Installation problems - HP LaserJet Pro M1132 (Windows XP)

Hello. I have a problem. When I install drivers of CD in the "before installing the drivers' appears the window with the inscription:

"Cannot install the printer. Follow these steps when you click "close".

(1) make sure that the USB cable is disconnected from the printer

(2) turn the printer off, then turn it on.

(3) Re-run Setup from the CD-ROM."

What to do in this situation?

PS Sorry for my bad English

I've already decided my problem yesterday. The problem was the antivirus. Thank you!

  • Where can I find the drivers and software for the LaserJet Pro M1132 MFP on Mac OS Mountain Lion?

    Hello

According to http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01664444 it doesn't seem to be a software and drivers for the LaserJet Pro M1132 MFP.

    When will they be available?

I read in http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03427752 that "today, a solution for your printer is not available for the Mountain Lion. However, an update of the driver will be available in fall 2012 . "Since it's already winter 2012, a solution will be available before January 2013?

    Thank you.

    Hi Chun Pong,

Seems to download the software I mentioned before has been deleted. This means that a new driver will be downloaded.

Please visit the site from time to time if a new software is available. I'll keep an eye as well and provide an update here, if the new software can be downloaded. It may take a few days.

I have a problem with the installation of my printer HP laserjet pro 200.

    My laptop is a 8.1 64-bit Windows.

I use the latest installation files downloaded on HP - com.

When the installation guide asks for the USB connection between the computer laptop and printer, the installation will stop.

Pilot routes are installed, but nothing happends.

The 'next' button is grayed out.

Hi X-23 and thank you for your tip.

I also contacted the HP Support by phone. They told me to use HP Smart Install instead of run the installation from the installation files.

I turned off the printer and it started with the USB cable connected to my laptop. HP Smart installed is presented as a device (disk) to explore. I have successfully installed the printer to the reader.

  • HP LaserJet Pro P1102w: HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Windows 10 drivers

    Hello

Windows 10 is coming and I was wondering that Laserjet Pro P1102w will have 10 windows drivers? The printer is currently connected to the wireless network.

    -Marko-

    Hi Dylan & Markom80,

as sabertooth04 pointed out, goto HP.com and plug-in here the name of your printer to find your product and the software driver; You should see a Windows 10 listing of the printer.

The key here (as in the software updates) is to use the latest version of the software from hp.com and avoid using the original shipped with the printer CD.

    Good luck

  • installation problem first cc pro

I installed the first cc pro with creative cloud. But the 1st time it appeared that it was installed but I couldn't find any trace of her instead of Panel and creative cloud. And normally, after the download and installation of cloud creative shows an option 'open', but he does not show something rather than updated (-_-). So I uninstalled and installed again. But the same problem. I really don't understand if I can find a software installed in the Panel, then why is not in the folder 'program files '? and why I find even not in the start menu? ( -_- ) !

    Thanks in advance

  • installation problem of alpha Centauri on windows vista

I'm unable to install alpha Centauri on vista

I run the installer, but nothing happens

    Hello
Do you have an error message when you try to install?

There is currently no information about compatibility with Windows Vista to alpha centauri. It may or may not be compatible with Windows Vista. Clickhere to check.
However, you can follow the steps and check:
    Step 1:
You can try to right click on the file setup.exe and "run as Administrator".

    Step 2:
If worked well in Windows XP, I suggest that you run alpha centauri in Windows compatibility mode .

If it still does not work, I would say that you contact the manufacturer of the game for a better support.

  • LaserJet 4050: Problem install Laserjet 4050 in Windows 10 x 64

I installed upd pcl5 - x 64 - 5.9.0.18326.exe that has worked before on 7 & 10 64-bit Windows. Now, I get that the printer is in an error state or the printing error on HP LaserJet 4050 Series. I tried many drivers and no one works. The printer is connected to the PC through the LPT1 port.

How can I get my printer working?

There are known issues with Windows 10 and lpt1.

Open Device Manager and look for settings for port LPT 1, and a checkbox to tell him to use any available interrupt.

I wish I could be more explicit, but I've only read about this fix on another ten to twelve old LaserJet.

  • Installation problem in the virtual machine Windows 98 sound card driver

    Hello, all.

I have bad to configure a virtual machine for Windows 98 is running VMware Workstation 7.0.1 in a 64-bit Windows 7 host. Normally, the operating system installed without error, and then I went to install the VMware tools. No problem here, either. I am then went to the Device Manager and, as expected, the sound card is driverless and listed under "other devices", with a question mark and named "PCI Multimedia Audio Device. I don't care because I knew that Windows 98 had no driver for the sound card workstation provides. I wasn't expecting to see another unknown device, however, this one called "PCI peripheral system. As recommended, I went to the website of Creative and sought "PCI 128. I found three different drivers there for the use of the device with Windows 98. Then, I installed the newest one and hoped it would also take care of the other unknown device. However, what happened is that I had a blue screen to complain the vxd ctpci9x (05). The sound card is now recognised as "Creative Sound Blaster PCI128" but had an exclamation point on the corresponding icon and did not work - no sound was available. The other device is remained unknown. I also tried the other two pilots, but the results were exactly the same.

I enclose two screenshots, one of the blue screen and the other from Device Manager after installing the driver.

    Help, please.

  • Installation problem - Acrobat 9 Pro Extended

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended on a system currently with CS4.

A9PE will not install saying that I have a more functional product already installed, then it puts an end to install.

What is happening with this?  Is there a way I can still install the product?

No, you can simply uninstall the Acrobat Pro of CS4 component, leaving the rest of the Creative Suite intact.

Go to control panel > add/Ajout / suppression remove programs, select Adobe Creative Suite and click on 'Remove' - components that you got installed will show as checkboxes, so you can choose to uncheck just Acrobat (do not check the 'disable'!). Once this is done, the installer for APEX9 should be perfectly happy.

Note that although many CS4 applications read and write PDF files, none of them use Acrobat to do - permutation if grouped for a point product copy, even a different version, will have no effect on things like InDesign or Illustrator.

  • HP Laserjet Pro 400: Printing problems HP Laserjet Pro 400

I installed a new toner cartridge.  It worked very well for a few days and now, on the side of the page it prints, it leaves a trail of ink through the page also spaced points.  I tried the cleaning function and print out a few pages to see if it goes away but neither have worked.  Are there more options or insight into what is happening?

    Christina

The new cartridge is probably defective.  To test put a sheet of paper on the manual fold down tray on the front and go to the reports menu and print a configuration page.  When the rear edge of the paper into the printer, quickly press the button to open the toner door to stop printing.  Remove the toner cartridge and look at the picture below.  If the points are present the toner cartridge is the problem and should be returned to the place of purchase for refund or Exchange.

  • LaserJet Pro M1132 does not scan

I recently bought a printer and scanner LaserJetPro1132. I use Mac OS 10.8.3. Printing works fine, but when I try to scan I get the message "Could not connect to device" (in fact, I was able to analyze once or twice when I just bought the printer, but now this message came several weeks). This happens in the HP Director and other software with scanning possibilities. I reinstalled the driver from the CD, and when that didn't help, I downloaded a driver from the web. Always the same result. Any ideas?

    Dear Schlomi,

Thank you once again. I didn't know that Twain drivers were no longer available. And I discovered that my printer appears twice in the IRIS, once with a driver is Twain and once without him. So now it works. Pity with Acrobat, however.

    Best wishes

  • LaserJet Pro 200 M276NW color does not print more than once; application freezes

Hello.  I had a problem with Laserjet Pro 200 color M276NW my family when printing from my desktop Windows 7 (64 bit) for quite awhile.  The first time I print a document after starting my computer, it prints the entire document very well.  However, the print jobs will simply freeze the program that sent them (for example Outlook, Opera, etc.) on a screen ' print the page of.  Also, I can't print a test page in Windows when the first task is completed.  I finally realized that it probably has something to do with the spooler service in Windows, or in the print queue.  When I look in the queue after printing the first document, it shows that the paper in it, but the new job that froze my app does not appear.  After I restarted my computer, I can print a document more before I have to restart again.

The printer is networked on our home network; It is not connected to any computer via USB, and in my opinion, is the connection to the ethernet router.  My computer is connected to our network via a wireless connection.  I tried to restart the spooler, enter the IP address of the printer in my web browser (which works fine and shows the right page), and everything else listed in the Help article.  Try to open the printer properties in devices and printers does nothing.

To complicate, the printer won't even print the first work since I got on my computer and I tried this today.  Also, I got exactly the same problem on my laptop, which also used Windows 7 and connected to our home network wireless. The laptop now has Linux on it instead. I tested several printing on it earlier and they print very well.

My father, who has a wired connection to the router, told me that it is able to print more than one job very well.  I just had my brother (who also has a wired connection) print two different documents, and it has worked very well.  This leads me to believe that there is somehow something to do with the Wi - Fi computer assigned to the router, in combination with Windows 7, apparently.

Moon Raker, starting with the sounds like it is a driver problem. I want to start to be sure that deleting the software and relocation happened in the best way possible. I want you to follow my steps, I can be sure that we start both on the same page.
  • Help! Problem using HPSCAN.exe or the TWAIN for HP Laserjet Pro cm1415fnw driver using Windows 7

I used the HP Laserjet Pro cm1415fnw for over a year without problem.  When I first bought the unit, I was using a Dell with Windows XP desktop computer and connected to the printer via the USB port.  I was able to print and scan from my computer, even in applications that use the driver scan TWAIN such as Word, Acrobat, etc.

I've since upgraded to a HP slimline s5-1160 computer using Windows 7.  I installed the software my installation CD Laserjet is no problem.  The printer is connected to the computer by USB port.  I can continue to print without problem.  However, I am is no longer able to scan using the HP (HPscan.exe) software, or applications that use TWAIN scanning driver such as Word, Acrobat, etc.  When I try to do, it takes a lot of time before he asks me which scan TWAIN driver to select.  When I select the MFP from HP cm1410 series, the program hangs or returns to the State wherever it was before I tried to scan a picture in a document from the program.

I can scan however successfully using the Wizard Windows Scan / Fax or if I choose "Devices and printers" in the Start Menu and select 'Start scan' in the menu after right-clicking on the HP printer icon.  However this option restricts my use of the scanner - I can't scan to PDF and I can scan several pages in an OCR application.  I have to analyze on a JPG or TIF or PNG.

What to try to solve this problem, I did the following without success:

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers and software complete (and using the most recent version on the HP site)
    2. Change ETIOU USB ports
    3. Run the HP scan diagnostic utility, which seems to show an error to the WIA, scanning stage and then recommend that I have uuninstall and reinstall the full software.  When I skip that and allow it to check for TWAIN scanning, it gives me a similar error, suggesting I use the latest version of the drivers (the driver that I use is v 3.0 dated 12/11/2009) so in this case the utility of diagnostic scanning HP provides NOT a fix for this problem other that uninstalling and reinstalling , which I did several times without success
    4. Contact HP support for the computer and the all-in-one (which as I understand it there's different support staff).  Staff of the printer claims it's a software problem and that the staff of the computer must be able to resolve the issue (something not having "launchpad" installed correctly.  When I communicate with the staff of the computer, they say it is a printer driver problem.  So I'm at a standstill
    5. I studied the HP support forums to see from this link - http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02661093 - if you can't scan from software HP you can use programs that rely on WIA (Windows Fax and Scan) drivers that I already know I can do it, but implies that HP doesn't have a solution to find out how to scan using their own software!

My gut tells me that he is one of those problems that many others perhaps, but for which there is no viable solution.  It is possible that during the uninstall and reinstall the software, remains can stay behind that prevent the proper functioning of the drivers, but without knowing how to "clean up" specifically those remains before you reinstall the software, I am at a loss.  Oh and by the way, I also tried using CCleaner and Norton Registry Cleaner to try to clean up these remains, but that effort did not help.

My question is basically this... or does anyone know of a fix for this problem should I resign myself to use the Wizard Windows Fax and Scan to scan documents and pictures, and forget about using TWAIN programs like HP seems to suggest?  I think that because I use a HP printer/scanner and a HP with Windows 7 computer, this problem should NOT be a problem!

    Hi Radiopeople,

Follow the steps below to check the WIA Service:

    1. type services.msc in run or search and files program

    2. scroll the page up to the WIA Windows Image Acquisition

    3. make sure that the service is running. Click on stop and then restart to ensure

    4 restart the computer

    Restart the services of dependencies:

    1. Click Start, in the search box type 'service ' without quotes.

    2. scroll down until you see Windows Image Acquisition (WIA).

    3. double click on it and go to the Dependencies tab.

    4-2 services must be listed.

    5. close this window and look for the remote procedure call (RPC).

    6. make sure it's on manual or if it is enabled automatically, just leave it. Make sure the service is started.

    7. go to hardware detection kernel and Double click.

    8. set the Startup Type to manual and click on apply.

    9. you should be able to start the service by pressing Start.

10 now, you are done and the Twain Manager must work and gives you is not a mistake.

    Check the dependencies or sous-dependances:

Right-click WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) by selecting the first Properties , and then click the dependencies tab. It should list: remote procedure call and Detection of Harward Shell

Under the CPP, it will then list DCOM Service Process Launcher point final RPC Mapper date back to the start all the items listed as dependencies or dependencies under WIA void list main services.msc and right click then

During commissioning, I see the logo "windows XP pro. But after loading XP, I have no picture.

Save mode then also does not work, I can't see anything.
What I've done wrong? It seems that the video driver is missing?
With the recovery cd is everything works again. (win98se)

Someone at - it solution to put XP on this laptop?
    Gr. R.

    Hello

In my opinion, there should be no problem with the use of Windows XP on this unit.
As far as I know the laptop came with WinXp pro, W2k and Win98SE.
In this case, all required drivers are available and must be installed in the correct order.
I assume that the installation and the installation procedure has been authorized. Did you install it on a second partition? You format the HDD to NTFS?
