  • After you install the update, I get script error box popping up

original title: after installing the update I get error script to appear, box what the sam Hill I do?

I installed an update that recommended the bulk of security on my computer and now I get a script on the screen error message. When I tried to install a gamebar, so that the site wasn't ready yet so my update was unable to download the toolbar. This seems to be the script error that keeps popping up on my screen. I'm not an expert, far from it, in computer science, so I hope someone out there can help you.

Thanks for your quick response and I appreciate the suggestion, but the person getting impatient that I am, I went to the backup and restore functionality and configure the computer a moment before I started to have trouble and that seems to have solved the problem. If I have problems in the future I will definitely use this site to ask questions, thanks again.

  • Cannot install flash player, download run script error: could not set correctly - undefined reference innerHTML or zero

Unable to download/install Flash Player, download script error: cannot properly set innerHTML reference undefined or null

    Hello

The script error is caused by the DPI setting on your system.  If the DPI setting is set to 100%, 125%, 150% or 200% Setup returns the script error. If your DPI setting is set to something else, please set it to one of these and Setup online should work.  To check/change the DPI setting:

    1. Start the control panel and go to control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display
    2. In the left menu, select set size custom text (PPP)
    3. In the Windows Setup custom DPI select 100%, 125%, 150% or 200% in the menu drop-down
    4. Click OK
    5. Select apply
    6. Open a session/disable
    7. Online installer should now run without displaying the script error.

A fix for this should be released in the coming weeks.

  • Install Flash Player: Script error (18.0.0.209, opera)

Hi - went to update flash today, and once I did, I went on the use of Web sites in flash I use.

And then I get the message to tell me that I don't have Flash (like the most recent version) installed and I need to install it.

If I click to install it. Once I have download, I run the file and go to install, when I get:

    FLASH.png

I have troubleshooted (or is it troubleshooting-made?) this problem and the answer that came back was to uninstall flash and reinstall it using the install script programs in this thread: Script error when you try to install Flash Player 18

However, I still have the problem after restarting my PC (or browser) that has not changed. Flash is still claim it is not up-to-date, and when I go to download and install, gives me the error above before deleting itself. How the hell can I fix it? I want to continue to use the websites I frequent, rather than wait an age for flash finally get his finger on his donkey and update.

    Thank you < 3

  • Script error when you try to install Flash Player 18.

, I get a script error when you try to install Flash Player 18. The error box says "line of Script error 202 tank 13 Unable to set property"innerHTML"undefined or null references code 0 URL C://.../Downloads/flashplayer18ax_ra_install.exe/160" and "undefined" is on the screen of the installer after I closed the error box.  I'm on a Dell Inspiron, IE 11.0.9600.17843, Windows 7 Home Premium Svc Pack 1.

I get this same error box any installer that I use for Flash Player 18.  The error box appears immediately after I launch the installer. I reinstalled flash player 17 successfully two days without problem, but of course Flash Player 17 does not now work on web sites.  I ran the Adobe flash player Uninstaller a couple of times between tries - same result, same script error box.  I've lost count of how many times I tried to install it and my fingers are raw...

Roughly the same time the error box appears or a second or later, my Norton Insight pops up a box that says that Norton has not enough information about this program (the installation program, I guess), to recommend this program, but I don't think that it prevents the installation program to run. Or maybe it is?

This problem seems to come from the installer of Flash Player, but I don't see anything from Adobe on this matter.  I tried running as administrator, I disabled the parts of Norton to see if it is this error source - I've searched for hours on the internet and I can't find answers.  I've never had a Flash Player update problem so far.  Anyone can understand this or point me in the right direction?   Thank you.

  • Try to install the latest version of Flash for Firefox on Windows XP, get the Internet Explorer Script error

I am trying to install the latest version of Flash (file install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih.exe), browser = Firefox 14 (current), OS = Windows XP.  I tried several times, making sure to disable Norton Antivirus Autoprotect first.

At some point throughout the process - while downloading or during Assembly - I get the following error message:

    Internet Explorer Script error

    Line: 1

    Char: 10010

    Error: 'ActionLaunchAdobe' is not defined

    Code: 0

    URL: http://127.0.0.1:1174/app/_js/adobe.js

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? [Yes] [None]

If I answer [Yes] or [no] the result is the same - the program crashes. It does not close, and when I close it manually it asks if I want to stop it. But if I leave it there, nothing happens.

By the advice of the site, I uninstalled Flash in order to restart costs. This means that, instead of having an outdated Flash version, I now none.

I tried to RTFM, but research for this error go empty.  I'm curious to know why Internet Explorer being participates in it at first. But mostly, I'm just curious as to how to get this thing to work.

Thanks for you help with anything that can give me.

  • After you install the 11.0.14 update, anyone can use the function "Save as" to save documents in SharePoint 2013. We get a script error.

11.0.13 does not have this problem, but we can not feasible to push Adobe to the entire organization. If I remove the site in areas of trust in Internet Explorer, it works. This is not an option since our users would be invited for the username and password continuously. Someone at - it a fix for this problem? Adobe is going to release another update as soon as POSSIBLE the resolution it?

    Hi chem20006,

It is a known issue and a bug report is already placed for this.

For more details, please see this thread: I think the Adobe Pro XI 11.0.14 update is the reason I'm now getting a script error when I try to save PDFs for SharePoint, anyone else having this problem?
