Install PES 10 existing on the new computer account

I currently have 10 PSE installed on my desktop. I recently bought a new laptop and want to install on this computer instead. How can I do this?

Ned, David,

Thank you very much for the quick responses. I think that I thought about it. I've uploaded my version of the Adobe Web site, so no disc. I found where I could go to my online order and re - install on my new computer. I'm doing this now.

Thank you once again.

  • How do we install standard Acrobat XI on the new computer?

I bought the standard program Acrobat XI and have it on a laptop who claimed the other day. After poking around the Adobe site for a few hours (using my new laptop, which came with Adobe Reader), I have not found the answer to what must be a very common question: how to install standard Acrobat XI on my new computer. Looks like it was a very secret process, is shared only with the billionaires and power users. I just want to use a program, I've bought and paid for. Thanks for any suggestions which could push me in the right direction. -Keith Christensen

In fact, since my computer crashed and I didn't have any backup program Acrobat XI, my fixed was to connect to my Adobe account and search. I had to dig a little, but when I clicked on my "history" of product purchases, he was there: a link to download the program. Using the original serial number (which I had saved in the cloud), the installation went without a hitch.

  • Lost my old laptop and want to install Creative Suite 6 on the new computer laptop, how can I do this?

I lost my phone awhile back and now have a new. I was wondering how I could install creative suite 6 on the new laptop when it does not disable it on the old laptop? I had not used my 2nd install either, so I was wondering if I could use the 2nd install with the same account? And if yes, how do I do that?

Yes, you could use the second installation.  Alternatively, you can contact Adobe Support by chat or phone and havce them take care of turning off for you.

  • Re-install all programs Microsoft on the new computer

I have currently a Dell XPS 8100 runs a copy retail of Windows 7 Pro that was purchased in the initial version of Windows 7.  I also have a full suite of purchased retail Office 2007programs.  I bought a new Dell XPS 8500, which comes with an OEM of Windows 7 Pro version.  I want to spend all on the new Microsoft computer programs, including the replacement of the OEM Win 7 program with the copy of the retail Win 7 in order to retain the rights/protection of future upgrade.  So, I want to erase hard drive of the XPS 8100 completely and give my wife that is running its own copies programs Win 7 Pro Microsoft 2010 retail and re - install the programs on the XPS 8100.  His old computer will then be wiped clean and donated to a charity.  What are the correct steps to accomplish all of this?

It is not the radiation process so you can just reinstall all the Microsoft products that are not an OEM license, you want. Microsoft monitor using a license and can block excessive use altogether.

If authentication fails after reinstall you will be able to call the center of authentication in order to confirm that the software has been uninstalled on the original system.

Dells come with a recovery partition to reinstall the system back to factory, including the recovery of applications and original drivers. This can be a bit of a sword with the junkware double-edged included but it is a simple exercise to uninstall everything before you add your own. After seeing the number of posts here from people who have deleted the recovery partition and regretted if possible this should be left. Disk space is so relatively inexpensive that now when I replaced my HARD drive in my Dell with a SSD I put aside the disk with the recovery partition future reintegration.

The only constraint placed on the OEM software is that it can be transferred to another computer or it can be the basis of upgrading the same licenses as full retail packs.

  • Cannot install CS and LR on the new computer.

I bought LR a year earlier and CS5 4 years ago, I just got a new computer and I tried to use my serial number to install it on my new computer.  I downloaded the trial version I read on this forum on my computer and the serial number was not valid.  I spent more than 4 1/2 hours online, chat with them and they are trying to tie in my screen to understand why I was unable to download and use my serial number.  I get disconnected on their part and now I have installed still nothing and I have no LR on my computer.  Is there anyway that I can talk to a live person?  My frustration level is very high.  I only lost a lot of time and got no where! I was unable to download any LR except CC, I tried using the cleaning tool to clear all stop and new start and that has not worked.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Difficult to re - install Acrobat Pro XI on the new computer after disabling it on the old.

I got XI of Acrobat Pro installed on a desktop running Windows 7.  Everything was fine, until I got a new desktop computer, faster (still under Windows 7) so I disabled Acrobat on my old computer, downloaded and installed the same version (Pro XI) on my new computer with the same serial number, and now it does not work.  I get a dialog box titled "serial number Upgrade.  Under the title it says ' serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer.

Below that, it tells me to choose one of the following products in a drop-down menu, but Acrobat Pro XI is not one of the selections!

Antlersrob he asks serial number previous version of Acrobat that you upgraded.  You can find your serial number registered under your account at http://www.adobe.com/.  You will find more details in your serial number to find fast - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

  • Can I install Adobe Acrobat 8 on the new computer laptop if it is not possible to deactivate on old PC?

I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional that I installed on my PC in 2007. My PC has renounced the shadow and the shop where took to a now destroyed the hard drive for me, so I can't disable the software before installing again on my new laptop which has Windows 8. The shop seem to have copied the file shortcut to the new laptop, but nothing else. Can I reinstall without disabling the previous software?

You may be able to make it work. If you have a 64 bit system, as many are today, then you may have more trouble.

If you need to adjust the activation, it is something that must be done with Adobe directly. Two facilities are generally licensed for every copy of Acrobat you have, so you can have a left.

Suppose you manage the installation. The first step is to install the updates (especially for a 64-bit system). You may be able to make updates in the Help menu (assuming that Acrobat opens). If you need to install manually, go to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows and install updates in the order. To download from the most recent backwards, because each update tells you the previous update required for installation. In general, just restart after the update.

To test your system, first check the features of Acrobat and Distiller programs by selecting from the menu of programs (or the Metro interface). If you have a PS file available, check the processing of this file by Distiller to check on the creation of PDF files. Then, try to print from an application to the Adobe PDF printer. If it works, fine. If this is not the case, try a print to a file and open the file in Distiller to create a PDF file. If the printing process is running, then try to WORD or other product of MS that could have the PDF Maker inside. See if you can create a PDF from this application. The only way to know for sure to try it. Adobe does not certify AA8 for Win7 or Win8 as it was not tested. For Win7, several people have reported success.
