Everything I've read so far is pointing to check the package with SignTool or disable my AV, but disable my AV makes no difference

I tried to use one of DotNet 3.5 SignTool to check the package in which he said that he managed, but the package still fails with the same error

  • INF install failure insufficient reason of system at the start of XP resources

I received the "low disk space" message for about a month and have been delete certain files and programs that I have no need or use for longer.  This morning when I booted my computer, I got the message that WIndows does not load my profile, then I clicked OK.  Later, I got the "install INF failure: reason for lack of resources system starting XP.»  Now, my profile is essentially empty, no documents, e-mail, etc.  I did click on start, then explore and found that my original profile with my name is still listed under all the users; However, there is another profile, which I suppose that Windows creates for me when I tried to start and I was told that my profile would not load, named Angie. "' Computer name ' (Angie.WRIGHTREEPERSONNEL).  Can I create a new profile and copy my original info in the news, or is it a solution for this?  I was on my laptop try Google and other search engines I could think to find an answer and could not find anything.  I deleted my temporary files and more space as well.  Also, tried to make the restoration of the system, but since my disk space is so low, that it has been disabled.  I now activated, but there is no restore point?  I need help!  Thank you for taking the time to read my question.  I work from home and have my computer. :(

  • How do you install el capitan after installed failure?

I downloaded and tried to install El Capitan on my Mac Mini he told me I didn't have enough disk space to install so I quit and tried to restart the installation. All attempts failed reboot or redownload the update. I do not see any place to just download the update and start from the new download. What should I do?

Do you have either deleted or moved one of your records in order to provide more space so that the installer has enough disk space to work properly?

  • VAIO gate install failure

I tried to upgrade my VPCEB390X with the release of the update of the VAIO gate (2010-11) and the installation does not work. At this point, VAIO gate works as well.

When I try to reinstall the original (as available on the sony site) for VAIO gate software, it does not work. I can't grab a functional version of this software.

    Can someone suggest strategies?

This happened to me, and I'm having this problem. I tried to install the files to the support page, but during the installation it says I should be running windows vista or windows 7, which I am.

  • HP 15-d035dx W8.1 of W7 Downgrade - Driver install failures (System requirements has not met)

    Users/HP, Hello fellow forum members

I just bought a new laptop from HP 15-d035dx like a beam from BestBuy. Preinstalled with OS Windows8.1 (my first time using it) and I immediately rejected and decided to install my copy of Windows 7 Pro. I took all necessary steps in the successful installation of Windows 7. Disable secure boot and allowing the traditional way. I cleaned my scores by own Diskpart. I got all the drivers I need for Windows 7 saved on a CD, knowing that my readers USB and WiFI don't work. I've only been able to install the drivers for the sound, mouse, and the internet. All else fails, then I went into the BIOS and I have very few options to tinker with and I noticed something. It indicates default OS is Win8.1 and my heart dropped. This means that everything I do is for absolutely nothing. But I don't take no for an answer. There must be a way to replace this question and get Windows 7 works perfectly without any problems.

    Hello:

Unfortunately, there is virtually no W7 drivers for this model.

Support page on the HP as for usb 3.0 are not good.

I contact HP technical support and report the problem to them.

I tried to help a few people find the drivers without result - watch others of the Lim for laptop and everything - including Intel.

Even the drivers I found on some of their sites are bad.

When you remove the drivers and review the installation information files and compare the ID's hardware supported by the driver, none of them matches the material ID's for your model devices.

Maybe one day they will be after the correct drivers, but for now, you're dead in the water on W7.

  • install failure: 650ti gtx on hp envy 700-074

I had enough psu 550w, but I don't see black screen just like I have enough psu...

650ti not compatible with win8 GTX? cuz it worked fine with win7

someone knows how to fix this?

    Hello:

Welcome to the unknown world of the W8 PC.

There are two bios settings, you will need to change when you install a nonstandard HP video card.

You need to remove your new card, so you have a screen to access your bios, change settings, install the new card, and you should be good to go.

You will get the next month.  The MSRT tool is not an update, it's just a unique analysis (it's a stand-alone version of antivirus that runs a single scan, and then deletes it).
