  Can I pass name of user and password for playback of strobe as parameters so that the user does not need to be prompted for the name of user and password for protected content? In other words, Strobe detects a need for authentication, but rather establish a dialog box to prompt the user, it just extracts the name of user and password transmitted and transmits it to the license server?

  If no such function is available, can anyone point to a simple sample plugin, where I can spend the long name of username/password or a token to the license server, perhaps through the object connection or flow? I looked at the example of Akamai, and it's quite complicated with little documentation.

  The SMILPlugin seems to have a bug when used with a proxy plugin.

  Please follow these steps:

  1 starting the SMILPlugin source code: http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/osmf/trunk/plugins/samples/SMILPlugin

  2. open the SMILMediaGenerator class.

  3. go to line 123. You should see the following code snippet:

  If (! isNaN (duration) & duration > 0)

  {

  (videoElement as VideoElement) .defaultDuration = duration;

  }

  4. replace by this excerpt:

  If (! isNaN (duration) & duration > 0)

  {

  Assuming that videoElement is that a VideoElement is wrong (I guess that we can find a better name for this variable?)

  Since any plugin proxy will break this code. Iterate through the string until you reach a VideoElement proxy

  We can add a deffensive code just after the iterator, unless we should always have a VideoElement on top.

  Hope that you are well. I installed Oracle Developer Suite 10 g on Windows 7 successfully and that it works correctly. But when I connect to Oracle Form Builder using Connect window asking:

  a message box appears: "ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified '.
  
  I check my String to connect with: ' SELECT * FROM database of v$ ', but the problem remains the same.

  Please use Net Configuration Wizard or set tnsnames.ora with string and computer name to connect.

  When its open then go to.
  * The local Net Service name configuration.
  * Click Next.
  * Add.
  * Click Next.
  * Name service - Type here connect the String which is XE or any connection string.
  * TCP.
  * Click Next.
  Host name - enter computer name or Ip address.
  * Yes, perform a test.
  you enter the right password and username here.

  Note:-your database should be Up if it's not high, it will be by the same error please start your database first.

  For example. I have the block called A.what never the data displayed on a block, when I click on a button, displays the block data, must be exported to the csv file.

  First of all.  What is your version of forms (for example: 11.1.2.2.0 not 11g).  Finally, who will use the .csv file?  If it is a user on their client computer - CLIENT_TEXT_IO TEXT_IO or WebUtil are standard packages used to export data to a file of Oracle Forms.

  The amount of data to be exported?  If you export only a couple hundred lines - export of Froms will be OK.  If you export more lines than that (300 + lines) then the export will be extremely slow to your username.  Keep in mind that forms is not designed to perform data exports - there are better tools available for this...

  First go to your form's constructor. In the menu EDIT travel PREFERENCES can DURATION tab and set the location of the Web browser. Here, define the path of the executable file.

  And check out this link. Make Chrome default browser

  You can merge with the forms tool / Forms API master (I did for hundreds of forms)

  Open the forms you want to merge with the developer compare and different objects appear. Then you have the options "Copy/property of the object again" (ideal form to your left) or 'Copy old object/property' (form left to your right). For program units, you also have a differences Viewer to display the differences between program units the same in different forms...

  Another possibility would be to convert the two XML forms using frmxlate, merge them and convert them to fmb.

  Instead of looking for "success of form", try verifies that you have actually connected. For example:

• Strengthening and security for Oracle Content & Portal Server

  Hi all

  I developed an Application Oracle WebCenter Portal Framework, which is a public website from the front. There are no requirements for users to connect to the Web site or to contribute any content. All content are delivered through Intranet Portal.

  Static web application resources such as css, javascript and images are checked in Oracle Content Server with the public group. I set the definition of the region and as a WebLogic group check-in and it is defined as a connection of UCM via the Application Framework of portal in Oracle Enterprise Manager.

  I set up Web URL mapped folders to serve my static content (css, javascript, pictures) through the content server that I can access my pictures by clicking using the http://localhost/CS/folder/pictures/filename.jpg 

  Content and portal servers are behind a reverse proxy (Oracle iPlanet Web server), but I noticed there are several defined servlet in the Web.XML as portlets, servlets admin which I think it should be deleted if not used.

  I also put web.xml as zero, connection authentication mode because I don't expect all users to connect to the public Web site. I also defined safety for all groups to be seen only in the hierarchy of the Page options.

  Is there something else I should take note of the strengthening of the security/point of view?

  Anyone who is not connected to the WebCenter Portal assumes the role of the Public user. Out-of-the-box, the role of the Public user has minimal privileges, i.e. approval of request for an opinion. Be careful when granting permissions to the Public user role. Avoid to grant administrative permissions as Application managing all, Application-managed Configuration or any permission that can be considered useless.

  If you don't want the unauthenticated users to see content marked "public" WebCenter portal, do not grant the permission View Application to the Public user role. When public access is disabled, the public content is invisible to unauthenticated users. In addition, the homepage for WebCenter Portal is not displayed; public users are directed to a login page. Administrators can customize the default login page, if necessary.

  I chose "Oracle BI Server" as my security model and everything works fine, I had to remove a user, I deleted the user of the RPD, deleted the presentation services user of "Manage presentation catalog users and groups" and restarted services: BI of Oracle server, Oracle server, Oracle Java host, OC4J display.
  
  After the reboot, I am able to log in the presentation and web services Oracle BI Publisher, what I need to do some thing more to restrict access to the deleted users.

  If you use the BI server for security, then it keeps users and what they can get. You can erase browser puts in cache and make sure bounce you the server BEEP.

  We are currently working with Oracle Forms and reports 11.1.2.2.0 (64-bit) using Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6 (64-bit) installed with the 64-bit JDK 1.7.0_40. Currently, we configure the YPI parameters (jpi_download_page, jpi_codebase, etc.) to use Java 7. Here is an excerpt from formsweb.cfg of that we deploy to end users to download a 7 Java JRE (Java 7u67 taking as an example):

As we know in Internet Explorer, the URL in the jpi_codebase parameter is where it can find the .cab file for the automatic download of the JRE. Even if it works well for JRE 6 and 7 of the JRE, if we were to use the configuration settings following parameter changed to 8 JRE:

  We went to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/autodownload-140472.html on the Oracle Web site, which explains the more information on the identification of the URL appropriate for auto-download of JRE, it only shows the URL for JRE 7u71 and 7u71 structure. We used this provision to JRE 8, but we get the "File not found" error when you use the URL directly.

  According to these results, someone happens to know if 8 JRE is currently available (or even supported) for automatic download by using the parameters of YPI in formsweb.cfg? We know that anyone can download the latest Java 7 or 8 Java JRE manually from Oracle, but it would be convenient if he could be auto-téléchargé if it is currently possible. It would be more a une question question for the forum Java or Java Runtime, let me know.
