iPad 2 music recovery

Noticed that all the music on the music app were stored in icloud for broadcast, with the exception of two music albums, which have been physically stored on the iPad.  To free storage capacity, I assumed removing albums in app Musci that the albums would remain to access in icloud.  But not only it did the diappear albums Musci app, also disappeared from the app iTunes, so couldn't be found.  I guess what I read: this question, you need a Mac deskop to recover these music files, and I have no computer, just the iPad.  Y at - it another way to recover the files, or do I need to get a Mac desktop computer to retrieve files?

You need iTunes on a computer (Mac or PC) to check if you have hidden the cloud and, if you have, to the unhide them: mask and unmask purchases iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple support

A friend or a family member has a computer with iTunes on it? If you don't know anyone with iTunes, you can try to contact iTunes support in your country and see if they can see if they are hidden and display their: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

If the albums are no longer in the store, or if you have moved countries since their purchase, they will not appear for display and then redownloading.

  • Updated my iPad off in recovery mode, now I can't restore

I turned off my computer so I connected to iTunes. He gave me the warning saying that it cannot connect to it until I unlock it, but of course, I just forgot my password (and I remember now but it's too late). Then I put in recovery mode and update. After the update that it started at a black screen saying "iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes," but the thing is that I can not. Whenever I have connect my computer, iTunes gives me just the normal warning of him being disabled, but nothing else. He brings me to the screen where it asks me to put up-to-date or to recover more. What can I do? Thank you!

BTW I've never synced with iTunes on my computer.

  • iPad 2 Mini stuck in recovery after update.

    Hello

After that I tried to update my iPad 2 Mini 9 IOS to 9.3 via OTA, the iPad was found in recovery mode. As it happened, here's what I tried:

-Restore / update: isn't working, returns an error 9 most of the time, but mostly just a message telling me my iPad is in recovery.

-do the same with several cables USB (official or spare parts), also with another Mac (I use a MacBook Pro usually) and even a PC.

    -updated my iTunes Mac, OSX...

-using obsolete tools like reiboot for the shot on the recovery mode.

    -put in DFU.

I have no idea what to do next. Just to let you know, it has never been jailbroken or dropped on the floor... Nothing. It has always worked perfectly. If it helps, let me tell you what happens when I try to update / restore:

-Once iTunes has downloaded firmware (currently 9.3.1), he does things (extraction, waiting for my iPad...), then once the progress bar appears, if I updated it stops early and the screen flashes blue for a second; If I'm trying to restore the progress bar goes all the way, then the blue flash is displayed.

If anyone has an idea on what I should try, let me know. I don't mind losing my data because I have a backup in iCloud.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Disabled IPad can be reset using the recovery mode

Someone with a good it knowledge doctored iPad without permission and now it can be reset using the recovery mode. While that plugged into iTunes, software downloads, iPad, then displays the Apple symbol but then returns the message "iPad is disabled connect to iTunes".

    Hi stephen158,

I understand that, in the process of restoration of an iPad in recovery mode, your iPad rebooted and returns to the screen "connect to iTunes". This can occur if the software download takes longer than 15 minutes, how the iPad will exit Recovery mode and the software will continue to download. In this case, you should be able to put the iPad in recovery mode and choose to restore the device when prompted.

    1. Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend or go to an Apple Store or service provider authorized Apple for help.
    2. When your device is connected, force restart it: press and hold the sleep/wake and home for at least 10 seconds, and only release when you see the Apple logo. Keep until you see the screen in recovery mode now.
    3. When you see the option restore or update, choose update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data. Please wait while iTunes downloaded the software for your device.
If the download takes more than 15 minutes the device out of recovery mode, you must repeat these steps and choose restore instead of update when you return to this step.
    4. After the update or restore is complete, configure your device. If you have backed up your device with iTunes or iCloud and you need to restore your device in step 3, you may be able to restore from your backup during installation.

  • iPad 2 Air jump DFU Boot Up sequence

    Hi all

I am a corporate IT and we have an iPad that gave us some difficulty, the last two days. He was stuck in a boot loop sequence that would flash a loop about 3 times before freezing on the screen of the Virgin white apple logo screen and Red boot.

I was able to get into recovery mode and try to do a restore and update on the device, but when I try to go through the process of restore and update, without interruption, I get an error "iPad"iPad"could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9).

I studied the error code and I followed these instructions several times. Different USB cables, different USB ports on my MacBook Pro. I tried the iMac to my office. I even tried the process on my windows via bootcamp partition. All have failed and left me with the same error.

I did more research and discovered the DFU mode. I tried to run the sequence through a separate set of instructions found on the site Web of you to boot DFU here. I followed these instructions completely without fault.

My problem is that whenever I plug the iPad in any machine, it will automatically now in recovery mode. I try first press and hold power for 3 seconds button, then the button home for 10 seconds, but before I can even hold power for 3 seconds button, the iPad starts in recovery mode. I know it's a long and complicated situation, but if someone has encountered this problem?

DFU mode is very very difficult to get that timing is absolutely essential. You're not the only one who has noticed this. I recommend that you keep trying until you get it in DFU, your last alternative other than an Apple Store. Good luck.

  • Home sharing on iPad not available

I just upgraded our iPad OS 9.  I turned on home sharing on our Macbook and connected to iTunes on both devices.  There is no button for selection of home network or other devices on the iPad in the music app.  The only available buttons or my music, Playlists, Radio and Connect.  How can I connect iPad to the music on the Macbook?

You have home sharing enabled on your iPad (settings > Music), using the same account that you have enabled on your Mac iTunes, iTunes on your Mac is open, and the Mac and iPad are connected to the same wifi network?

With iOS 9 you access your shared library via the button on the top middle of the page of the application of music, where you can decide whether to view your content by artist, album, songs etc. - If a shared library is available, it should show below the display on the popup options.

  • Music app hangs when downloading the smart playlists

Just turned on iTunes game and have my 35 000 songs in the cloud. When I click on the new button to cloud/download in 9.2 on my 6 s + or iPad crashes music application. I can load the songs and albums and playlists regularly, but not smart playlists.

    They affect something?

    I stumbled upon this question.

That fixed it for me was disable the "Limit for XX Gb selected by random" check box in the edit smart playlist menu.

    I hope this helps.

  • stuck on the update

My IPad seems stuck on 'verifying update' How do I turn off the IPad and power up?

You can try a forced reboot. Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

You may be able to restart the iPad, but you pouvez also find iPad went into recovery mode. When you see connect to iTunes message on the screen, your device is passed in record mode. In case this happens, look here for the solution. You need to restore your iPad if this happens.
