  I have a desk that also my BB services (e-mail and internet) work and device to register. But I can't make or receive a phone call or send and receive text messages. Try calling a number any (including the short customer service number) I get only the message on the screen saying "Call Failed".   It really seems to be the same problem I had. The reason why my phone did not work (calls and sending messages) were that the phone has been updated with the index. Looking to solve the problem, I visited O2 and T-Mobile (which was the original support) and people and T-Mobile was very helpful and kindly spent some time to solve my problem. At least it confirmed what I already knew. Because the person who took this phone as a contract obviously has not paid the IMEI of my phone bill has been blacklisted and I couldn't use it in England (he works abroad). I could use only internet, emails etc. exactly as you can.

  These people in T-Mobile store after talking to someone in their service center told me that the only way to remove it from the blacklist must provide the original proof of purchase. I called customer service and they confirmed this as well. So if you have the same problem that you need to talk to the person you bought the phone and ask the original proof of purchase of the phone company. At least, it works with T-Mobile and should then with Vodafone as well.

  In my case, I went back to the phone to the Ebayer. As he was shopping, it had no original proof of purchase. It wasn't easy and I had to remind him of Ebay and Paypal political and it took some time but finally he refunded my money and I bought it.

  There is another way how to remove IMEI to list black, but not quite sure how legal, is that you will find someone who can do that in England. You can. Write on my email if you want more info and don't know what I mean.

  I have a 5 with IOS.2 which I believe is the latest and greatest iPhone.  The last week or so my phone was not ringing tone for calls or texts.  I did a number of reboots and works for maybe an hour or two but then back to the same thing.  No sound.  I changed the sounds for calls and texts, but that did not help.  I did everything suggested on the Internet so now I ask you guys.  How can I fix it?  I'm not on do not disturb, his is in place and all I can think is fair.  Can anyone help?

  When you call from another country you put only + 40 then the number of laptop without the 0 (+ 407XX.XXX.XXX)

  In our country are 4 mobile operators (Vodafone, Orange, Cosmote and Digi).

  There is a situation when if you are called to another network, the number makes an appearance with the prefix of the country as + 407XX.XXX.XXX and my Q10 recognizes not the same if the appellant, it is in my contact list.

  Today, I noticed another BIG PROBLEM.

  So, I have in my contacts... John Smith with 0722.123.456.

  When I am called by him, it apears John Smith, but when I recive text message from him, it apears + 40722.123.456.

  My stupid Q10 does not recognize the contact!

  In your FaceTime settings, what you defined as "Caller ID"?  If you have set up the continuity (continuity use to connect your iPhone, iPod touch and Mac - Apple Support) and you have the iPad set to use your iPhone phone number to initiate calls, then you will need to have your iPhone and your iPad connected on the same wifi ntetwork.

  If you set the iPad caller ID to call from, for example, your iCloud email address, then this message should disappear.

  Before we get too far, it's always a good idea to check that your 'secret' button just above your volume controls is not engaged. If you see that the yellow indicator go ahead and switch to the other position to turn it off.

  Alternatively, you can drag up from the bottom of the screen and make sure that the control of "do not disturb" is disabled.

  I think the next thing I would try is to reset all settings. Settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This will return t e the device settings, to where they were out of the box - to the factory settings. You will need to enter all the settings again including WiFi passwords.

  If this does not work, back up, restore settings, and then restore the backup. If it still does not work, restore like new.
