IP phone Agent state

We currently have IPCC Express deployed 3.5 with 4.1 CM. Using the IP to connect to the queue phone agent. However, when an agent who is willing is missing an appeal in the State of the agents queue is not automatically changed for is not ready and the queue continues to present the call to the agent. How to configure the IPCC to change the State of an agemt to not ready when they miss a call.

Open the SubsystemRMCM.properties file in the c:\program files\wfavvid folder. Check the following settings. Line: agentUnavailRNA = true

If it is false, you will need to change to true and restart the engine.

Good luck

  • IP phone Agent Login

    Hi all

We use a 4.0 (5) IPCCX bonus for our call centres. CRS Server meets with CCM 4.1.3.

I can set up services in CCM so that Agents can connect through an IP phone. Extension mobility of IP phones users. So before a connection Agent for answering calls, it needs to connect to the phone for its extension as a normal of the IP phone user. Then the agent should connect to answer calls to the hotline.

    Problem:

After connection via IP Phone Agent agents, the phone screen shows CSQ Stats, the ID of the Agent and queued calls waiting. When an incoming call and agent answers the call, the phone screen switch back to the Extension mobility login window. When agent ended the call and put down the phone, the display of the telephone remains in the connection window Extension mobility. Is there a way to make the phone screen to return to the window of the Agent?

    Help, please. Thank you.

When you run Extension mobility in IPCC Express, to implement these actions regarding the association of the device:

RMUser associated with all the phones that an agent has the ability to use the phone needs.

Associate the agent Extension mobility profile.

  • IP phone agent

I would like to install the IP phone Agent, but I'm having a hard time to locate the IPAgentInitial.jsp file on my system. In the analysis, it tells you that a file named IPAgentInitial.class contains the execution but I can't find this file either. I guess that the file can be extracted from the .class file but not really sure. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello

The class file is a compilation of a jsp file. The jsp file contains the source code of the class file. Cisco doesn? t include the jsp in CRS files, so if you want to access the code for the class, you will need to use a decompiler for a class file.

When you call a jsp from a URL file, you are automatically redirected to the class file.

    Hope this helps,

  • The phone queue stats

I have a client who would like the agents must be able to view the stats on their phone line, as well as the Office of the agent. Could someone point me in the right direction?

    Hello

    Therefore, here.

The setup of the example is as follows. First of all, a few basic terms I use in the script.

-cc - aw: it the name of the server running the script. Is the Server Admin CIM Workstation (AW) (the script pulls information from the local database (127.0.0.1) using SQL auth (it is very important: you must have mixed auth mode enabled in SQL server, if you installed AW according to Cisco docs, you should already have it activated))

-vialia: the name of the instance of the installation of the ICM. This means, on the AW server we can see two databases CIM: vialia_awdb (information AW), vialia_hds (based on historical data). We only need first here.

-statreader: the account name we are connecting to SQL server. This should, of course, have the necessary rights enabled for the vialia_awdb database (public and db_owner should be OK, but you can play with restrictions)

    - [email protected] / * /: the password for the above account

-url =http://cc-aw/stats/sg_boston.asp: this is the URL of the script. Otherwise, the name of the script itself is sg_boston.asp (display of the information on the skills of Boston Group) and is saved in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\stats\ folder. You may need to give him the run script permission.

-5099: is the SkillTargetID of the Group of skills that we want to see the information. It is, for example, the SkillTargetID of the skills of Boston group. You can find the SkillTargetID of all groups of skills in the vialia_awdb.dbo.Skill_Group table (try SELECT * FROM vialia_awdb.dbo.Skill_Group in Query Analyzer for the complete list)

Very large lines in the script:

    Response.AddHeader "Refresh", "10; URL =http://cc-aw/stats/sg_boston.asp"

This adds a header, instructing the phone to recharge the (same) script every 10 seconds.

    oConn.Open "driver = {SQL Server}; Server = 127.0.0.1; UID = statreader; pwd =[email protected] / * /; database = vialia_awdb ".

For uid, pwd, and database values: see the explanation above.

So please change all these values!

It is always good to try the script in your favorite web browser. If you get an XML object with some realistic figures, so everything is OK, you can set the URL in the form of inactive URL on phones of officers.

If you get an error message, then:

-check if the script itself is accessible by IIS,

    -Execute permission enabled?

    -OK SQL Login?

Have fun. And please let me know.

    P. S.

  • Monitoring Apache with a custom agent State

    Hi people,

Foglight includes an ApacheSvr agent in the cartridge of the BONE that monitors Apache locally by analyzing the history of the Apache access.

Some Quest engineers have collaborated on an agent based on a script that monitors the Apache remote by analyzing the output generated by the page Status of Apache.

This information is available when apache httpd is compiled with the "mod_status" module and ExtendedStatus is now as described in: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_status.html

When activated, the Apache /server-status page looks like http://www.apache.org/server-status

The agent script runs under Unix. It collects, analysis and reports 21 measures focused on the Apache Foglight.

If you are interested in this agent custom, especially if you have Apache status active on your site and would like to beta test the agent and providing feedback, please respond.

    Kind regards

  • IP phone Agent in HA environment

    We have IPCC 4.05 has.

To use IPPA in an environment HA will create 2 intellectual property services in Bishop's call.? 1 service pointing to each server?

Or is there a service that can be used that will try a server then Server B?

    Thank you

    Trae

    Trae,

You are right, you will need to create two Services of IP telephony in call manager. 1 service pointing to each server UCCX.

I saw a few attempts to use DNS or server load balancing to work around this problem. However, at the end of the day setting up two services seem to work best.

  • ICT Agent OS Desktop and IP phone connection...

    Hi all

Is it possible to use the connection IP phone or something similar to log agents in groups of skills via the handset if/when the Office CTIOS Toolkit isn't available? (Computer problems etc...)

We use the IPCC Enterprise 7.1 (4).

    Thank you

IP phone Agent service is supported only with CAD not CTI OS. I belive Cisco Advanced Services has an application similar to the IP phone Agent, so you will need to contact them for this.

  • "View Composer agent initialization state random error.

We use 4.0.1 build-233023 with linked clones with persistent desktop computers and we get "View Composer agent State (6) initialization error: unknown failure (expected 0 seconds)" errors that occur randomly after commissioning.  I've read several articles that indicate to restart the virtual machine will fix that, while it's very embarrassing that it works.

However, we receive this error on the VMS, after commissioning and users have already connected to the virtual computer.  So if the VM goes to an error state, users get an error indicating that the office is not available!  A restart/reset of the user's virtual machine will correct this, but it would not be feasible.

A - someone to find a permanent solution to this?

    Thank you very much!

Food for thought: I removed all the variables unnecessary excesses on the 'Run' button and changed my script to restart to wait 30 seconds to run.  This time, the refresh of the Office were 0 errors (usually I see 1 or 2 with the initial thrust).  Once is not a trend, but I wanted to throw it out there.  The other thing, we've changed is diminished the simultaneous provision to the vCenter server to '1' (just in case this error is caused View Composer have too busy).  I will update if things do not work in the long term with the fixes above.  Thank you!

  • State of the agent - HostName

Is it possible to change the host name to the agent (WindowsAgent), located under AgentStatus? Are you forced to remove the agent and add it with the new host name?

Under Administration | Agents | State of the agent.
    Select an agent
    Select Edit properties.
The host at the top of the page (not the hostname on the bottom).

The host name that appears at the top of the page is discovered by the agent's host name.

It is an agent of property that cannot be changed. If you want to change it, you must delete and re-create the agent.

As you note, the hostname associated with the measures collected is editable. This is the name that appears in the monitoring dashboards.

  • Cannot route calls to agents

    Need help, please.

What should I do to route calls to the skill of the agent group in ICM?

When I put script just a label - it works fine, when I put the skills group - nothing works...

I try to call of the ip phone to the ip phone agent through point of road CM in LABORATORY

    What I've done wrong?

I did everything according to the guides of the CIM:

Added labels agents, services, skills, target of the device groups, and he attributed all with each other

But I don't understand why I have to assign network trunk group to the Group of skills or services?

    Thanks

    Alex

The script has successfully validated without errors?

You watch the script to see where it fails? It is a failure to the skillgroup node?

Do you have any officer connected and ready to accept the call to this skill?

You assign it NTG to the operational skills or services. You create routes for skills / services and when you reference a skill in the skillgroup node, the corresponding route will automatically select when you close the node.

If you don't have the loan officer in this talent and the script fails on the skillgroup node, check the target config (devType CiscoPhone /DN XXXX) device

In addition, the telephone set itself must be associated with the "pguser" in call manager. Will this work?

  • My samsung phone does not work on Windows 7.

Original title: My samsung phone peripheral States does not properly I want to copy on the music via usb. I also have worelss if I can do it?

He worked before resetting my phone and now it will not work.

    Hello

    1. do you mean that the Samsung phone is not detected on the Windows 7 computer?

    2. What is the brand and model of the computer and the phone?

If the Samsung phone and computer are able to transfer via Bluetooth, you can try to transfer and see if that helps.

Note: for more information and how to transfer you can refer to the manual that came with the computer and the phone.

You can also try the following and see if that helps.

Method 1: Try with different USB ports and the cables and see if that helps.

Method 2: Check if the phone is detected on another computer with the same cable.

Method 3: Run that fix the following:
