Installation of update error

Whenever I try to open the creative cloud it starts to install an update, but then when it reaches 2% it says "try to connect to the server...". "in red letters below the loading bar. Anyone know why this is happening?

  • No sound on Internet

    I have no sound coming from ie or chrome on any page. The sound on the laptop is fine if I play an mp3. I checked the mixer and everything is high and reactivated. I check the internet options for multi media.  I have not changed the registry. I am r
