  I want to install in the same VM Excel2007 and Access2003. For this, I have two sets of construction with thinapp 4.6.

  The first time I installed a package everything works fine, but with the second package appears this message:

  I tried to change the MSIUpgradeCode and MSIProductCode in the file package.ini project Access2003 but when I try to build it pops up this message:

  In fact the productcode or upgradecode must be equal between the two (excel and access are different products). And change the guid in the hand should not be a problem, so it is unique on this system.

  There are three GUIDS in a msi:

  Package code - to identify the package if even a few msi changes should therefore package code

  Product code - to identify the product

  Upgrade Code - to identify a set of products (during the upgrade, you can use several codes upgrade to upgrade)

  The error you get seems to be with package code in the upgrade version min table is not defined (or exceeds then the current version).

  In addition, your Installer registry keys may be dirty, check the entries in HKCU and HKLM. You could have some leftovers with the same product Code, or try to use a dirty/profile machine.

• My photosmart hp more b210 lost connection for scanning. I can print.

  My B210 worked well for a while, then it will print any more. Finally I tried to check everything reinstalled the software and configure everything again. It now prints but the scanning program cannot find the printer.

  Not a good day. Windows has not been restored. I received a message that a file was blocking it - probably an anti virus file. I have uninstall Bitdefender using their uninstall process. Same thing, so I gave up on it and I tried the scanner with no luck. I think I'll give that as long as we can use another computer, even if it's down the stairs, unless I move the B210. It still prints.

  I'm still waiting for Bitdefender to send me a new access key, so I can reinstall Bitdefender.

  I've taken enough of your time and mine. I'm going to end this now and not spend more time on it. Thanks again for your help, even if nothing has worked. Something has changed on this computer and I can never find.

  I can't print on my HP Photosmart Plus b210. I am alone in my house that cannot be used. I am the only user of Mac at home.

  I started having problems since I changed my modem. I called HP support and they helped me with some instructions and a few updates, I had to download. I can print but is a big fight with the printer each time I try. I turn it works several times until my computer recognize it. Then I can print it, but when I want to use it for a second time with the printer connection is lost. The same problem trying to analyze.

  If you are using Snow Leopard or Lion and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and had the software HP on your Mac before you upgrade - even if you made a standard from the old software uninstaller or installed new software on top of it) , you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt Cmd and click on uninstall< scrubber="">
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Restart your Mac

  Now reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
  -Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  • Register to reinstall
  • and ran this ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software4/COL9076/oj-24444-2/AccessDeniedUtility_1_3_4.exe

  reinstalled the software but instead to use easy installation has made a breakthrough and only installed the necessary software, once it succeeded I then ran the entire upward and installed other software.

• HP Photosmart more B210 not selected

  With my HP Photosmart more B210 printer, I accidentally not selected as the default printer.  I followed the video instructions to select this option to return, but he would not choose and instead, was a symbol of "troubleshooting."  There is no problems identified through troubleshooting.  I tried deslecting all other options down the left and always the symbol of "Troubleshooting" stayed.  When I tried to go to a frame earlier, the PH site says that there is no previous setting.

  At this point, I would say select you "remove device", then disconnect the USB cable.  Download the full driver recommended from HP here and reinstall the printer.  Do not reconnect the USB up to be instructed by the installer.

  I understand that your printing language has been changed.  I would like to try the following steps.  Let me know how it goes.

  To set your language and country/region
  1. on the home screen, press the right arrow to view more options.
  2. press Setup.
  3. touch preferences.
  4. press on the desired language.
  5. press on the down arrow to scroll through the languages. When the language you
  want to use appears, press on this language.
  6. When prompted, tap Yes to confirm your selection.
  The Preferences menu reappears.
  7. press set country/region.
  8. press on the down arrow to scroll through the countries/regions. When the country.
  region you want appears, touch this country / region.
  9. When prompted, tap Yes to confirm your selection.

  Found a workaround.  The problem is that, before the 7695070 patch is applied, the installation program backup directory/apps/fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/jdk in /apps/fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/jdk_backup_existing_version, but then it clears. / jdk - the patch fails because it can't find it.  I had to rename the directory of the jdk for jdk2, and as soon as it gets deleted quickly and rename jdk2 jdk.  Then he applies the patches without problem.  A symbolic link would do the same thing.
