In fact, my problem is that I can't connect to iTunes or iCloud by using my on my iPhone apple ID 6. The error message I get is that the password I enter is incorrect. After trying so many times my account got locked. So I ironed my password. The only thing is that even after resetting my password, I still can not login to my account because of "bad account or password". However, using the iTunes on my computer, I can access my account without any problem. To be sure, I logged on my account using a different iPhone and the connection was successful. Then, after that, I got suspicious that the issue might be with my iPhone, so I registered using a different apple on my iPhone ID and sign-in has been a success. I turned my iPhone off and ironed it, but nothing worked. I do not understand the question, is this a bug? Is anyone familiar with this problem?

  • iPhone restore backup encryption bug in iTunes

    First the details of my system:

    El Capitan 10.11.6

    iPhone iOS 6 10.0.2

    iTunes 12.5.1.21

    Steps to reproduce:

    1 backup the by using the encrypted password (current running iOS 10) iPhone

    2. once the backup is complete change password encrypted from A to B

    3. restore the iPhone using the backup.

    The backup cannot be restored with A password or password B.

    I think that most people would say I forgot the password B. You would be a mistake. Password B was stored in my keychain and it wouldn't work. To check that I had the correct password, I downloaded a password free utility cracking. For some reason, these utilities are available for Windows only. I used the utility of tenorshare. Since I was sure I knew the password, I used boxes of prefix and suffix of the utility to verify that the password is correct. The utility shows you only the first 2 characters of your password once he finds her. Since I am sure that I knew the password, I put the first 7 characters of the password in the prefix box password and he assumes that the last of them (which I knew that). Then I put the first 6 characters of the password in the prefix area of password and the last character in the zone suffix and guess the second to the last character (which I knew that too). In both cases, he finds the password, which confirmed that all my characters were correct, but iTunes would not accept.     My backup was too important to wait for a solution possible iTunes. Apple should recognize this problem and have a fix as soon as POSSIBLE.

    I have exactly the same bug... since I upgraded my iphone 6 more iOS 9.3.1 typing in imessage makes my iphone crashes too often, and the same thing happens for approx. FB Messanger keyboard disappears without reason and Iphone becoming lag. Once that have keyboard disappears, there is no coming back from this bug, and I have to restart and turn off my iphone at least 5 to 10 times a day. Please correct this and thank you!

    I would say "try and do a restore as new iPhone" like everyone else but I'm having a similar problem and nothing works! I've restored all the possible ways and nothing. I got my screen replaced and I still have the same home button but my phone updated with error 53 (makes the phone unusable) but the camera did work before the update. and Apple has released iOS 9.1.2 (13D 20) to correct the error 53 (mainly for other reasons) but when I go to use the camera, it is only black! If someone could help 'discovered' and I would be great!

    I have two problems that are probably related.

    2. on my iPhone 5, this artist has three albums with done years listed, even if I deleted all the information of the year for this artist on all of his albums. Year for each album does not appear in my library, but it still appears on my phone (I don't want the dates on my phone). Again, I am confused.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and its components correctly several times in order to get rid of these apparent bugs. I've seen no progress :/

    No chance! Exactly the same problem occurs; "Unable to display previews" and when something is selected for import, the IMPORT with Lightroom feature is grayed out. Lightroom has to be FORCE QUIT to restart.

    Many have posted with the same problem, then it is certainly a serious bug that Adobe has ignored.

    Someone at - IL from Adobe monitors these forums to resolve this bug, which did well through this recent update!
