  You can also use something like below, requirement is VMware tools should be present on requested VMs, you require the same username password for windows and also have on the root of Linux or any other username password must be the same., it will directly pull Uptime and distribution of inside the virtual machine.

  Hi mate,

  I think that it of quite difficult to say something about it. Remaining time depends on many factors:
  -Screen brightness
  -The software you use
  CPU usage-
  -etc.

  But I think a battery 12 cells should give you a good time. As far as I know this would be the maximum of cells at the moment.

  What exactly do you mean by "block"?  Is this a Subvi, primitive LabVIEW, a piece of LabVIEW code?

  You can use several functions of number of cycles.  If you put your code in a flat sequence structure with Tick account in settings in the meantime, you can subtract the values from each other and to relative time of each piece of code.

  Why are you worried about the execution time?  Problems of particular clock?  Most of the LabVIEW primitives will run so fast, you'll probably see no or very little change in the number of cycles before and after them.

  Here is an example to show how measuring the execution time for a section of code.

  Anyone know how to get the uptime? start a startup apps is not really an option, I'm sure there is a way without that, because application as my bb fighting shows uptime as soon as you install it (without having to restart the device).

  After you run a recovery test, some VMS in the placeholders on the recovering site have not been restored. They´re that appear as unavailable virtual machines, always pointing to the instant data store (which no longer exists) and so on.

  This date marks the respective virtual machines in groups such as the need to repair (not very many, only 7).

  I clicked on the button fix everything and let it run... but what is happening now for nearly 48 hours and it won´t I would like to cancel the operation.

  What should I do?

  Restart vCenter and MIS services.

  Unsubscribe VMS pointing to non-existent LUNS.

  Rescan HBAS.

  Try the repair option again.

  I want to update our two guests to esx server 3.5 with Manager running on vCenter 2.5 update. (Mamaged through the Infrastructure Client 2.5)

  On the two hosts vm is turned on. When I start sanitation on the single host an error occurs (operation timed out). When I set up the answer for the failure to "Power Off and try again" the powers of the host in the broad all VMs and update work.

  My question is: shouldn't the host use HA to turn off the virtual machine, move them to another host and turn it on again? Or vMotion is required for this operation?

  I forgot to ask you one thing, you play with setting HA? (Leave the machine market, stop, stop). This could be a different result!

• Operating time of game bar

  I am using Captivate 5 on a Mac Pro 5.1. If you look in the Table of contents, obviously see you in the current time of your presentation and the total time, but anyway are also having this information above the PlayBar? I want to keep my OCD hidden, but I didn't know if there was anyway to insert execution times on or around the game return fast/fast-forward etc buttons. Is this possible? How?

  If you don't have any break during the file, the time as shown in the table of contents is also the real time, but is not very common. If the user clicks on the bar reading some button the real time will NEVER be the time because it is calculated from the length of the slide. I hope that you realize that! If you have a PlayBar, the user has a large number of control, can pause, rewind, go to the next/previous slide.

  You can easily add the variable v_elap (or v_elap_min) and v_total (or v_total_min) in a text caption that position above the playback bar. But what I explained, is that it is not possible to have the minutes and seconds, or you have (decimals) minutes or seconds. What you want is currently impossible in Captivate if you do not want to use the table of contents or write a widget yourself of the written by someone else. I explained what is possible within Captivate.

  And it starts automatically if you read the post. Rewind is also possible, if initialize you variables of new him reinstating the first slide.

  In my case the problem was caused by multiple NICs on my development machine.
  ORA_DBMS_JDWP has been set at ip_address of wireless adapter which was on the other network segment as the oracle server.
  Rotation of the wifi adapter and then restart visual studio solved the problem.

  If you are using vmware workstation that ora_dbms_jdwp can also be assigned to the IP address of the virtual map of vmware.

  OK, looking at the code, you seem to use the sieve, but there are a lot of very inefficient buildings.

  Here are a few ideas:

  • To find the first digit different from zero, there is no need to rattle on the table in its entirety in a loop just to look for the smallest index, simply use table research and research for REAL. No need to loop. You can start searching for the last position found, no need to search the position 0.
  • Instead of squaring for the condition of the root square before the loop end loop, and compare without squaring

  I would like to control the availability of a platform (like linux box), but DO not quite understand how the availability.  How to follow a "platform"for uptime. " If I use the agent and show its availability, which may NOT be the same as the availability of a platform if for some reason the agent has not started.
  
  In the same spirit, I would like to monitor availability in percentage for a web site. What is the best way to do it?  Should how much I follow? Once again if the agent falls down and does NOT start the % OPERATION time for the web site is going to be affected and show more downtime if the agent is NOT running...   If the customer (agent) is down, then the server will consider the platform as being down.

  It's a little hard to answer your question about how long the data is kept.  Compress us the data and store min/avg/max on windows in different tables, each in different range and size of the window.  Overall, the oldest data in the central administration will be eliminated after 1 year.  This is configurable in the database.

  You can check the space by monitoring the database used by HQ :-).

  I use 14.04.1 ubuntu lts. my version of firefox is 35.0.1 and what update it says that it is the last available.
  I fear that the health report shows activity on 13 February, when my computer is on 12 February at 20:00.
  is it posible that someone has control over my internet conection and the person is 5 hours of my time zone?
  or y at - it an explanation for this behavior of the report health firefox?

  We have a Mac Pro towers (NOT for sale) and Mac mini with several hard drives installed internally.   Time Machine backup all internal disks or just the boot disk?   This can be configured?

  Time Machine backs up your default boot partition. However, if you have more than one drive or partition on your Mac (and it is formatted in "Mac OS extended (journaled)"), you can set the Time Machine to save these drives too. You can do this by removing these drives from the list of excluded items in System-> Time Machine-> Options... Preferences, so that the next backup will include all internal hard drives or partitions that you want to back up too.

• Control the simulation time to align the time system

  Good so maybe it's blindingly obvious or just simply a ridiculous question but here goes:

  I run a dll that I produced from a .mdl file. My goal (among others!) is to get the dynamic response of the exact model of 'real world' calendar (date system). The tuning for the appearance of the control of this model is based on the duration of simulation with produced in simulink and so it is desirable for me to define the duration of the simulation to run when the system.

  The problem I have, if you open the workspace and produce a template control, the simulation shown time is much faster than the time system.

  For example, one iteration of the model takes a fraction of a second. What I imagine happens, it is immediately restart (and progress of a time step). I guess I want the model to wait until it is in harmony with the system time before iterate again.

  Is there a way to solve this problem, and do anyone know if this problem will be resolved in Simulink or Veristand 2009.

  The models are running in sync with the rest of the system. Unless you specify a decimation factor for your different model of 1 for each tick of the primary control loop your model put once, too. The difference between the model and system duration that you see is due to the fact that the model time is based on its time not Delta T compiled, not any of the wall clock time. Every time that the model is Ticktock, it adds its own Delta T to its operation time string.

  The time channel system is based on the Delta T of the primary control loop. Thus, it corresponds with the rate you specified the system to run at. If these Delta Ts are the same, are aligned at the same time. If you want the time to model to match an actual wall clock time, you can adjust the flow of the loop of the primary control loop to match the Delta T, or adjust the factor of the decimation of the model so that it gets only checked once for every N the primary control loop iterations.
