  A type Surface Pro, a machine that has the support of the pen. As far as I know no Apple Macbook have a touch screen and stylus support. Photoshop does not work on iPad.

  -Should I disconnect the battery when I have access to outlet?

  2. Or should I fully charge and then use remove the charger and only work on battery? This isn't a good idea because the battery will run out and you will need to recharge which means increase in cycles and the charge battery will die earlier.

  I understand that when you plug your power wall adapter, the light comes on, but when you plug it in to the HP ENVY 23 light not illuminate. I suspect that your power adapter is defective.   I would say you runa full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner and look for any infections.

  Note: there is a risk of data loss if all the files are infected and which can be removed in the cleaning process.

  If the problem persists, you can start the computer in safe mode and perform a clean boot. Clean boot helps eliminate any conflict of third party software.

  I got a new laptop with touch screen of Windows 8 (which I am learning to use), but when I click on the Mail app, he gave me my mail from my Google e-mail address. So I thought that maybe there because of a conflict with the first non-functioning email account Comcast because I can put this one to download the new email "as shipments arrive.  So I tried to delete the first Comcast, but I am unable to remove it without changing the settings from my PC because it says, ' this is a Microsoft account that allows you to log in to the Windows settings and synchronize with other computers of your. I don't want to screw up anything with my settings on the laptop.  So now I have 3 accounts is displayed when I click on 'settings' then 'accounts '. The first has a blue mail icon and white with the name of Comcast (it offers nothing for me), the latter also named Comcast as my husband put up and running but won't allow me to get mail 'as shipments arrive', with a black envelope icon and others with the Gmail icon which also offers a mail to me and that will allow me to download new mail 'as shipments arrive.

  I can't get email that shipments arrive on my Gmail account.  Is there anyway that I can delete the email account that does not have Comcast? Or is it possible to add parameters to the first Comcast account so that one works and one delete my husband added (but it's the only Comcast that works so I hesitate to do).  Please explain in simple terms that I will have to just fix myself. I really appreciate any help you can give me.
