  Hey everybody,

  I recently completed a website for a client and I'm having some difficulty with the published site. I hope you can help with my situation!

  The client uses the zoom function of keyboard (for lack of better term) on the published site, from their desktop Mac. When they do, the alignment of text boxes and moving, although bundled and locked in Muse design.  Also, the 'boxes' of button change the size to account for the size of the text boxes all of a sudden.

  I am a PC user and do not have the same problems on my platform, so it is very difficult to diagnose.  I checked to ensure "fluid design" was off and it was.  Nothing else stood out to me from one end of adjustment.

  I've just created a new site for my customer to Business Catalyst, using Adobe Muse and want to give my client access to the tools of sites.  The site includes parameters for the creation of user roles.  What is the difference between an administrator role and a user role.  Are there limits to how many administrators or users, there may be?    Thank you.

  Edit: I think I'm getting a few ideas on how it works from this link http://helpx.adobe.com/business-catalyst/using/site-users.html#id_37324 but is not yet sure.  I infer from the thread that there is a limit of 3 Directors.  This includes administrators more users in total 3?  Thank you.

  Please describe the problem in more detail?

  Try to reset the settings of Safari:

  1. open Safari

  2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

  3. Select the Preferences/Privacy tab

  4. click on remove all data from the Web site

  5. close Safari.

  Remove cache Safari files:

  1. click on finder

  2. look for the menu GO to top

  3. click on GO and hold down the option key. This will show a user library folder.

  4. click library and find the Caches folder

  5. in the folder caches com.apple.Safari Ouvrezledossier

  6. move the Cache.db file Trash.

  This should solve the problem. If it does not help, try to disable the Safari extensions

  1. open Safari

  2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

  3. Select Preferences

  4. find the Extensions tab

  5 disable all extensions of

  6. relaunch Safari

  OK I'm technophobes... So pls bare with me with the ignorance of the following questions! .... I just got a new laptop and therefore windows seven is on it... On my old computer, I had the old windows messenger and now seems to have Live messenger window... I had so many problems can someone help? The questions are these:

  (1) for the use of some sites now I can not take part in the establishment of "cat"... For example when a member initiates a conversation WITH me Let's say hello I will answer... They repeatedly say "are you ther '! EGM receives is not an answer!
  (2) for sending a RESPONSE to an e-mail on these sites... Even if I sent as forty years, none of them are never responded to or seem to be open! Even if the AUTO answer seems not be open on these sites? ! (I checked by looking at the 'sent mail' option, but the 'symbol' envelope remains open on the automatic and firm answers on mine)...
  Also, I clicked on these sites to see if any body sent me... And when I go on the site, there may be five or six emails but no notification has been sent!
  * I checked with my internet provider to ensure that they don't filter not all my mail (and they aren't)
  * I removed Macafee and installed another free version (in case that was the problem)
  * I pressed F5 when I was on the site
  * I also checked with the site that I have not been blocked or banned
  I don't see anything else that can be? Hint anyone? PLS!
