I want my phone number in the correct format to print console.

The real reason for your problem, it's that a phone number is normally not a long or integer type, but more as a string type. Long and wide are signed numbers, so you are in trouble if the phone number is greater then the positive long more important or integer (unsigned: 2³²-1 = 4·1024³-1; signed:-2³¹.. +2³¹-1, because the sign bit is the highest bit).
Think about international phone numbers that start with a sign '+' as an abbreviation for the combination to get an international line.
I suggest to use String as a type for the phone number.

    A URL would help. But more likely is that the phone number is automatically converted into a link on phone/Tablet and the link color can be the same color it's the background on that. If so, you can always create a new link in the Site properties and apply the new style to link to the phone number.

    With the help of MS Office 2010 (I think). Each page has a background color. I discovered that it is a 'theme' as I was able to change the theme and it changed the background color, etc.. When I go to print our Copier color, the preview shows white background and then, in the INVESTIGATION period, it shows a white background color.

    I was then going to PDF file to work around this problem, but the PDF is causing white funds. I MAY be able to place this PDF in InDesign and then add a background color to a master page, but rather would deal with if I don't.

    The symptoms you describe would be compatible with a color cartridge that is not correctly print magenta.  In the paper here troubleshooting steps can help solve the problem.

    If the above does not solve the problem, then remove the color cartridge and gently pat dry the printhead on a damp cloth.  A good cartridge will have a strong task of cyan, magenta and yellow.  I suspect that your cartridge will be only the cyan and yellow.  In this case, you can check the warranty as stated in the paper here assuming that the cartridge is an original HP.  If the cartrdige is a third party charging/reman, then contact your dealer for a replacement.
