  'Mac' and 'windows', and 'on the shelf' doesn't mean anything at all. It's PDF viewing software that makes the difference.

  Support for advanced features of PDF on tablets is notoriously bad. Read http://indesignsecrets.com/finding-the-best-tablet-pdf-reader.php and related links that are there, it lists a few readers with different abilities...

  Can someone help me please?

  I created a prototype Web site with just two pages (home page and lower). For the relevant navigation, I have created two links and and States of reversal to demonstrate interactivity. I have this set up with slices and swap image behaviors. In preview mode, everything works as it should, but when I export to PDF and considers that links, not stationary state changes work.

  Can anyone help me solve this problem, because, for me, it's a key reason why I was trialing Fireworks first place as my tool of choice for web design. This means the difference between chasing me with Fireworks or returning to Photoshop prototype creation.

  No rollover effects, they do not.

  Generate a prototype HTML (export HTML and Images), and upload the files to a folder on your server. Send the URL to the client and test them.

• Interactive PDF does not print what is visible

  So I created an interactive InDesign pdf where the user can switch between different images (buttons) to make their own design. However, when it's time to print, all images, or at least a random set of images is printed.  The visible/hidden state seems to have no effect on what is actually printed.

  If you set a button initially hidden, and you have the option of 'Button is printable' checked under 'Options PDF' button will be initially printable. If you enable or disable in the PDF file it will get back in sync. The solution is to uncheck "Button is printable" buttons which start hidden.

  For some reason, now the link PDF does not work in Firefox on my computer. It works in Safari and Google Chrome, but not in FF. totally works on my wife Mac, but not mine.

  I see that the link, http://www.creativetroubleshooter.com/Images/padresume1.pdf requires adobe reader. It might be possible that when you updated the FF extension of adobe reader has been deleted. Try to reinstall adobe reader software and see if that helps.

  I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

  I have several html pages that contain many hyperlinks throughout the page

  On each page there is a button print javascript (ie. onclick = "returnfalse... window.print ();")

  Whenever a user selects the option in the print dialog box to print the page in Adobe PDF, the output (pdf) does not keep hyperlinks.

  Is it possible, service or product that will allow external users to print to PDF and preserve hyperlinks work?

  No, unless you convert the page yourself, upload to the server and make it available for download. There no way for the buttons in the HTML to control the Acrobat plugin, nor to say even if it is installed.

  Acrobat DC will give you the same functionality as you have in Acrobat 9, but are compatible with the Win10 and office 2013. You can download a free trial version and check if it works for you before you buy/index. Do not install on a system eval version with existing Acrobat is installed (unless you are ready to reinstall, which may not work in your situation).

  1. Please try to update Acrobat XI and Microsoft Office 2013 and see if that solves the problem.

  2 - If update does not work, try to repair Acrobat, because this will open Acrobat > help > fix the Installation of Acrobat.

  It does not subscribe. Acrobat Oro is a different application. You must install it and then make sure that you aren't yet using the old program Acrobat Reader.

  I created an editable pdf that I want to use to fill out a form, save in their own car, change it again, then print it and send it in.

  It could be that the fields are set on "Visible but does not print. Check the "form field:" drop-down list under the general tab of the dialog box properties field to see what it is defined. If it's not her, can you post a sample PDF file somewhere?
