Installed the creative cloud, repeatedly crashes after the connection

I just downloaded and installed the CC on my Mac, and it seems to work fine until I have connect with my Adobe ID, then it crashes after a few seconds and continues to do so every time that I open the app it again. I looked on the Adobe Web site by using troubleshooting, but their solutions gave no useful result. They told me to remove the OOBE folder in my library applications support folder, restart my computer, and then try again. I did, and it seemed to work until I signed up again, then it quickly crashed. All I have this problem or knows how to solve this problem? I really need this software soon!

uninstall, clean and reinstall by use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6
