  I have this same issue and check the settings of datasouces/jndi in weblogic, I had an error with my jdbc url that prevents the connection to start and then pool the jndi was created.

  As far as I KNOW no, but you can use the network installation guide and can use recomentation specified for the ASM Diskgroup to EBS attribute also

  ADI is not certified with R12 - East ADI supported 7.2 with R12 (12 version) [420328.1 ID]

  If you mean WebADI with Smartview, I don't see any what docs MOS which show that it is certified or not, so I guess that's not (please connect an SR to confirm this with the support of the Oracle).

• Oracle E - Business Suite 12.1 facilities does not work for windows 7 64 bit

  Hi guys,.
  I've tried for the last 10 days to install Oracle EBS 12.1 on windows 7 64 bit. I installed the prerequisites. that is to say:
  1 MKS Toolkit 8.7
  2 visual C++ 2005
  3. I am installing the administrator user account, which is added to the Administrators group.
  4. once the installation is launched all the pre-checks are met.
  
  The Setup program displays the following error at the end of 33% after having decompress all the 237 files:
  
  RW-50004: Error Code when you run the external process. Check the log file for more details.
  Installation of database driver for instance running LIVE
  
  When I checked the log file I found the following error in the log file "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Oracle\Inventory\logs\cloneActions2011-06-05_02-30-16 PM.
  
  INFO: ERROR: file not found: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\CONFIG\machine.config

  You must follow the same doc, just make sure that you install first - CRS refer to the Documentation online database Oracle 11 g Release 2 (11.2) for more details.

• Oracle E-Business Suite patches pre-installation on top of R12.1.1

  We try to identify the patches that are required to be applied on top of R12.1.1 before calling the u6678700.drv. We came across the note, Oracle E-Business Suite Patches Report [Video] [ID 1448102.1] pre-installation. We installed the report and according to the note and the report, we have 'Failed to upgrade Script - EBS' 98 patches and 'Problem of Performance - EBS' 33 patches. We would like to know if its required to apply all of these 33 98 + patches and if yes is there a better way to get a merged fix?
  
  We need to apply fixes for products under a particular family combination if they are not allowed? IE say under Finacials, produced ZX, XLE are not allowed, so can I ignore patches preinstallation for these products?
