  I have a big book of 200 pages.

  There are multiple master pages that I use throughout the document.

  Each master page has an image in a different location.  So a master page can have a large image on the right, we could have a large image on the left, then could be small right picture, so on and so forth.

  Throughout the book, I mix in each of these master pages depending on how I wanted to use to design the book visually.

  My task is to retrieve pages in jpg and list format where the image is for each page.  I can export to jpg without problem of course.  I know that certain master pages always have the image in a given location. I noticed that in the window of the page it shows me what model I used to create each page. The problem is that I have no idea what the master page each page uses when I do a standard export.  If I had a way to export the pages and what master they use, I could easily map master patterns where the orientation of the image is for each page.  If ultimately, is it possible that I can get a listing of mapping page to page template that I used?

  URL to external resources in Muse is on the root folder of global site and / or the subfolder by page more prior global stuff hosted on TypeKit and Business Catalyst. That and, of course, much is channeled through the widgets in the respective scripts folder. And since the Muse uses several classes for many items, you must refer to all.   I have used other tools like axure prototyping, balsamiq etc. I understand the benefits of the Muse however curious about the usefulness of the generated code. How do you compare generated code of axure Muse those?

  In addition, can I change code Muse generated by some other tool (ex.notepad) to achieve something I want? or is it something that can be done only by using Muse?

  I have no personal experience with Axure, so I won't be able to compare Muse with this, however, I'll keep this discussion open for any member of the community who has experience with that.

  Regarding editing the HTML generated through Muse, you can modify the HTML that gets exported via the Muse, however, which is not a taken workflow supported that the changes you make will be over written next time you export the HTML and whenever you need to make the changes.

  Instead, I will recommend for custom html elements you need to put on a generated Muse page, use ' object-> insert html ' or option 'page->-> html to head metadata properties.

  I have some html that I'm trying to insert. I tried too stick and insert using "insert html" in the subject. The HTML 'object' comes without a problem, but it shifts my footer right without apparent reason. Remove the object and everything returns to normal.   The HTML code you are trying to insert is not valid.

  You are missing a closing for your opening div tag make sure you copy all the code embed everywhere where you get this HTML code from.

  I created more complex shapes outside the muse... but never with InDesign...  You should be able to paste the code with the insert HTML in the menu object.    If you have a separate script for the backend of the form files, you will need to download separately on your web site.  I wish muse was a way to download files that are not links that I do a lot of custom etc forms...

  Yes, it is certainly possible.

  For thecode just go to the properties page, and under Meta Data, you will see a head section you can paste this code.

  And then for code in the page use the---> option to insert HTML code and paste the code in there.

  Hi, I am trying to insert html into a publication in Muse.  I would like to have a clickable button trigger, and then a sort of superposition opens with an interactive calculator inside.  I have the HTML for the calculator, the problem is no matter how I try to insert into the Muse, the calculator either disappears for some reason (as well as the trigger), or the calculator stays on the page all the time, losing all clickable effect.

  The only settings I did took the H3 header on opt-in and page navigation after the action to get rid of the opt in BC function as default. I tried to download the source code as well and I'm having the same problem. The web Page is here " copy " and a version of what I was creating the page to look like here is ' home ' As you can see, the 'House' version allows me to scroll past where I would have placed the shape box while the 'copy' stops at any user to parade before. I have called the shape slightly from the "development" of British Colombia under the style sheets tab and still tried to trouble shoot and get rid of the code to see if it affects something and it did not add style. For some reason only the HTML to the form is but I cannot understand what the section of the code would do that. Any ideas?

  I see that you have inserted a script tag open that you forgot to close, which generates errors on the page and prevent it from be returned correctly. You should ensure that the code that you insert in the Muse is syntactically correct.

• Can I insert html objects 5 in muse?

  I'm trying to insert an html object in a muse doc, something I've done many times. This object is a video w/skin, but after I paste in the code, instead of seeing the little spinning wheel treatment, there is nothing. Not even an error message. Any ideas as to what could cause this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The problem is probably that you have not downloaded the video on the server. When you embed the HTML code using the Insert HTML code it does not actually download the video - just the code. A gift that what is happening is that your src in code the links in a media folder. If you had downloaded through Muse, it would be in an active case. If download you through muse can change the part of the code that says media and change in assets.

  Hi, I am currently using a trial version of Muse, I love this programm. I'm used to working in InDesign and Muse done all this seems very logical to me.

  I'm working on the tutorial for KatiesCafe, part 4. His starts by "with the help of embedded HTML to display a blog on a site of Muse'. When I paste the link as shown in the tutorial, or choose Insert HTML, Muse crashes.

  Can you please help me, because now I'm stuck. And that I would complete the entire tutorial.

  This thread is a change Google made in June that Muse has long workarounds included for (if you don't see this accident in current versions).

  This recent crash is due to a different very recent change for the video player from YouTube. There is a video widget YouTube replacement available on the exchange of the Muse http://muse.adobe.com/exchange-library/youtube-widget-without-poster> which avoids this accident by not providing an image of the poster in Muse Design and no display video mode overview of the Muse. It is an interim solution while we are working on changes that are much more important to reduce the probability of this kind of compatibility problems in the future.

  OK, I had some time to test this. It doesn't matter what you name the file that all pages will be exported as the name. I will not name test of mine and he has not shown, is just page names. I used the html and images option and unchecked current page only.
