  My printer HP LaserJet MFP M127fw Pro, has recently developed a problem. When a new combination modem-router brand ARRIS, was installed and the wireless network active, the touch screen of the printer would no longer meet the touch. After diagnosis by a HP technician 800-474-6836 and implementation of a replacement printer that was sent to me, I found that the problem persisted with the replacement printer. A further analysis by phone HP service technicians determined that the problem was due to a network on the printer setting. The issue has been resolved as follows:

  1. Sign up on the website of the printer using the web address printer, thus linking to the page "EWH" (?) of the printer software.
  2. Click on the tab 'network '.
  3. Click on "Advanced" in the left menu.
  4. Uncheck the "IPv6".

  It is possible that a reinstall of the printer, a re-connection of the wireless network and maybe a reboot may be required.

  I consider this process as a 'solution' to this particular problem, not a solution that would prevent the problem for other owners of printer with ARRIS modem-router.  In my case, the fix was discovered only after many hours on the phone with HP technicians.

  If you have a problem, then I uninstall and reinstall everything again.

  If you happen to do a restore to the default settings of the printer, you will need to disable the IPv6 set again.

  You can do this right from the printer. Go to configuration, network configuration, network, IPv6 Services and turn it off.

  I recently closed the led on my computer for something to eat and when I came back I was using the pc and the touchscreen began to react as if I had been hit in the same place. The pc has worked several times before, without this problem and I've recently updated for Windows 8.1 and have been running for a little over a week now. Is it against a driver or something cause I use the screen touch is it auto click in th same place all few seconds and I have to go back to what I was doing with my mouse. Online, I've read that some say it is a display problem and it must be sent repair but my message center also told me that some drivers may start not working because of the windows 8.1. I checked with the support utility and checked hp updates and updates of windows and are not available. I also checked with Device Manager for the touchsmart to update and windows says that it has the best driver available. I also checked around forums and saw that this could be a bios problem, but I can't find a bios update drivers for my pc section. Please say it is something simple and I don't have to send the computer in for repair, because I've only had it for about 2 weeks and if it is to have questions ready so who knows what it will eventually.

  I guess as you push a display context global [and maybe modal] 'launch' and 'Cancel' buttons. When you press 'start', then, you should not just push a screen - you should actually run the main application!

  To do this, you must create an application with the appropriate settings and say ApplicationManager descriptor to run it. Take a look at the documentation ApplicationManager, especially the section "running an application with different arguments. Make sure the arguments are according to the needs of your main application, not the bottom one.
