  Do you have other Adobe applications installed on your computer?

  Navigate to C: > Program Files > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and check if the Adobe Premiere pro CS5 folder is created with files stay inside?

• The Windows media player 11 does not work correctly

  My windows media player 11 does not work properly

  whenever I go to open a video with it, it appears on the taskbar, you can here the sound, but the player himself does not appear on the destop

  I tried to reinstall the drive, and I get the same thing.

  If I go to roll back the player, add remove programs say it has been restored, but the media runtime in Add Remove programs won't disappear because it says that windows media player 11 is always there.

  To fix it, simply remove your old library files. Then have Windows Media Player find your new files. It will not destroy your music files.

  How to get WMP to re - index your music:

  1. close Microsoft Media Player.
  2. click on Start and then run
  3. in the box, type the following:
  [list] %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player

  4. click on OK and a folder containing your library files will be displayed
  5. delete all files ending with .wmdb
  6. open Microsoft Media Player
  7. press F3
  8. Select the addresses of your music files
  9 WMP will re-index your music.

• After installing the Vista SP2, IE 8 does not work well.

  After installing Vista SP2, IE 8 under my.live.com does not work.  The pages do not FLOW RSS download, links on the page at the top are not active and usually IE has out crapped.  I went to run a complete Internet security suite uninstall Trend Micro and put it in a plain Jane anit-virus program.

  I would like to keep the functioning of IE8, but switch to FireFox, if I need to see my RSS STREAM or do some serious web browsing.

  In addition, Live Messenger is no longer connect either.

  Is there a way I can safely roll back my system to SP1?  I can't live without Vista SP2.

  IE 8 is not a part of Vista SP2.  You can remove SP2 without removing IE8.

  Here are the steps to uninstall SP2
  Method 1: Uninstall the service pack of Windows Vista by using the programs and features item in the easiest control panel to uninstall a service pack for Windows Vista is to use the programs and features in Control Panel. To uninstall the service pack of Windows Vista by using the programs and features in Control Panel, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, type Appwiz.cpl in the Start Search box, and then click Appwiz.cpl in the programs list.
     If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click continue.
  2. Click view installed updates.
  3. Click the service pack that you want to uninstall, and then click Uninstall.

     If you don't see the option to uninstall for Windows Vista service pack in the list, go to method 2.

  4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete the uninstallation.

• Is there a phone rep who can help me get my profile on my new computer? I think I did OK for the tutorial, but now it does not work

  I had to buy a new computer as my last one had problems. I backed up what I think is all of my files on an external hard drive and moved them to the new computer but Thunderbird does not open. So I re downloaded Thunderbird and followed the tutorial on copying and pasting the old profile in the profile folder and now Thunderbrid (I think) will not open.

  Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.
  

  So I put everything in the trash and re downloaded the program, and I still get the same error (I however wouldn't be the case that I was starting from scratch).

  As an alternative to the synchronization, to find your old data, Firefox, try this. Please note that I have not used Windows 8, to let me know if this makes no sense.

  Help > troubleshooting information > button "record show."

  This should open the folder settings personal (AKA Firefox profile) Firefox in Windows Explorer (or equivalent).

  Browsing from a level to the profiles folder. You can see several folders here, but with a new installation, you probably see only one.

  In the address bar, insert the Windows. old\ into the path as follows:

  If you used a different username on Windows 7, you will need to change the part. This should take you directly to your old Firefox profile folders. I suggest those that copy to a more accessible location.

  I get the same error on this page. It seems that Pinterest expects to have at least a script page, and the page does not. This should be fixed by Pinterest. In the meantime, you can inject an empty script element in the page by using the Web Console:

• CS5 and GTX285 worked, run Adobe updated, now it does not work... why?

  So I bought a Gigabyte GTX285, installed in my 3DBOXX, and everything was great (still had CS4). Yesterday, I bought and downloaded Master CS5 Collection. Everything went very well - I opened the first, ran some stuff has been really impressed with the speed increases and loved it. However, I noticed that my support for a RED film was not yet where it should have been (has not supported the new color RED, like CS4 space... a problem that had told me would be fixed in CS5 since it had supported native RED and does not need obsolete plugins red) made on a hunch, I ran the update from Adobe and discovered that my download was 5.0. He ran the update to 5.0.2 (or what is later) and after the update was done, I started first and immediately got a warning message saying that I didn't have a card active CUDA CUDA effects would not be available, and that I need to install the latest drivers for my video card. Well, I went on the Gigabyte site, downloaded the latest drivers for my card, installed and restarted. Still get the same message when I load up to the first.

  For what it's worth, I already had the latest video card drivers installed during my first install of CS5 and download and the update I did after spending the first message was simply a replacement of the drivers with the same.

  Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem and get the most out of my system? I convinced my bosses to buy CS5 and the GTX285 specifically for improving the performance, so if I can't do this job, they won't be happy!

  What driver version are you running? See if the NVIDIA site has newer drivers available then Gigabyte offers.

• The latest Update of Firefox does not work with YouTube?

  On a few days ago, I went on YouTube to upload a video. For some reason, it gave me a message that says "request invalid. Authentication has expired.
  Not only that, if I do other things such as taste/do not love a video, or add a video to my favorites or another list of reading, it is said that the service is not available.
  I also had a problem trying to respond to the other comments in the videos. Anytime I type on my comment and click the post button, it says something like "error, try again."
  Now, when it comes to other things like just watching and looking for videos, I have no problem.

  I thought it might have something to do with the latest update of Firefox, because I tried to use YouTube with other browsers and it works perfectly well, and I was not having problems with YouTube before the update.

  No idea if the update could affect something that causes these questions?

  We have seen reports that causes the extension DownloadHelper 4.9.14 with some features on YouTube.
