  I just got a new computer which has Windows 7 as operating system, previously using Win XP.  I have the original installation disc, but when I try to install my HP Photosmart 3210xi printer, it tells me that it is incompatible with my operating system.  How do I overcome this?  BTW, I can just plug in the printer and it will work, but of course I want to install it so I can use the scanner program and others.  I am not a novice, but I'm not a computer programmer that so keep that in mind!

  You don't need to install CS3 at all - unless you really want to. All that is needed is CS6 installing. It will ask you a serial qualification in the upgrade process. If you offer your activations, then call support, otherwise there is no requirement for this.

  Doing some research, I realize that there is a problem when computers are upgraded to Snow Leopard and Lightroom 2.  The solution that I read was to download the update to LR.  But what happens if I bought a new computer with snow leopard and the download of the update I did no good because I can't get the original LR 2 on the computer?
