Invitations not sent on the Calendar Server 6.3

We would be grateful for any help on this. We can give more details if necessary, please just let us know.

Question:

Our clients calendars server seems to be fully operational and error-free. However, when a customer creates a new event and invites others to attend, no prompt is sent. The creator of the event, however, believes everything is in order, because no error message appears and the guest list is displayed on the event. He worked recently. We tried some things have changed (e.g. disk space, size of files, corruption, recent patching, licenses expiring, etc.), but not him have not yet found something that has changed.

What we did:

We had db_verify and csdb - v check on data bases. ics50deletelog.DB had corruption, we who fixed using db_dump and db_load to export, and then import the data bases.
We also served the ics50deletelog.db database with the help of cspurge later in the discharge and charge do not seem to have had an effect.
We have tried to put the log level upward in the opt/SUNWics5/cal/config/ics.conf, but did not have more details when you restart the service (via /etc/init.d/sunwics5 restart)

Before that we had the db_dump and db_load purge:

Sounds like we're talking about 'Notifications of events Invitations '. These are notifications that is sent when someone invites you to an event. If you get the notification or not depends on your preference stored in ldap. This can be set using the Convergence to navigate through the Options-> calendar-> notifications (check "Notify me by email of new invitations or modifications of the invitation"). The attributes below is actual ldap that is stored in the user input.

icsExtendedUserPrefs: ceNotifyEnable = 1
icsExtendedUserPrefs: [email protected]

In the following cases (participant) user won't get notifications even if the preference above is defined.

a > creating an event with participants in the past. CS6, by default, removes the notifications of past events. You can turn notifications of past events by setting the configuration 'ine.pastnotification.enable' on 'Yes' in ics.conf

b > if the client creating the application server event does not send notifications. (smtpNotify wcap param to storeevents.wcap). Outlook Connector uses this param wcap, so you won't get notifications server for events invited using Outlook Connector. Outlook Connector sends that is own notifications directly.

According to me, you are looking for this kind of notifications. The process responsible for sending these notifications is "csadmind" on the Frontend. So, you must check the admin.log on the Frontend to see whether or not it is sending notifications.

    You may be experiencing bug CSCtg78612.  This occurs when the CSA MC is updated from a previous version of 6.0 to 6.0.2 and managed agents have not yet been upgraded.  You should be able to solve the problem by programming upgrades the agent for the affected hosts.

    Try to define an alternative DNS and check if that can help you:

    1. Tap the wireless on the top of the screen of the printer and look for the IP address is.
    2. Navigate to throguh IP of the printer, the web browser on your PC.
    3. Click the network tab.
    4. Under, click IPv4 wireless.
    5. Under the DNS Configuration, select manual.
    6. Set the address preferably as 8.8.8.8
    7. Set the e-mail address alternative as 8.8.4.4
    8. Click on apply to confirm the change.

    Now, turn the printer off and turn it back on and check for the difference.

    VSM does not work with Linked vCenters mode so that a VSM would be able to access the two vCenters.

    You will need to deploy both VSMs.

    You cannot run two MSM 3.5.x and 4.0.x at the same time.

    I have a custom workflow that works very well and a requirement came to send the notification to a list of users after a certain activity is done. To achieve this,

    (1) I created notification and the attributes that are required,message.

    (2) I am creating a special role and assigning users before you initialize the workflow process, and this role is assigned to a type of role attribute that has been defined as the interpreter of the notification.

    When the workflow starts, the activity of notification is not sent to the role while its status is showing as 'Done' and result of the activity is showing that the 'Force' when the workflow process is completed.

    Note: Creating ad hoc-role and assign to users happen correctly, other notifications are bring sent to the respective recipients. Only the newly introduced notification does not work properly.

    I have fixed this problem.

    When I made the changes first, I kept the attribute type of the special role as text instead of role and I transferred it in the database using WFLOAD and I was faced with the issue of the notice, then I realized and changed the type of the role attribute and loaded in DB using WFLOAD command This time, only the changes are not stored in the DB and I faced the question again. So I thought that associates other issue and therefore posted in this forum (apologies for that).

    Yet once, I saved directly turns him into DB instead of load using WFLOAD, now it works fine.

Y at - it a particular fix that brings FrameworkFolder from 2.0 to 2.1.

    1. after changing properties of connection CRMI - save

    Now comes the key:

    2. Select the bean Select viz ADFConnections - operations - parent. Here, select Invoke.

    The action is logged and persistent changes to the MDS repository on successfully executing step 2, otherwise the changes will not be saved and will be reset to restart the server after original values.

    Now restart the servers of the ADF managed, test and report the results.

    OK, I re-read your question. It's actually expected behavior. The user must manually send the email.

    If you want it to be a silent process, then you must either install a script on the local computer of the user who will do this, or use any email but something as a service web to which you directly submit the form data.

    I've updated from Win 7 to win 10. I have AR DC and it was working fine before the upgrade. Now when I try to use the AR, I get the following error message: "AR could not communicate to the DDE server". After reading several posts on the forums, I tried to clean up the permissions for AR DC. AR DC started working but only once. He went immediately to the same error message.     The error you see "Acrobat could not connect to a DDE server" occurs usually when Acrobat/Reader finds an already running instance of Acrobat/Reader software, tries to 'talk' to it, but this other instance does not. This can happen if there is a 'guillotine' or misconduct Acrobat/Reader running (perhaps in running in background because he doesn't close properly).

    If you are uncomfortable with the task manager of Windows (via Ctrl-Shift-Escape), then try and kill any what Acrobat.exe or AcroRd32.exe instances running in the background that may have disappeared.

    I'm kinda a noob in PHP/MySQL and I can't get my MySQL database to work on my remote server (it works on my local server).

    On the spot, I have:

    Connection name: local

    MySQL server: localhost

    User name: root

    Password: root

    Database: wbgt

    From a distance, I have:

    Created a database to help:

    username: wbgt (although it displays it as "web100-wbgt")

    password: root

    I also imported the MySQL database on the remote server.

    When I try to access any page that uses the MySQL database, it comes in white!

    Any ideas?

    1. export your local MySQL database
    2. create a MySQL database on your remote web hosting provider
    3. go to manage (or something similar) and import the MySQL database on your web hosting provider remotely
    4. in dreamweaver go to database data, +, MySQL connection Panel (or change your original database)
    5. Connection name - what you want
    6. MySQL - Localhost Server
    7. User name - whatever your remote site named the database in my case, I entered admin, but the user name is admin-web100-8
    8. Password - password for your remote database
    9. Database - go in manage your databases click on database and on the left side you should see the name of your database. in my case it was web100-admin-8 new (I couldn't connect on the ddatabase distance so I had to enter manually)
    10. Click fact put and it should work!
