  I had the same problem, just bought a new Macbook Pro (June 2015) and Lightroom CC had this error as well.  Here is the dialog box that I've had with Adobe, and it cures the problem:

  Adobe: Please click on the search option in your Dock at the bottom of the screen.

  Adobe: Then click GO on the MenuBar at the top of the screen.

  Adobe:, and then click GO to folder, and then type: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

" I check services and found DHCP stopped running, I tried to start it manually, it shows "Windows didn't start the DHCP Client service on Local computer." Error 5:Access is denied. "I did ' sfc/scannow' and found no errors.
  I use a laptop from my friend and it works great! So there is nothing wrong with the router but my own laptop. My laptop runs windows Vista editions Home Premium with Service Pack 2.

  Need help! Please, need to connect to the internet to go to school online. Thanks in advance for any help!

  It is the way to do it.   Either you must be part of the root group to be given to the role admin (or a bespoke) at the level of the host to access the DCUI.

  I just bought the stand alone LR6, downloaded and installed. I can't open the program. I get the following two messages:

  The two pop up with error messages. I tried several times to reinstall them all with the same results.

  I had to remove my entire Adobe folder and all its contents from in the "Application Support" folder I did a clean download and reinstall and it worked fine from there. The Adobe folder had a lot of files years ago that I have is no longer used, and I think that this was causing a conflict somehow. All is well now. I hope this helps other users.

Still no luck.

  Any ideas how I can get registered with vCenter Orchestrator (I use the VCSA) or if I start troubleshooting? Good to check logs files?

  OK, if you see that the "get started page", this means the plugin vRO has not been downloaded and deployed in vSphere Web Client.

  In 6.x, the binary plug-in are hosted on server vRO and vSphere Client Web downloads and deploys it. How the plugin site is discovered is the URL extension of the VC.

  The first thing to check if if the URL is valid and the plug-in can be downloaded from it. Open the managed object browser, and then clicks ExtensionManager -> "com.vmware.vco" extension-> client -> url. Its value must be something like https://vcoip:8281/vco/vsphere-web-client/vco-plugin.zip. Open this URL in a browser and verify that the downloaded ZIP file.

  If the ZIP file can be downloaded without problem, check the file of newspaper Web Client vSphere (vsphere_client_virgo.log) traces associated with failed to download plugin (you can find the name of the vco-pluginfile).

  If there is nothing associated with vco-plugin in the papers then maybe vSphere Web Client not attempted to download it.
