iPhone 6 Pixels dead (at the top left of the screen)

I got my iPhone 6 a few weeks ago, and after 1 week, I noticed that there is a group of dead pixels in the upper-left corner of the screen. I contacted apple had replaced the phone and 1 week after getting my replacement, I noticed, once again, a pile of dead pixels on the EXACT SAME SPOT on the SCREEN (upper-left). What could be the cause of this problem?

If the second device having this problem, visit an Apple Retail Store or the service provider authorized Apple next to your place to check the phone.

Replacements are also covered by the warranty.

  • 7 pixel dead on the iPhone 6 sec more

    Hello!

I bought an iPhone 6 s 12/01/2015 more. Not even a week using it.

The pixels are white and they are all over the screen.

If I take it to an Apple Store, they replaced it for a new?

I restored the OS, and I have no backup now.

What is Apple's policy on dead pixels?

    Thank you.

Yes, as long as you have not deleted the phone in water or physical damage are present, Apple will be either replace the phone for you with a new place, or send in for repair, but most likely just give you a new, since you have possession for less than a week. This is obviously a defective unit and is covered by the warranty. I hope that answers your question!

  • Satellite Pro A210 - dead on the screen pixel

    Hello

I bought a laptop Satellite Pro A210 seris.
    Professional Vitsa.

When I first turned it on, I noticed at the same time there is a broken pixel!

The ASP said that unless at least 7 pixals are broken, they won't do anything!

I am now wondering, how long it will be before more pixels don't work more, or if it will stay the same it is to say:
    Just the one pixel?
Anyone know what I can do about it and that it will be just a matter of short time before my monitor goes together?

I would really apprecaite any advice with this, from course I am sure you will understand that I am new to laptops.

Thanks so much for anyone who can give me some info etc. or help with this.

    Sand end x

  • iPhone 6 dead to the screen and cannot be replaced

my iPhone screen 6a stopped working after that it has been corrected for water damage. silent\vibration iPhone button working I tried to change the screen but it seems that the piece of hardware that connect the screen his works not showing me the white and blue lines.

I'm sure that his works, but the screen does not.

so is there anyway that I can control my iPhone on a Mac or BC? I tried to connect it to iTunes but it will take oped the access code. the access code can be opened in the computer?

I need the data in it.

    Thank you

    and excuse my English

Hello and welcome on the Apple forums.

I'm sure that the connector of the LCD screen is broken. You need to replace the entire façade of the phone unfortunately.

Control your phone, is impossible without your password.

It can be flown in DFU or Recovery mode and do a restore in order to disable the pascode, but you lose anything stored in it.

If photos, music, contacts, calendar, mail, messages, or stuff like that is what you want to get through iTunes, I highly recommend you to visit:

http://icloud.com Log in and see all your data in there (if you had an iCloud ID associated with the phone and you have not disabled auto backup.)

You can also use a projector app screen if it let's do you that.

Google is your friend in this case.

  • 6 iPhone does not load and the screen broke

Last week I went to the apple store because my iphone 6 are more charged correctly. This has happened for a while now and it has just stopped working. So I told them that and how I broke the screen during the time it did not work and they tried to do a diagnostic on it that wouldn't work if they sent away for repair. However, Im now be told that I have to pay to get my fixed screen to look inside my phone which makes no sense because you would need to open it anyway. Im still under 1 year warranty and it wouldn't make sense for me to pay to get my fixed screen probably for them to discover the non repairable phones and give me a new phone in any case. What should I do?

Accidental damage not covered by the warranty, so you must either pay for the replacement of the screen (if that's all that is needed) or pay for an out of warranty replacement.  Whatever it is, if you have an iPhone running once again, you have to pay for repairs or replacement.  Your warranty is voided when you broke the screen.

Paying Apple for the repair or replacement will be recovering the remainder of your original warranty or provide 90 days of warranty on the repair or replacement, according to the longest period of time.

In addition, I want to avoid sending them my pc everything, because I'm working on it every day.
I can't afford to spend a fay without a computer.

    Thanks in advance for answers

    Hello

In your case I would recommend seeking this document on the pixel LCD fault tolerance displays:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/TSB9502LZ0000R03.htm

You will find information on the maximum allowed and can expose a type of defect pixel that display your Toshiba LCD. If you find defects of pixels, they are of types I, II, or III, you have the right to make a claim.

In this case, you must contact the Toshiba authorized Service provider in your country in order to make a claim.

  • CS6 Mixer brush dead place near the top left of the screen

    Hey,.

I wonder if anyone else has this problem.

The CS6 mixer brush stops painting and turns into an icon of the hand, with only the finger out, when I paint at the top left of my screen. It is about 2 inches high and 3 inches from left to right.

    I don't have this problem in CS5.5/CS5.1 or CS5.

No one knows what that icon hand with only the index on is for? It is not the move tool icon.

    Thank you!

    .... I would also add that I use Win7 and a Cintiq.

.. .and I would add that the standard brushes do not have this problem at the CS6.

It sounds like what happens if the brush preview window is visible in this area.

(View > show > overview of brush)

You use one of the brushes with the mixer brush-haired?

Does make a difference if you use a standard round brush with the mixer brush?

You have installed all updates Photoshop cs6?

  • Upper-left on my screen where the arrow to the left, it used to be a drop down arrow to jump backwards a lot of pages. After installing 4.0.1 it disappeared. How can I get that back?

In top left of my screen for the arrow key to the left to return to previous pages, there was a drop down arrow just to the right, so I see a lot of my previous web pages. Since the installation of Firefox 4.0.1 this arrow has disappeared.

You can get the menu drop-down by clicking on the previous/next buttons or now the left key pressed until the list is displayed.

If you want the drop-down arrow, you can add it with the add-on of dropmarker rear - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker

  • Satellite A200 PSAF6A - DVD burning issue, pixel dead, overheating

    Hello

I bought a Toshiba A200 (model PSAF6A) of back in January, and it is riddled with problems since then:
-Can't burn DVD (not @ around 50%, any software is used)
-Several dead on the screen pixels
-Overheating when playing games (I bought an external cooling block)
-Now, all fans are dead inside the laptop! Overheating in the first 10 minutes of starting the laptop computer!

Now, for me, it seems that the motherboard may have started to die.

What I'd like to know is if it will be replaced with so many problems if I take service? (I reserved a pick-up for today)
Or they'll just to try to solve every problem?

-Can't burn DVD (not @ around 50%, any software is used)
... could be a defective DVD player. or could be bad upperfilters/lowerfilters. http://support.Microsoft.com/default.aspx?ID=314060

-Several dead on the screen pixels
... LCD display needs to be replaced if it meets Toshiba pixel policy.

-Overheating when playing games (I bought an external cooling block)
... Too much dust in the heat sink, must be blown to the compressed air, or dismantled so its really clogged. Dust accumulation is common in carpeted rooms.

-Now, all fans are dead inside the laptop! Overheating in the first 10 minutes of starting the laptop computer!
... If the fans don't turn up at all, there must be a lot of dust in there. The fans need to be replaced.

  • Point black satellite T110-121 constantly on the screen

The other day, I received my new T110-121 and after a few hours use a small black dot appeared on the screen and remained in the same place since even after the computer is turned on and turn it back on.

Normally, such a thing would be I don't mind but I just bought the laptop and it's bugging me.

I was wondering if anyone would know how to solve this problem or if it's something that needs repair?

    Hello

It looks like a dead on the screen pixel.
These dead pixels are not unusual, and this could happen.

    I found this Toshiba document:
+ Information about the technology and pixel for LCD screens display fault tolerance +.
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/TSB9502LZ0000R01.htm

It seems that a certain pixel value is necessary in order to get the screen replaced.

  • Wake up the screen on the Crown of the Apple Watch Series 2 is not displayed

Watch app (iPhone 7 iOs 10) not the screen showing wake on the Crown of the Apple Watch Series 2 (look at OS 3)!

    What's wrong?

    Thank you

    Hello

If you want to organize the presentation of the application on your Apple Watch using the app shows:

    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > presentation of the App.
  • The screen at the top of my iPhone 5 c seems to go out until I see the light coming from the side.

A few weeks ago, I noticed that my iPhone screen Pop out, more clearly in the upper right and on the top of the phone.  I see the same light coming out of the side.  When I go to push in the phone it appears just to the top in a few seconds.  I have been using a Holster speck for as long that I got on the phone and there is no cracks, however I drop the phone often.  At first I thought it might be a bloated battery, but from my understanding the battery is on the left side of the phone.  Anyone know the cause of this device or what I could do to prevent more of the screen to burst?

(I've attatched some pictures to try and see what happens if a different perspective might help diagnose the problem just ask of the!)
