  It seems you're on Windows XP.

  Right-click on the menu bar and uncheck the option menu in the right click menu bar. You will see a Firefox orange Button in the leftmost tabbed moving upward.

  Where you need the menu bar in the future as it is sometimes necessary for some options, you can easily get it by the F10 key. It displays the menu temporarily.

  Or you could calibrate everything properly (screen and printer) in LR4 and see if you can get things to match (by the way, I know other people have done it and do not experience this problem, maybe that some of them can jump in here and discuss)

  This may be caused if one of the files which stores details of extensions you installed is corrupt.

  The update became available on my desk and I refused to update and continue with w7. After a few weeks, I started to find that my office was going randomly through the shutdown process.

  After some checks and ensure that it was not an overheating problem.

  1 week later the reset has started to happen again...

  -installed windows 10 (he hated and reversed the update)

  I looked online to find that a file to update windows ending 583 is part of the w10 pre install and probably was causing reset.

  -turned off automatically updates

  1 week later the reboots are again...

  later watched it online and seemed that I should check Event Viewer. A few errors here related to the windows sideshow and my Logitech Keyboard app couldn't find a way to get rid of sideshow windows (which seemed to be the recent update) and then deleted.

• I tried to install a Capture device video diamond VC500. While the software seems to be installed OK I seem to have a problem getting the unit to operate.
