iPad no charging current

Two of my iPads suddenly started poster "do not load" in the upper right corner recently.  A mini iPad 2 that was barely 1 month began to do this two days after hanging to a charger for the afternoon, and just tonight, I opened my iPad Air until you find that is now doing the same thing.

Both of the iPads are plugged to wall Chargers using the charger and the cable supplied with the iPad.  We have several devices Apple here in the House, so I made sure that the iPad 12W charger is used.  I also tried to hang the iPads up to different Chargers with the same result.  Other iPad and iPhone load fine on all our Chargers.

I tried to do a full reset on the iPad mini and has no effect.  At the end of the day, I went back to Costco, thinking it was defective, only to now find my iPad Air which I had for about a year is the same thing.  This cannot be a coincidence.

We had no problem with these iPads until the upgrade to iOS 10.  I upgraded the iPad iOS 10 mini and the problem started occurring about a day later.  My iPad that air has fonctionnee iOS 10 for almost 2 weeks now, I think, and it just started tonight.

There seems to be a problem with iOS10. Just going by the threads on this forum, Apple seems to have changed the minimum acceptable input power.

It doesn't seem to be much users can do but wait for a fix.

Even though it says not charging, let it set out with the screen and see if it is supported.

My iPad needs to be reloaded, but when connected to the PC with the cable apple, says iPad not charging. Someone knows why?

This is quite normal.  Apple has designed the iPad to the only charges when it is connected to a charger taken approved or to a USB port of high amperage only found on Apple iMac and MacBook products.  If you connect it to a PC port or non - Apple USB it will not load.

Since the update my iPad Air2 ios10, it still doesn't load and I get the message "not charging" at the top of my screen. • After update 4/16 charger error "available to 99%, but no charging current.

I have a HP Pavilion dv7 laptop running Windows Vista version 6.0 (build 6002: Service Pack 2). I just receive automatic updates downloaded on April 16. I restarted the pc after the updates and noticed that battery charging (lightning) indicator flashes. I checked the battery capacity icon and it said "99% available, but no charging current. I tried to do a power off, remove the battery, power on, and then make the dough power off, resettlement and power. This has not fixed the problem. I tested the dough by removing current alternative and hurtling at 60% battery. I then plugged the AC power in and battery charged up to 99% and the battery charge indicator always flashes. Anyone know if this is a bug that was introduced with the new updates? I've seen similar complaints on Windows 7.

    Thank you

    Nina

Try removing the battery and current alternative AND THEN press on and press and hold power for 20 seconds.

Replace the battery and the AC adapter / CC and test again.

  • Not load - when my computer is plugged in it says "plugged and no charging current.

When my computer is plugged in it says "plugged and no charging current. How can I fix this so my battery is charging, I have an Acr Aspire 5610Z. With windows Vista Hoem Premium

    I meant I was just having the same problem not load and had tried all suggested. But only five minutes ago, I went to my laptop factory site (gateway) to seek help, well I found it! Under support of battery problems, I followed the troubleshooting list and #2 a;

" Remove or replace any surge protectors. " Remove the surge protectors between the system and outlet. Unplug them only in order to solve this problem. Connect the system directly to a wall socket that is well known. A lamp or a hair dryer can be plugged into the wall outlet to check that it works.
Over time, the surge protectors can develop bad connections and present a potential of incompatible power between the wall outlet and the system. Some surge protectors have fuses that have to be reset in the case of an increase in energy consumption. This might indicate there are too many devices and the surge protector with power to the surge protector limit exceeded. If the surge protector is equipped with a fuse and reset it solves the problem, remove some of the connected devices and the surge protector. Make sure that the wall outlet is not connected to a wall switch which can be turned off inadvertently.
Important: Once the problem has been resolved; If it turns out to be the cause of the problem or if something turns out to be the problem, replace the surge protector, plug it back. Always use a quality in State surge protector new or very good between the system and the wall outlet. No not the Garland or connect a surge protector to another. "

AND IT WORKED! So I thought I'd share because it was a response that has ever suggested in all the forums, I have visited. It can be useful :)

    Hello

These figures show that the battery is always 100%.

If you still see the sector, message on the battery meter does not charge, perform the following steps.

The situation you describe can usually be fixed by doing a Cycle of power on the laptop.

    Perform the following steps.

    1. shut down the computer.

2 unplug everything from the computer. This includes the AC adapter / CC, Modems and routers and external devices, such as printers, disks, USB devices, etc. Nothing should be left plugged into the computer.

    3. remove the battery.

4 wait 30 seconds. Press and hold the power button on the laptop for 15 seconds. This evacuates any excess electric energy out of the laptop.

5 reconnect everything on the computer, including the power adapter and the battery.

Start the computer and check the results to see if the problem is resolved.

  • Air iPad stopped charging

My ipad air (first generation) stopped taking a charge. It started slowly with my duty to take hold, turning and by him plugging back in so he could load, then he got to the point of loading very slowly and without green turning battery icon and no sound to make you know its plugged in. then it just stopped loading all together. its now stuck on the battery of 2% and don't load and when I plug it into the wall charger, that I get a screen Center big battery icon with a lightning bolt and the load plug icon and that's it. left is plugged for 8 hours, it does raise beyond the 2%. I took it too a shop who said they tried to fix it, but the motherboard was shot. Honestly I don't think that they have even opened it illuminates... my feeling, it's that the charging port is not... I tried all options of new Chargers, cables, blowing air in the port and all hold down button, restart things. motherboard fry like this after only two years in these things?

It could simply be the battery. Lithium-ion batteries have a limited life span. You may make an appointment at the Apple Store and ask them to check it out. However, if this place that you took that he was not an authorized repair place you could have just cancelled your warranty.

  • Air (128 GB) iPad not charging when plugged into outlet or recognized by the pc...

but the charges when it is connected to the power supply Anker.  Using iOS 8 now.  Tried to connect it to a laptop and PC, two different outlets, two different adapters Apple iPad, a car adapter, three different cables, and I get the same result. no load or no Flash.  It seems to be a very slow load when it is connected to the power/computer Jack.  The iPad acknowledges that the cable is connected but does not load properly.  This started happening about 3 hours ago.

I spoke to Apple support, and the diagnosis showed that the battery was fine and not depleted and I had the old iOS.  That could be what is causing the problem and if so... Why now?  I can't upgrade to the new iOS until I reached 50% since it does not record it is plugged into an outlet.

In general, the load on the computer USB is slower that a wall jack - however in your case you indicated that even the outlet wasn't au. Well, if you can get the iPad to 50% and update the iOS - it is certainly useful to see if he can solve your problems. The other option would be to go back to iTunes and do a factory restore

  • Is anyone using slides and inkjet with iPad iPad Pro or current Air2?

Larger than Pro iPad seems to be perfectly suited for use with ink & slide but Adobe and tutorials website lists the old model iPads as "compatible"?

Is anyone using side and with great ink jet (8 "x 10") iPad Pro?

If so, what apps do you use ink and slide with this larger unit?

I've tried the original apps (using my fingers, only), and they work but are buggy on the iPad Pro.

I am also interested to hear if anyone uses ink & Slide with the current iPad 2 Air?

I checked the auditor of the model number of Adobe compatibility for both of the above, and it is said that they are NOT compatible?

Ink and slides have been abandoned or will be updated apps and work with the iPad models currently available in the future?

Thanks in advance for all help with this!

    Hey digeratti,.

Unfortunately, the ink & Slide is not completely compatible with either of these models. I apologize for the frustrating experience, I know that's not what you wanted to hear. Regarding the iPad Pro, the best pen to use would be the pencil of Apple with the sketch in Photoshop or Illustrator to draw. I see that you have indicated that you are experiencing bugs when you just use your fingers. Please let me know which bugs you encounter when you use the key entry instead of a stylus.

    Thank you!

  • IPhone s 6 no more charging current.

Hi there I was wondering if someone could shed light on what are my options for a phone not charging?

I did a quick search, but all these so-called solutions don't did not help me in the slightest. So far, I have tried the soft reset, now the home button and lock for a good 30 seconds or so, tried different cables (where they worked on another iPhone 6 sec more). Cleared out the loading port, tried to connect to the computer to see if that makes a difference. So far I had not luck, the phone itself gives me an error to say a word on the cable is not certified, or something that confused me the light is the one that came out of the box and worked fine yesterday. I had the phone for a little over a month and he doesn't get a lot of use. So seeing as I'm already are having problems is not too good for me.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Get the phone by Apple or an Apple authorized service provider, this problem could be linked to the docking port. Your phone is still under warranty, so get this problem should be no problem.

    Launch a service request

Find an Apple authorized service provider

Make an appointment at the Apple Store

    Hello

How old is your unit and has been the problem from the beginning?
In my opinion it is either a problem with the motherboard electronic or battery failure there. The two cases are possible.

So you could buy a new battery for a check or you will contact the ASP and technicians can find the fault.

In my opinion, you should first contact the ASP. In this case, you need not spend a lot of money for a battery which could be allowed.
