I get an error message saying he moved to 43%. The has (7) of the error, but I can't seem to get any other information. I have tried turning firewall off but no help. This is the first time iv used no software know how editing to get lightroom on my laptop. Can anyone help?

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. It will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition.
If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.
Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.
In case it is not signing in successfully, please try the following:
I do not know what operating system, you work on so I give you a few steps windows and MAC:
Windows:
In windows 7 go to the following location:
/ Windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
On Windows XP, go to the following location:
\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file
4. try to launch again any product of CC

Lightroom missing compared to the Creative clouds
I've been using the photograph of the creative cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom + other stuff) since December. Works very well. Suddenly, however, Lightroom does not appear in the list of applications installed or available, despite the fact that it is installed and is functioning normally. The computer is a MacBook Air 2012, 4 GB of RAM, lots of disk space. My concern is that I don't get Lightroom updates.

Download normally up to 90 per cent, then rest indefinitely on 90 percent. After creative cloud restarts, download status goes to "undo...". "and stay like that forever. Was slaughtered like this for three days now...

I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code. And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac). I have a purchased version of PS CS6 on my PC. I recently started the creative cloud that recognizes my existing installation, but do not have extended and will not install the extended service. Should I uninstall my version of purchsed?
The installation program does not Lightroom. OK for now until I need to update.

While we are still investigating this matter, we suggest that you re start the creative cloud and CoreSync process. This can be done manually in the activity on the Mac monitor or the Windows Task Manager. A reboot of the system would also do the same thing.
We hope by doing this, your data which has been ransacked locally will then be re synced from creative clouds and return your synchronization to a normal state.

How can I delete a file (asset) compared to the creative clouds.
I've seen several answers to this question, but so far none have allowed. It says to click on the "Trash" icon, but I don't see an icon to the trash. We told to go to the creative cloud in the Finder, but I don't have a creative cloud in the finder. I see 5 files in my creative cloud and I want to replace all. Help, please.
OK, I thought about it. I'm sorry. I had to move the files in the Archive. The Archive is where the trash icon appears. Once in the Archive, I could select them and then click the trash can icon.
