Installation of Gobi 5000 EM7355
Hello
There are two wire antennas in T440P, but three connectors on the card:
1 MAIN
2. THE GPS
3. TO THE
It is clear that only one wire goes to the HAND, but where will the secondwire?
According to the scheme of the installation, you can do both?
But what is the difference?
Thnaks for the support!
Hello
Plug the antenna cable red MAIN marked on the map, and the blue wire into the Jack labeled auxiliary Jack marked GPS is for active (!) Antenna GPS, computer laptop doesn't have it. That jack could have a voltage (according to internal settings), so if you will connect to any cable normal antenna, modem will be broken because of the short circuit.
Let me ask you: you're Georgia location in reality? Where you plan to use em7355 and what types of networks?

Other drivers for 2014 X 1 carbon GOBI 5000?
I noticed a few other discussions about the card WWAN 5000 GOBI on 2014 X 1 carbon machines, so I know that I'm not the only one with questions... I have two new X1s (two 20A 7), one with a GOBI Verizon 5000 and another with a GOBI AT & T 5000. The Verizon card installs very well and is working, no problem there. AT & T has in turn map: not presented all the Device Manager, presented as an 'unknown' object and now after uninstalling the driver, in removing the card, restart, re-install the card, etc., the driver package installs successfully, but the map appears under ports such as COM4. The description is correct - system sees it as a «Sierra Wireless EM7355...» ». Of course, Mobile Broadband Activation does not see the card and therefore will not work.
In another thread, someone suggested they could get their hands on an older driver package that has been installed successfully. hope to get a link? Or, better yet, a update driver current?
welch_pm,
follow the page below:
http://support.Lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?docid=HT081505This is the activation of Gobi 5000 at Verizon Wireless, but there is a chance the reason for your problem is the same - it is necessary to change some parameters of internal modem. Make sure that the values of DAFAULTIMAGE is 2, USBCOMP is 14

hsleviant, son of WWAN antenna you saw inside the laptop already had need of coaxial connectors for the wwan card. Just fit the card and carefully connect the wires.

purchase WWAN on the ThinkPad X 230
Hello
my laptop is x 230 and I intend to buy a wwan card.
I found that gobi 3000 is compatible with my laptop.
But what I want to know is "the gobi 5000 can be used in x 230?
Thank you
Hello
No, Gobi 5000 and Sierra em/mc7345 cards are not compatible (unlicensed) with x 230.
Gobi 3000 (mc8355), Ericsson F5521/H5321, mc7700/10/50 of the Sierra with Lenovo FRU p/n appear in the compatibility list, depending on the type of network you need.

Hello
Tips you can what's the difference between single Intel 7260BN broadband wireless with Bluetooth &
Sierra Wireless 7355 - Gobi 5000?
I would be appreciated in order my W540.
Thank you.
Well, both are different things.
The Wi - Fi adapter connects around Wi - Fi hotspots such as a router in your home or office, or coffee.
The 3G adapter connects to mobile phone networks and requires an active SIM card with a data plan to use.

Cisco features ISE and license terms
Hello
We design a wireless solution of comments for a customer who has offices across the country
The requirements are
1. custom service to each office. Captive portal should be adapted to each office. I plan to do with names/AP-card and apply a filtering rule based on AP-name/location. There are about 25 locations. Maybe I need to design 25 portals based on location.
2 solution must support about 1500 guest users.
3 auto & paid ads must be supported.
4. username & password by Email/mobile.
What type of license I need? Need me a license any policy with license comments to 1500 people? Do I need a license of advertising?
I looked at the price of licenses. they are very expensive. I don't know if I'm doing one any mistake or not.
Thank you
Hi Karsten, you are right. I should have responded more clearly.
ISE Express by itself comes with 150 licenses. You can add the Basic, Plus, or licenses Apex "à la carte" for an ISE express installation - up to 5000 total licenses. However, those who are normal full cost ISE licensing.
You'd still have the limitation of the original ISE Express Server (site unique deployment only, and may not participate in a larger deployment of ISE or cannot be combined with another device of ISE for high availability) unless you need to upgrade to the version no Express using the Reference R-ISE-GST-UPG-K9.
The original poster, ISE Express (or same ISE evaluation license) would be a good point of entry to a show or a concept of the trial to see whether the product meets the requirements.

MATH SQL client access licenses
Hello
I have a chart with lines more million. In this table, I have a lot of members associated with 60-70 facility_names.
Unique index is on CMPNY, FNAME, M_ID MONTHS.
Below, I have some EXAMPLES OF 3 facilities, ADIOS DAOMATO, NADA CAPETOWN and NADA NEW DIAMONDS.
These companies have two different contract.
For example, NADA CAPETOWN & NADA NEW DIAMOND
-As soon as total Amount_1 CDA for a member associated with above facilities will more $2,000 and total Amount_2 passes over $4000, installation gets insurance protection for 90% of the sum, he surpassed in each categories.
In example below, M0001 of NADA CAPETOWN, CDA AMOUNT_1 total more than $2,000 to 1 October 2009 (total $2160), installation gets recoveries of $144 ((2160-2000) * 90%).
Similarly, in November 1, 2009, total of CDA is $2180 and installation gets recoveries of $18 ((2180-2160) * 90%). I subtracted $2160 because installation has already received $144 for having exceeded $160, more than 2000 back on October 1, 2009.
Very similar, total if Amount_2 CDA exceeds 4000, TI $ receives 90% of the amount after $4000. (the calculations are the same as above)
The column of recoveries should summarize recoveries exceed amount_1 and amount_2 per month.
During this time,.
ADIOS DAOMATO has a different contract. When single member of this facility (CDA AMOUNT_1 + AMOUNT_2 CDA) is greater than 5000, the plant recovers 90%.
In the case of sum CDA Member Unique of ADIOS DAOMATO of AMOUNT_1 & AMOUNT_2 (combined) will more than $5,000, then installation gets insurance protection for 90% of the amount it exceeded.
In the example below, total ADIOS DAOMATO CDA exceeds $5,000 to $ 20 (total YTD $ 5020) on January 1, 2009, so installation retrieves ((5590-5000$) * 90%) = $531. After months of November 1, 2009, $270 (90 $ + $180) added more than $5,000, so installation recoveres ((5860 $-$5590) * 90%) = $243... Similar calculation for every month.
* I don't mind saw these two distinct processes. Please note that the calculation of recoveries ($) are by a single member of the installation by month/year, but the result should be to ease a month. So far I have annually. But I really need every month for financials.*
Purpose: I need to know what level of insurance protection the installation receives monthly.
For the duration of the contract 1 the Reisurance Total must be entered in the column "RECOVERIES" (COLLECTIONS of REINSURANCE OF AMOUNT_1 + the RECOVERIES of REINSURANCE OF AMOUNT_2).
For the duration of the contract 2, there is only 1 recovery mode.
As the I mentioned, that's a CALCULATION for a YEAR when the year changes, everything resets all members. *
_ I would greatly appreciate your help. _

I give the floor:

Vise to install 1008:9,-5000 access denied error installation Vocalizer for Logic 9
I get the error:
1008:9,-5000 access denied error
As I am installing of Sonivox Vocalizer. It is a plugin for Logic 9.
I traced down on the threads here that it's a common problem with the vise Installer application that many use to install their software, so they do not install for the same reason. Apparently the cause of changes in security in mac OS.
How manually set privileges TEMPORARILY so that I can get this software to be installed from the installation disc?
P.S. I already do not clean install (only admin), updated, then disk utility used to repair permissions and that it was not fixed.
The system version: OS X 10.9.5 (13F1712)
Kernel version: Darwin 13.4.0
Model name: MacBook Pro
Model identifier: MacBookPro11, 3
Processor name: Intel Core i7
Processor speed: 2.8 GHz
Number of processors: 1
Total number of Cores: 4
(By heart) L2 Cache: 256 KB
L3 Cache: 6 MB
Memory: 16 GB
Only suggestion I've seen who could work is to understand what files they are manually and selectively instal time machine. Don't know what files choose so what makes a very hit or miss solution and I would rather understand how to change the permissions.
Emailed to Sonivox support more than a week: no answer, so I post here.

Reset user - file property See post by Linc Davis
You may need to restore the permissions on your user account. To do this, start on your recovery partition (hold down the command and R during startup) and open Terminal from the Utilities menu. In the Terminal, type: 'resetpassword' (without the), press return, and then select the admin user. You do not have to reset your password. Click the icon of your Mac hard drive at the top. In the list box below, select the user account that has problems. At the bottom of the window, you will see a box labeled restore Home Directory permissions and ACLs. Click the button to reset there. The process takes a few minutes. When you're finished, restart.

Error message: Microsoft HD-5000 is not in need. INF installation Webcam
Webcam installation problems
Hello
I am trying to install a webcam on my Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I think I should also mention that I bought this laptop from a friend, a year or two ago, and I decided to reformat it for Windows Vista Home Premium a month ago. Back to the problem. I load the installation disc and everything installs until the time of the pilot. When it starts to install the driver, it encounters an error. He said to me (as for example Microsoft HD-5000 webcam) "Microsoft HD-5000 is not in need. INF' or something in that sense. This message has jumped to 3 different webcams I tried to install. I even went further and purchased the HD-6000 for notebooks and still does not work.
-J' have tried going to the manufacturer's website and install the latest version of the software and still the same problem.
-J' also tried to go to Device Manager and trying to update the driver. and still the same message.
-J' even tried to find the driver I install and same thing.
Someone help me please install this webcam! I try to webcam friend which is 800 miles!
Please someone HELP!
Hi Kosh Vorlon,
1. What is the version of the operating system installed on your computer (32 or 64 bit)?
2. have you checked the webcam on another Windows Vista computer?
3. you get error codes?
Step 1: First of all, try to check the webcam on another computer and check if it works.
Step 2: You can also try a create a new user account and check if you can connect:

Installation failure Esx3.5 on AMD 5000 after the 78% of the installation
Hai guys Iam insatalling Esx 3.5 on workstation 3.5 with processor AMD Athlon 5000, but in the middle of the installation download the followingerror. IAM gives 70 GB of hard drive space. (There was a Setup error pegasus - 2.5 - 557926.) This may indicate the failure of a support, lack of disk space and/or equipment problems.this is a fatal error and your installation will be interrupted.
Please check your and try to reinstall)
Press the OK button to rebbot your system
Please help
Try to write the ESX on a new CD/DVD download or re-download the file and run an MD5 checker against downloading to make sure it fell intact. I use MD5Deep at http://www.md5deep.com.My experience with the problem you are experiencing is the media CD/DVD is bad or the download does not come down intact (or your CD/DVD drive is bad or the CD/DVD cable is bad).

Original title: Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 install problem
I have a LG S1 Pro Express dual computer with vista sp2. My Bluetooth Notebook mouse 5000 can be coupled to my computer, but after pairing, it will say "Device Bluetooth HID - ready to use" and "unidentified - device failed. It then opens a window saying "problem of installing the software driver for the device - driver for this device is missing a necessary entry.» Maybe it's because the file INF was written for windows 95 or later. »
I checked some things here and read about intellipoint 7.x and installed but it still does not work. This used to work before mouse
HelloThe drivers that you try to install seems to be corrupted. Let us fisrt remove all traces of the software driver for this device in the Device Manager and then install the drivers from the manufacturer's Web site.Step 1.You can uninstall the audio drivers completely from the Device Manager and re-install from the manufacturer's Web site.
I would also recommend to check if there are Windows updates for this device.Step 2.Here is the link to download the latest drivers.
http://www.Microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=MK
Select the type of product like "Mouse" and select the product as "Notebook Optical Mouse" and your version of operating system and the language of the operating system.

Drivers Yamaha AC - XG disabled after upgrading XP on 5000-104
After update to the last version of Win XP Home Editionon my Satellite 5000-104, Windows disables the Yamaha AC - XG WDM sound card drivers because they cause to become unstable. I deleted the drivers on my machine and tried to download the latest drivers from the Toshiba Site 05/01. Download, they fail to install. I guess that there must be the most recent? All the patches?
Hello
I found two drivers on the Toshiba site. A 20.11.01 (5.12.01.3141) and another of 14.01.05 (6.13.10.2152). You must use the most recent driver one.
As far as I know it of only necessary to launch the setup.exe file. But if it doesn't work you can try another method of installation.
Go to the Device Manager and then Sound, video controller, and games. It is a right click on the Audio Codecs and update the driver. The source of the driver is the download location.Good bye

Start a 5000-204 Satellite USB stick drive
I have the following problem.
I have a little old and obsolete toshiba laptop Satellite 5000-204 who crossed thousands of problems latelty.
I want to restore its original root formatting software and reinstalling all OS with the recovery cd.And start problems here: my DVD/CD-RW drive is broken, and it's just deas not read no matter what cd more... so I was wondering if it is possible to work around this limitation in my system and gt to install the OS to return in another way...
Any advice on how to get my laptop back in action?
Thank you
AndreaWell, booting from the USB key is not possible.
The BIOS doesn't support such possibility of starting. What you could do is to remove the laptop HARD drive and was able to connect to another computer through USB.
Format the HARD drive, then make two partitions the two FAT32.
Copy the folder I386 from your CD to install XP on the second partition.
Start the installation calling winnt.exe.
Install XP on the partition of frist.
After the installation is complete, you can use the XP "convert.exe" command to change FAT32 to NTFS partitions. Run "convert.exe /?' in a DOS window to get the correct settings"This procedure should help to reinstall Win XP on the HARD disk without using the CD/DVD drive
