  Hi guys

  I was really grateful for any help on this, I am really at my wits end.

  So my iPhone 6 more than 128 GB camera packed a few days ago. I made an appointment to repair/replace the Genius Bar and prior to the appointment back up everything on my phone to itunes on my Windows Vista laptop. All 100 + GB of it. I will mention at this stage, nothing has been saved to icloud (silly me!)

  Apple is good enough to replace my iPhone as it was still under warranty. I plugged my new iPhone forward to my laptop to restore to the last backup, in order to receive a message in order to synchronize with the iPhone I have to update iTunes to the latest version. No problem, I thought. I checked for the last download iTunes to receive a message that iTunes is up to date... At this point, I started to panic. So I tried to download the latest version of iTunes from Apple website only to be told that iTunes 12.3 works only with Windows 7 or later... AAAHHHHHHH!

  I literally my life on this phone. 5 years worth of data just gone. I can't downgrade the IOS on the phone, and I can't update iTunes on my laptop.

  Is there any fine people out there with a solution to this?

  I can load only if the computer is on and not asleep. I tried the various "power management" parameters, but it does make a difference. Any help would be appreciated.

  Follow-up...

  I'm still rebuilding my Y2P, but try this:

  -Go to the start screen

  -Start typing "energy Manager" and select it.

  -From the application (open on the desktop), expand the interface (button at the top right of the gauge).

  -Select the tab "settings".

  -Flip "on" option "load USB".

  -Put your Y2P standby and then try to charge your phone.

  -2nd test, completely shut down your computer and try to charge your phone.

  The two tests work perfectly on my my Samsung Galaxy S3 of load Y2P.

  I have iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.1. Today morning, I called a Bank and the interactive voice recorder wanted me to enter my ID number (say that my ID is P3245123G

  I gave up because I couldn't find a way to get into the letters. Can someone help me please you know how to use the keypad to enter this alphanumeric code?

  What I tried, wasting several calls.

  1. double click on the key 7 in the hope that P would come to the top, but I got was 77

  2. long-lasting 7 only 7 came

  3. press on * followed by a 7 followed by a 1 - * 71 came.

  Why things can't be more simple and explicit? Like say providing a button to change between the numbers & letters?

  There is no way to enter a letter from any telephone keyboard (iPhone or fixed phone) and do display. Generally, if the letter is to affix you enter the number corresponding to its place (7 p) and 7 displays. If this does not work with your bank, please contact them. Some have different methods, such as the letter to jump, but they normally give instructions for something like this in their registration.

  For me, as a novice by using this system, I find quite confusing to find a "Red Cross" in the MUSIC folder, when this "Red Cross" just lead you to a folder that contains pictures and videos and not relatet to any music at all. In other words, I don't want it 'plug and play', or how do to save/backup of photos, videos and music and perhaps a more detailed description of what are the terms backup/backup, images, videos and music, could save other novices like me some time she discover.

  Have you tried troubleshooting?

  1. Restart: press start/stop button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and after it stops, press on On / Off button until the Apple logo appears.
  2. Reset: press the home and On / Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
  3. Restoration: connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select factory restore.

• with IOS 10.0.2 - 5s iphone Bluetooth problems

  Since upgrading ISO 10.0.2 my M50 from PLT Plantronics (helmet unique headset) do not reliably connects with my iPhone 5 more. I have to go to the settings, activate bluetooth turned off/turned on, touch the device on the bluetooth page, etc. Once it connects successfully, it will reconnect (if I turn off the headset and turn it back on) for a short period. The next day he does not connect itself but I play with bluetooth on the iPhone again.

  Since the upgrade to iOS 10.0.1, I can no longer view more than 150 e-mail messages in a folder.  This happens with IMAP accounts as well as my iCloud email account.  Before iOS 10, with accounts IMAP, when you sailed until the end of the list of messages, the phone would then charge a 150 additional messages from the server.  With iOS 10, this happens.  Thus, on e-mail accounts that I have on the phone who do not receive a lot of messages through the day, I post only 1-2 days of e-mail messages.  The same behavior is experienced on iPhone 7, 6 s iPhone and iPad Mini 3 - all iOS 10.0.1 running.

  I have 6 s IPhone with IOS 9.3.5 and I am facing problem Sound Notifications on the lock screen. Message appears, but there is no sound. In the unlocked mode, notification sounds work as usual. I checked the following:

  1. Activating/Deactivating the mute button
  2. Maximizing the notification ringtone.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. After reading your post, I understand that notification sounds do not play while the screen of your iPhone is locked.
