  I have not heard that on Windows7, but it is certainly possible that I do not use the product and have no training in there (but I hope that's not true).

  The answer depends on what program messaging and the version that you are using - it is impossible to answer without knowing that.  Each stores the emails and contacts in different ways in different files, and sometimes in different places.  In general, you should find these files and then add them to your backup process (or move them to a folder that is already in the backup process).  I use Outlook 2007 and I have my outlook.pst file and file archive.pst (files with all my emails) and the personal address book moved from Outlook folders in the Documents folder in a special e-mail folder Outlook, I created for that normal backups include files (although I have frequently all backup image so it does not any differernce where the files are located).  Here is the procedure where it is your program: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/287070.  Some e-mail programs will allow this movement and others not - then you simply add the files manually, everywhere where they are.  There may be several files you need to move or to include all the information in your e-mail program (email - current and archived, contacts, tasks,...)- but again, which depends on the program.

  If you provide the name and version, we will either try to give you an answer or refer you to experts in the specific programme that will exactly how much better than we do (we have most of the references for the most commonly used e-mail programs).  Here, you will get a better answer (but requires knowledge of the program and the version).

  Hello, I got divorced a few years back and my ex-wife got custody of the children so I went never to change the identifier Apple or iCloud. My question is how do I transfer my name, payment information and email address off the Apple ID and then transfer it to her (she was stalking my phone) I'll sign account of my wife new apple but must still be able to give this account to my ex and the son who bought a ridiculous amount of songs is only fair!   Your problem is probably caused by malicious software. It is easily fixed as follows:

  1. Create a new folder of Contacts called 'Bad Contacts'.
  2. Move all contacts in the current folder to the folder of 'Bad Contacts'.
  3. Connect to the backup version of your. PST file in outlook.
  4. Copy all contacts from the backup store to the current Contacts store.

  You now know what malicious software could have caused the damage.

  just start typing the name and a drop-down list you will give a choice, select the one you want and then type a different name... keep repeating to add contacts to the to: line.

  I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with a problem I have.

  I am a new user with Adobe 9 Standard and have created an editable using the Adobe 9 form wizard form.  The form creates fine but when I create for the distribution it creates a button "submit" in the upper right of the form, which can be seen by users who would fill out the form and it puts an email address, subject and attachment details in the button, but when I go to edit the form in Adobe 9 I can't see this button or change the details that I want to change the e-mail address.

  When I first installed Adobe 9 and created an editable form, I guess I was invited for more details for this but can not find where I can change these details.

  To investigate this further by opening the form in Adobe 8 then save a copy, and then open it again in Adobe 9 I see the button and that the latter runs a Java Script, as a work-around, I tried to change the Java Script, but it seems to not work.

  Ideally, do not use the work around for change in the Java Script but would like to know what to change to make it work (just for future reference) I would like to know how to get Adobe to invite me again, for details by e-mail?

  I had the same problem with the email address. At took forever to understand, but fortunately, the answer is simple. In the Acrobat menu, go in Edition > Preferences, thenin the categories section, click on 'identity '. A name and email address you put in there will stay with the document.

• Adding HP ePrint home and Biz iPhone app - mal printer cannot find the email address of the printer

  I'm trying to connect my HP Photosmart c6380 to my iPhone. I have already downloaded the app and my printer is connected to my wireless network, as is my iPhone, but I can't add my printer to the app.

  When I go to 'Manage ePrinters' and try to add a printer with the + button I see 3 choices:

  Add x to list: "no available ePrinters.

  Manually add: I can't find the printer even email address using the instructions available on the ePrint centre.

  Add the WiFi network: my printer is not shown in this list, so it does not support Autodiscover.

  So I guess that if I could just find email address of my printer that would connect to my iPhone for wireless printing, but I can't for the life of me find.

  I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that your printer is not Airprint/ePrint capable. However, the good news is that with the HP ePrint capable home and Biz iPhone app, it didn't need to be Airprint/Eprint, as it is connected to the same network as your phone.

  Here are the steps that you want to print something:

  1. installation of the application by filling in the electronic registration and entering the code (which I believe you have).

  2. Select the item you want to print by using the menu in the application (Photo Albums, files saved, Web browser, etc.).

  3. Once you select the item, you should see article and a big button "Print" under him.

  4. If the printer you want to print to is not listed above the 'Print' button, select the icon on the right (key/computer), and then select the printer you want to use (and other parameters).

  5. press the button 'Back' at the top left, then tap "Done" (blue top-right button) and then press the 'Print' button to print your article.

  Let me know if you still have problems after following the guide above.
