  I had the same thing happened to me not so long ago, and when I typed BLACKBERRY, it stait returned to the password input field and I've lost absolutely NOTHING

  My advice is that you do what the phone asks simply type BLACKBERRY, and then you will be able to type your password without losing anything

  I fight with Intel 7260 AC. I am not able to find a solution. Lenovo does not meet my email. My webstore will not answer my email. So I'm stuck trying to figure this out myself.

  Mainly, the power of the wireless signal and speed of 5, 2 GHz network are ok. But, all the 1 minute or more often, the wireless network is abandoned or something. Rattling suddenly shows an average of 35ms, it is 2-300ms. In games it is noticed by heavy delay.

  I tried all the different drivers, that I can find, deletion process, disabling the settings in the advanced for the network adapter tab, check with the other computer how they act on the network (perfectly fine). Also with my Lenovo cable works like a charm. It is so annoying that Intel cannot make this card works!

  My problem as well on the 2 GHz 5 and 2, 4 GHz network network. Comparing my cue to network with an old Asus laptop, I get 40% power while the Asus get strength of 80% on the 2, 4 GHz. The asus has no possibility of connection of 5 GHz, but my Lenovo can connect properly.

  You have other methods of troubleshooting, tips for the network card settings, a specific driver to use? Should I reinstall Windows 7/8.1 and try again? Does anyone have a bit of luck with that? So desperate to make this work!

  Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

  One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

  Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

  Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

  However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

  I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

  I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

  I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

  I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

  Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

  No SIM or media inserted in it.

  Charge the unit and check if all functions work fine.

  The method will depend on the type of e-mail account you use.  If you use Outlook.com (or Hotmail, Live.com) email ActiveSync, you can go to settings > accounts > select the e-mail account.  Scroll down and toggle "Sync Email" to off.

  Email IMAP (such as Gmail, it is a little different.  It is not a power switch.  If you don't want to switch to manual, you can change the password of account - which would be "unsync" your e-mail of the device.

  For two of them, you would essentially be re-sync all e-mail when you re-connected and incurring data charges.  If you want to do, I'd be on WiFi when the re-login.

  I got my BlackBerry Z10 since 11/05/2013 and a week there, it restarts randomly and now anytime he's not on the wall charger, it seeks constantly to restart, but it never ends or if on the off chance that it does, it remains not on more than 20 seconds and it restarts again.  I just really don't want to get a new phone, but am at a loss here and really can't keep the phone on a wall charger all the time.  Any suggestions on what to do?  (In addition, this phone has never saved to a computer, not for want of trying.)

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must be directly connected to a charger checked (not PC USB, not a docking station):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs. If but it does not help, then please try again increase the stage 4 time to 2 hours and possibly longer than 4-5 hours waiting.

  It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

  1. Get a known good and already fully charged battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

  The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem. Carefully note please that 'new' and 'know' are not necessarily the same things. Although rare, a 'new' battery could certainly be defective. On the contrary, the easiest (and cheapest, btw) method to perform this test is to find someone with an identical BB which has no problem... trade in batteries and see what happens.

  You have the two desktop software and link configurΘ for dΘmarrer when a device is connected to your Mac. You must go into the Desktop software settings (I don't remember exactly what to do, but there should be some settings at the top right) and set it to not open when a device is connected. Once you have it set to not open when your phone is connected, make sure that the link is set to open. That should solve your problem.

  Try a reboot first. Hold your power button for about 15 seconds, until you see BlackBerry on your screen. Don't release it before despite what may appear on your screen.
