  I brought the photoshop element 13 for windows by chance that I wanted it for a MAC, Adobe who have sorted out and gave me a new set of code for the MAC, but I do not see where or how do I install code etc. as none of the links in the old emails and not the most recent links of them confirming the change of Portal work, and if I go on my account to do my downloads there is only the one for Mac WINDOWS not...  Help...

  I have my uncle gav a photoshop Elements 14 and said, ok, just install it and all is well.

  but after installtion, it gets the error:

  MSVCR120. DLL is missing, please reinstall the software.

  I supported this reinstall on Teamviewer, but the error is still there.

  I also installed files Redistribution of Microsoft for 64 and 32 bits, but the error remains the same.

  The system is Windows 7 64 bit - 4 GB of RAM

  So can you help me here somehow. Problem is that the Photoshop components 14 is brand new and there is no results when you do a Google search on this error.

  Hi people,

  problem is solved,

  After re install Photoshop elements 14 a couple of times and also install the redistribution of files from Microsoft to have the required DLLs in the right directories.

  Then we checked the Panel to uninstall software system.

  We saw a couple of entries doubled installed redistribution files.

  It seems that reinstall adds an additional instance to your Windows System.

  So we have uninstalled the 2 not needed to proceedings

  A reboot and it works.

  So I hope that this information will help you too.

  So, when you get the error Ms... DLL is missing, check your system control panel to uninstall the software. If there is more than one entry for redistribution files (Microsoft Visual Studio 2012,2013... Libs). Get rid of duplicate entries, and then it should work.

  For the third time... I'm unable to install Photoshop elements 11.  There is a loop about Roxio Burn E:.  These files are in use... and need to update.  When I "click" the file in the dialog... is highligted. I click on continue... the same message appears.  There is a line.  How can I fix it?

  Nicholas, I recommend to review your log files to determine the exact problems you are facing.  Please see Troubleshooting installation using newspapers | Elements - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/troubleshoot-install-using-logs-elements.html for more information on how to locate and interpret log files.

  You can also try to remove Roxio software you have installed if it is in conflict.  Please make sure that you always have good available installation files in the case where you need to reinstall the software at a later date.

  I need to install photoshop on a school computer. I found that it is imposible to install CC Online because the computer blocks installs online. So what I did to make a portable version of photoshop at home in school. I doint need to install the version, so it worked better. But I was never able to operate fully. When I launched the app it told me that the comoputer did not allow registry editing, and it wouldn't do me gives error 16. So my question is that if there is no way out I cloud go progressive to do work on a computer, that I can not change the registry, or something important, perhaps do work only from the USB key or hard drive.

  I got the combo of Adobe Photoshop elements 12 and first elements 12 pack this Christmas. I started to install the cd on my computer and entered the serial number for Photoshop. Midway during the installation of Photoshop elements 12, my computer froze. I canceled the installation and rebooted my computer.
