• How to integrate HFM with Hyperion Planning?

  Hello

  I was wondering how we integrate between the HFM and Hyperion Planning?

  I'll use HFM to consolidate different companies and then I'll use Hyperion Planning at the consolidated level generated by the HFM.

  But I don't know how does this technically happen? We use the FDQM to collect the data from different sources and to consolidate in the HFM? I can't find what is the backend of the HFM... I read somewhere that it is not based on essbase... so please advise.

  And so, how connect the HFM planning or it will load the HFM data to plan the Hyperion/essbase?

  Please tell us in this integration as I am confused in it.

  There are several ways to extract data from HFM and loading of planning/Essbase.

  Some options are ODI, Extended Analytics (now export data), EPMA, EAL data synchronization (even if it was only Essbase)

  It's the difference,

  Autonomous OBIEE - has no any solution of BI preconstruitse, we build the solution based on our requirement with the suite of products.

  Integrated OBIEE or OBI Apps - are built on standalone. It provides this stand-alone version features all, moreover, it has predefined solutions.

  We run everything although Citrix for Outlook and the application is hosted on Citrix servers. Personally, I have two sessions running at any given time...

  One - Citrix with the application installed on the local server but personally, I don't use outlook via Citrix but do other users.
  Two - I start Outlook on my local machine outside Citrix as well and it works fine

  Because you ask about activation and deactivation of the graphics card (integrated).

  First of all, there is ONLY a single graphic chip!
  It s a GeForce 9700 M GTS graphics card.

• Integrated vs. discrete graphics-> processors

  Hello world

  I am looking to buy a new computer workstation E30, and I am a little uncertain on which I should choose between integrated and discrete graphics. I understand it, in effect, what the differences are and I would go with discrete graphics, but I'm confused by why each option comes with a different set of processors to choose. For example, if I choose an E30 with integrated graphics card, I can choose a range of Intel Core Xeon processors, but if I choose to go with discrete graphics, I can only select one among a range of different Xeon processors.

  Originally, I had planned to go with the Intel Core i7-2600 with the graphics card NVIDIA Quadro 600 processor, but this combination is available only if I select the integrated graphics card, I read is generally worse than discrete graphics. I am happy to go with discrete graphics, but I'm not sure how the Xeon processors compare with the Core i7-2600.

  If I intend to use my computer for CAD programs running, but also of the games, should which way I go?

  The new Integrated GPU exists on the same chipset as the CPU. The new i3, i5 and i7 processor all have an integrated onboard gpu. Some of the Xeon processors used in the E30 does not have an integrated gpu, that's why only some Xeon processors are the choice when you choose the option only discrete.

  The integrated gpu + discreet graphics card option is really a direct influence on performance, since only the discreet graphics card will be used.

  Xeon processors are processors designed for servers, workstations, etc., that are held permanently the large memory and cpu intensive operations. The supply of RAM ECC on the Xeon also reduces the error rate when used with these processes.

  If you try to run games, Quadro 600 isn't really all that good, you're better with a game cards, who may have some compatibility issues in the E30. In addition, 280 watt on the E30 power will not support a lot of graphics card. Also according to CAD programs, then you can get away with using a standard of play rather class graphics card workstation cards. that is, many Autodesk products can work with playing cards.

  I think you should probably look to build your own office rather than buying an E30, if you also want to play games. If you have the money, then you can get S20, D20, C20x, which are better suited to the range of uses you have in mind.

  PS ThinkStation S20 does not have provision for Integrated GPU, therefore, it cannot be bought with the discreet graphics card and it does not support the i3, i5, i7 cpu of the class.

  The first option that I need to decide now is not put in shape, but rather if I want to set up as a Simple Volume, extending on Volume or Volume aggregated by bands. I demand to know: at what is Spanning and what is scratched? And besides, what is used for Simple?   I have decidted to try an answer to these questions you asked, although I considered a risky business. Use of the Word may differ widely and wildly. I decided this because I was surprised to see a paragraph that uses the colon properly and correctly punctuated ' to know '.

  I start at the end: VOLUME and PARTITION. If the technical use of the terms in the jargon of computer geeks was the English standard, the PARTITION would be the place or address on the media which marked the end of a data structure. Similarly, the VOLUME would be data locations or addresses to which the data have been recorded. It is similar to the WALL and the ROOM. Use of the techniques of the terms did not differ much. When we talk of a PARTITION, we refer to a data structure that resolves the type, position and scope of a storage container. When we talk about a volume, an end to the storage location that have been defined for the storage of the data. Often, a drive letter is assigned to the volume. It is then a LOGICAL DRIVE.

  Note that many people uses the term PARTITION when they do in fact refers to the space between the partitions, actually a volume.

  It starts to get confused when you start under division in the PRIMARY and EXTENDED PARTITIONS. Suffice it to say that a primary partition refers to one set for its possible to maintain an operating system. He was confined to a volume that has been assigned a drive letter. The score of exrtended was intended for the non-executibles, i.e. data. Several volumes could be created within the partition, and more than one drive letter is assigned, one for each volume that is created. Each volume is a logical drive. Now-a-days, the distinction between primary and extended is blurry in use and (worse [?]), some operating system installers will allow you to install the operating system on an extended partition.

  Now, back to Simple, Spanning and striped.

  Simply referring to the fact that the entire volume is on a physical drive in either a primary partition or scope and size is fixed.

  Extending on refers to the fact that the fact that the partition is set to start on a physical disk and continue on one or several others.

  Striped refers to the fact that the contoller will deliberately write parts of the stream in defined segments, fixed size for each of the drives that are used for the volume.

  Now, to the subject of which simple, spanned, striped for use.

  Extending on is used especially when you have to have a very large space to store large files. On some systems, it is used as a convenient way to increase the size of a volume without requiring large data movement. Avoiding the passage of data avoids the time delay in particular with large files and the problem of data integrity of submitting the file for read/write operations.

  Interlacing is a form of Spanning. Covering appearance adds the notion of dealing with predefined segment length and balance the data across the physical disks. (I think here only to configurations using the entire disk for the game.) It is preferable to the covering simple (JBOD, for example) where data integrity is paramount. As implemented, it provides various means of correction and error detrection.

  Editing refers to the process of the operating system identify the drive and placing the instructions and data structures in place to enable disk reads and writes.

  My suggestions:

  If you need large and contiguous storage space, use a simple volume on a large drive. If you need speed, use the RAID 0 functions and make sure that you back up critical data frequenthy. For Windows, it is probably not a good idea for most users to use the readers more of 500 GB or 1 TB per RAID 0 set. Use the 'Quality of the company' readers, drives designed to operate continuously for long periods of time.

  I hope that gives you a starting point. Pease do not let it be the only place. You would be well served by reading and extensive consultations.

  Native usually means waterfalls.

  You can use webworks if you plan to develop for multiple platforms and prefer html5, otherwise native/cascades offers better system integration and speed.

  I suggest that you start with the samples and documentation at developer.blackberry.com
  There is also a course online which covers the basics and some advanced topics and should occupy you for a while.

  as a beginner, I suggest to make the UI in QML and use c ++ only as much as necessary until you feel more comfortable with it

• Confused by UAC - worry about difference between desktop and laptop needs fixing.

  My computer laptop and desktop are installed with Windows 7 Ultimate x 64, both with all Windows updates current (apart from things like Bing Office).   The only difference I know, is that the laptop has been installed since a disc with SP1 integrated installation, while the Office was set up at the level of basic and SP1 installed later.

  Both have UAC turned (apparently) the same level (up to 3/4), and secpol.msc shows the same UAC settings.

  If I run Photoshop 9 (CS2) on the laptop, press F1 for help, I get a UAC elevation prompt before it displays help on the desktop it just goes straight to the help.

  If I double click on a MSP file in the laptop it has a (quite rightly) UAC elevation prompt before allowing the update to be applied.  On the desktop it just installed the update.

  UAC works on the desktop to a certain extent, as for example if I try to run a command as Administrator window, I get a prompt for elevation.

  This is worrying because it seems that in some way UAC has been partially disabled on the desktop from the laptop, and as much as I know I did not do anything to cause this happens.

  Details on what is happening and help solve this will be greatly appreciated.

  Well now that's interesting, after having reactivated the Protection System (System Restore) and change the UAC level up to maximum and back down again on 3/4, it now seems to work as expected.

  I'm still a bit confused, but at least I'm getting now guests of elevation when I wait for them.

  My SMS and MMS messages are NOT appearing in my folder of box mailbox integrated... the Verizone store insists that the storm does not include these types of messages in this folder, but I know he peut/not because my friends phone is configured like this.  How can I fix? Help!

  OK, I just checked my and for some strange reason, I sometimes used to bring them into my main message folder, but I now only get them in my SMS folder.  Indeed, it appears that it is one way or another.

  Sorry for the confusion, but I could have sworn it done the way you asked (but this is not ).  So yes, if you go to theme controlled, they can go to the SMS folder only.  If you set the handset, then they're going to your main message folder only.

  And after checking in that again, it's indeed how the value is.  If your friends are bringing them into the two folders, it is actually their phones that are doing weird interesting things .  Yours is quite normal!

  You can create two servers of voicemail with the wizard and give them separate device classes if you need to register for the various nodes of CCM.

  PS - You can also avoid this mess of all of the port on CUCM by integrating on SIP instead of SCCPS. In this case, you still have the CXN ports but they are only logical entities; CUCM has just a SIP trunk to each node. There is a separate for this integration guide.

  1. Yes, I faced a problem in my hard desk and I changed it & re.installed Windows 7.
  2. In case of normal use, I click on the launch of Citrix Web Client icon and access to the ERP server but after changing the office hard it is unresponsive and when executing 'Check solutions online', I get this message.
  3. I don't know exactly the version of Citrix ICA because it is installed on the company's server and users access the application after the installation of "Customer MetaFrame Presentation Server (ActiveX) for 32-bit Windows" on the user's PC.
