Tap the screen freezing on HP LaserJet M127fw MFP: a fix

My printer HP LaserJet MFP M127fw Pro, has recently developed a problem. When a new combination modem-router brand ARRIS, was installed and the wireless network active, the touch screen of the printer would no longer meet the touch. After diagnosis by a HP technician 800-474-6836 and implementation of a replacement printer that was sent to me, I found that the problem persisted with the replacement printer. A further analysis by phone HP service technicians determined that the problem was due to a network on the printer setting. The issue has been resolved as follows:

  1. Sign up on the website of the printer using the web address printer, thus linking to the page "EWH" (?) of the printer software.
  2. Click on the tab 'network '.
  3. Click on "Advanced" in the left menu.
  4. Uncheck the "IPv6".

It is possible that a reinstall of the printer, a re-connection of the wireless network and maybe a reboot may be required.

I consider this process as a 'solution' to this particular problem, not a solution that would prevent the problem for other owners of printer with ARRIS modem-router.  In my case, the fix was discovered only after many hours on the phone with HP technicians.

If the printer does not work properly, you shouldn't have to do something more.

If you have a problem, then I uninstall and reinstall everything again.

If you happen to do a restore to the default settings of the printer, you will need to disable the IPv6 set again.

You can do this right from the printer. Go to configuration, network configuration, network, IPv6 Services and turn it off.

    So I'm really frustrated. I got my Macbook pro less than a year ago and Ive already had to get a bunch of replaced parts. Recently my computer did this weird thing where the screen freezes and pixelated pink and yellow lines will take right on the screen. I thought that maybe when I had my computer repaired they didn't replace not all properly? I did a check of the hardware on my computer (self-control an Apple recommended prior to an appointment at the Genius Bar) and he said that everything was going well.     I have a Satellite A105 and the lower part of the 1/3 of the screen freezes regularly, but the top 2/3 of the screen is perfectly fine.

    I suggest that you run ADWcleaner.  Also check the modules under the Tools menu.  Security under Options by default.

    First, try the automated Microsoft fixit at the link below.

    Check to see if the player will now play a DVD correctly.

    If it still does not work, click on the Menu start, open the all programs, open accessories, right-click on command prompt and select "run as Administrator".  In at the prompt, type the following command and press ENTER.

    sfc/scannow                (Note that there is a space between sfc and /)

    Let the entire process, then the output type and press ENTER.

    Then, click on the Start Menu, open Control Panel and click Device Manager.  Click to open the CD/DVD-ROM drives.  Right-click on the drive and choose uninstall.  Do not delete if requested drivers.  When the device has been uninstalled click the icon 'Search for hardware changes' (usually just below help in the toolbar).  Let windows reinstall the disc and see if it now plays a DVD.

    If none of the above helped, and given that your laptop is less than a year, I would highly recommend that you contact HP using the link below and make arrangements for the laptop to be repaired if it is still under warranty.

    My laserjet m127fw mfp scanner suddenly stop working without any reason. The printer is connected to the network. I tried to uninstall the drivers and the program, restart count it and then reinstall the latest driver from HP and it stil didn't work.  I can only print from the printer but cannot scan her.
