  My best advice for business users is to keep the old BlackBerry until they die and then look carefully at these forums and ensure that the problems have been corrected.  As I said elsewhere, they are still having problems of synchronization with BES on AT & T.

  We believe that we have a problem and it seems that the problem was on our side.

  The fact that Verizon users worked very well and the only unit of AT & T rarely worked more than a few days was confusing and then, a week before last, a few Verizon users started having problems.   I have a 15 HP Pavilion age of 4 week t-n200 laptop is Windows 8.1.64. I'm having a problem with the NIC Intel N 7260. All of a sudden the laptop will show it does not connect to all networks. It will show a yellow triangle on it and will not connect to any network adapters. I tried to "roll back driver" and who worked initially, but now he has started with the yellow triangle and lost functionality. Now "roll back driver" is grayed out and is not an option. However, there is no update available. It currently shows pilot 16.10.0.5. It displays the code 43 under Details of the device. Other computers home connect well to the internet currently.  Please advise, thank you!

  I'm sorry to hear that you have a problem with your Intel N 7260 network card.  I'll try my best to help you solve this problem!

  I suggest you reinstall the driver for Driver Intel 7260/3160 Wireless LAN.  Follow the procedure in this document using Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 8) restore the driver.  The steps are the same for Windows 8.1.

  Now the 8470p is released in 2010 / 2011 (?) - some time then anyway and 802.11ac wasn't really one thing in 2011 (at least not outside the offices of the IEEE)

  No AC adapters will not work. Only wifi cards that are on the whitelist, that is those in the manual and only ref HP versions of those.

  The Intel cards are limited to the Ref. HP versions contrary to the statements of the Wicki guy. There are a few options of 5 GHz, but not 802.11ac cards. Sometimes the cards that are not in the manual will work somehow and I know there is a 7260N that many people confuse for the 7260ac card. I know that the 7260AC will NOT work because we had messages before people here who have tried, but it would not shock me if a 7260N card would work. Cannot promise, however. It is largely a guessing game since the actual whitelist itself has never been made public.

  Thank you for your quick response.  Before I read your response, I did some reading and went to the Device Manager and check if the bluetooth device driver intel (mine is 7260) necessary for an update and got the answer that I got latest drivers.  I did, however, go to Dell as you suggested above and check the updates of device needed and this wasn't.  So I think that I agree.  I assume that the installation failed because it was already up to date, there may not be an option that tells you already have the latest version of the driver for the system.  Thanks again for the information, much appreciated.

  Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).

  One of the characteristics of Safe Mode is that it disables use of Firefox hardware acceleration of graphics. This method works around incompatibilities with some graphics driver software.

  I have Pavilion d7-4165dx laptop. I saw US, that made a purchase of the United States (BestBuy).

  -HARD drive failed after renewal of antivirus software trial period.

  -All diagnoses would not recognize the HARD drive.

  -Support HP said still in warranty, but I am out of country.  HP said more was likely HARD drive cable.

  -Buy cables and a hand off USA door.

  -Installed, always the same answer.

  -Ordered the new HP's HARD drive.  Out of stock.  Finally inquiring was commissioned to a part 3rd US rep.  He recommended to buy directly from output, but higher speed.  Did this and then HP replacement HARD drive arrives.  Both outside the U.S. door hand.

  -Install the fastest (slightly smaller) Seagate 500G 7200.  Has started the recovery with discs of recovery (5 in total who received from BestBuy, but not the OEM to the research), but before the new HARD drive is smaller than the original WD 640 G 5400.   Put WD #1 Bay and Seagate in #2.

  -Start the process of disk recovery.  Any resumption of the process of the plant and on the last drive-through, it says do not touch while the PC starts on and outside, etc.  Said so press on continue continue.

  -When the press continue, simply goes to the black screen with "No boot device...". »

  -Run the other options, the same message.

  -Diagnosis of ran.  Drive HARD everything is OK.

  -Called HP support.  It says I have to buy the HP recovery discs.  Those I have (5) is not the right one, there should be only 3!  They are that I got from BestBuy, but look like they were made here when BestBuy configures the PC.

  When the directions say eliminates any external devices... it really means remove all devices that can be removed that were added after you bought the computer... including in-house!
