  Just take a brief look at WD for 'My Cloud EX2' site, they list El Capitan as an operating system supported. Mavericks is the latest OS listed. Probably you need to contact Western Digital support.

• iPhone battery is flat and restarts every few minutes

  My iPhone 5 c (running 9.2.1) instantly goes flat after that the battery is lower than 80%, then I press the power button once and it shows low battery icon, then I press the power button a second time and restarting the phone, after I unlock my phone, the process is repeated again. I was wondering if anyone knew if it is a software problem or if my battery has just grown old and I need to replace (I bought my iPhone about a week after the release).

  I forgot the password for my tablet. Apparently, this requires a password reset disk to change it, but since I obviously can't log my tablet, I had to create it from my laptop. This does not seem to have worked, and the steps seem to imply that, in order to change the password, I need to create a password reset disk for the Tablet, and the password reset disk I created on the laptop can be used only to reset the password on the laptop. These two options are obviously really stupid. My question is, how do I reset my password?

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  On iOS 9.3, 6 s iphone, the phone will freeze every few seconds in ANY application.  When it thaws (after 3 to 10 seconds), all entries with the touch screen, the home and lock buttons will be running very quickly.

  I tried the following:

  -soft reset

  -hard reset

  -Turning off the night shift

  -activate airplane mode

  -cleaning and restoration from backup

  -downgrade iOS 9.2.1 (seems remedy) and back to iOS 9.3 (back problem)

  It's extremely unusable because typing seems frozen, then a bunch of letters appears when it thaws, pressing the buttons for locking/unlocking inadvertently takes screenshots because it saves that kept pressed buttons, apps are impossible to use, and scroll of sites and application will freeze and then jump down/up.

  See if you can do a reset... it can help him freeze.

  Tap settings > general > reset > reset all settings

  Then, restart your iPhone to test.

  My father unlocked his iPhone 5 as usual, then he got a notification on the home screen that says "password requirement you need to change your unlock iPhone code access in 52 minutes.»  We have never seen this before notifcation, and my sister and I have an iPhone more than 6/6.  I told my father to simply ignore it, but then he kept appearing whenever he has unlocked his cell phone, so I told her to choose continue.

  He chose to continue, changed the password from one to 4 digits long, and then he picked up his phone.

  Restarts, the phone prompts you to put in an access code to the first newspaper in attempt before it allows you to use the contact IDS.  It introduced the new password, but it didn't work.  He tried several times, and now it shows there are 60 minute wait.  At this point, it just goes to continue to put in the access code until it restores his phone.

  Why did this happen first? It has a 5 under AT & T's iPhone with the latest version of iOS.

  The new password longer trying to capture is correct, because when you create the password, it asks you to enter twice, and he could not continue if he does not get it right twice.  So why the code was not working?

  I see in your message that your dad's iPhone shows an error saying: requirement of password you need to change your unlock code.  It seems that your father has a managed iPhone, with a profile that is installed on it.  When a device is managed, it can have certain requirements for password as an age of access code.  I suggest your dad gets in touch with his staff, or deletes the profile.

  By default, the authentication of the user code can be defined as a six digit on taking devices PIN supported Touch ID or a PIN digit on all other devices. In iOS, you can choose from a comprehensive set of password policy to meet needs of your security. These access policies may include requirements for:

  • An access code on an iOS device

  • An alphanumeric value

  • Minimum length of password

  • Minimum number of complex characters

  • Maximum password age

  Password policies

  1. Delete the configuration profile provided with the application.
     • Go to settings > general > profile, tap on the configuration of the application profile.
     • Then click on delete the profile. If requested, enter your device password, and then press DELETE.
  2. Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

  No sorry.  If it is not saved, then there is nothing to restore.  These pictures will be gone.

  The first thing I would say (if you have not already done) is to ensure that you have the latest version of Shockwave installed.  If you have still a problem, I would like to run IE without Add-ons and then put only the module Shockwave Player and the test.  Also, follow the other steps listed here and post back with the results.
