  While Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 10, is the version of ActiveX of Flash Player and Acrobat Reader uses the version of the flashplayer NPAPI plugin.  Please see Adobe Reader and Acrobat Flash Player download for Windows download and install the NPAPI plugin that uses Acrobat Reader.

  I have the following conflict when you try to install Flash Builder as part of the upgrade from Master Collection CS 6 CS 5.5 installation.  As far as I know that I've got 4.5 FB and FB 4 is installed on the computer as well as a preview of edge version.  Why I get this error?  I tried to run a cleaning tool, but it does not produce an XML file as the readme says it should and it does not solve the message in conflict even after system reboot.

  Rename Media_db.db and pdb.db to something else.

  GP (GetPlus) is the Adobe Download Manager.  Download the installer of Flash Player directly from http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe (for Firefox) and you won't need any DLM.

  Sorry for the inconvenience, using Photoshop and Flash update. Looks like there may be some permissions on system issues.

  Two ways to fix this-

  1. Repair your disk permissions - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201560

  (3) you can download either of the products. If you have a valid subscription of CC flash, both products will be available.

  Also, Flash CC and CS6 versions can run side by side then you should not uninstall the CC version before installing Flash CS6.
