IPhone built in battery

Hello

What is built on average of the battery? After that the original 'dies', you can not go to the service or simply replace it?

I read is built tough, but what this means? When the battery dies 1-2 years it never means goodbye for your mobile phone? You should be able to replace any battery!

It's the same terminology that Apple uses on all iPhone models. It can be replaced in an Apple Retail Store or authorized service provider.

  • iPhone 6 more battery problems?

I got my iPhone 32 gb gray space 6, with for about a year 1/2 now. It worked perfectly for 1.5 years, but now there seems to be a problem. My iPhone battery life will increase from 3% (not connected) to 15% while it is plugged instantly. Then when it is removed say 15 minutes later the dough goes straight back to 2,1,4,3%. And when my phone is charged a good amount as 75% of its battery life runs out pretty quickly. About 45 minutes if you are on instagram. My family has had the same problem and its diagnosis of apple was a manufacturing error. It was just like my situation, everything's fine until the battery starts to spoil. The Apple store was going to give him a replacement, but she told them that they had purchased a new battery to put inside. That did not work for them. But the store said that they could not provide a replacement due to the fact that the iPhone had been "worked on". If I receive a replacement? I have to pay something? They could send me a replacement?

According to Apple, only Apple or Apple authorized service providers are allowed to maintain the phone, without losing any warranty or out-of-warranty service options, including the replacement of the battery or the screen.

As to your question, visit an Apple Retail Store or an authorized service provider would be the quickest way to find out if your battery needs to be replaced after 1.5 years. According to the use of the phone, it may be necessary.

But if they do not find a battery fault, you will have to pay for the new battery.

You can also contact Apple Support for that, they can also test your battery online. However, shipping and replacing the battery may take longer to make an appointment at the Apple Store.

  • iPhone 4 s - battery problem

    Hello

I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.1.2 who must break with the battery problem almost entirely.

I don't know if it's a hardware problem, but I hope that it is a software problem so I will try to do everything as my possible to isolate and software problem.

I did a reset on iOS, but it does not solve. The next step should involve a DFU reset using iTunes but it will update my iPhone to iOS 9 and as far as I know it will turn my iPhone unusable.

The other possibility is it back to iOS 6.1.3 but it won't, I must do a restore to iOS 9 which will be a problem.

Yes, is there something I can do without updating to iOS 9?

What makes you think this update to iOS 9 will make useless iPhone?

  • iPhone 5 s - battery lasts 6 hours even on 'do not disturb '.

About two weeks ago, I noticed that my battery iPhone 5's life had been acceptable to all just ridiculous.

Last night, I put my phone on my night stand where I have 96%, I closed all applications, put it on do not disturb and fell asleep. 6 hours later I woke up and the phone was completely dead.

I have no idea why it does it all of a sudden, but it is extremely frustrating.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you very much

    Kevin

Go to settings > farm and see what application is using the most of your battery percentage. From here the user troubleshooting steps include reboot, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory. Test after each step. When you restore to the factory, don't add all the data back and test the phone for a period of time and see if changes in the use of the battery.

  • My 8 month old iPhone 6s has battery problems...

My 8 month old iPhone 6s began recently to close 20%, even 30% left of life battery.

The LOAD icon comes in saying that it is completely flat when I know that it is not. If I start to load, it shows that there's a lot of life left in it.

I am running the latest iOS and the time is updated automatically. My phone is defective? Anyone have any ideas? I would stay on the phone?

    Try recalibrating your battery meter:

    • Charges to 100%
    • Run the battery until the phone turns off
    • If it stops above 1% charge for only one minute, and then continue running the battery down. Repeat until it makes 1% before shutting
    • Load it back to 100%

If the battery is defective, this should fix it.

You can also check the battery using the autonomy application from the app store.

  • on iphone 6s horrible battery life

So someone else noticing their battery run out too quickly on an iphone 6s?  Mine has fallen by 18% overnight - with no use... very disappointed with this phone...

There are many factors that can be the cause of this behavior. If you are concerned about this problem, you can take your phone to a CENTER or an Apple Store and have their running the diagnostics on this subject. You will learn the status of your battery, but more importantly, you will learn what consume the apps for your battery.

  • iPhone 4s, new battery

Never before an iPhone, but has an iPad Mini 2 and a 3rd generation iPod. After receipt of old iPhone 4s, 32g, AT & T family member activate. The latest version of the software (iOS 9.3.2). Then picked up at the shop I-left falling for a new installation of the battery. On the way back, battery to 62% in 20 minute drive home. I put on the charger until it has reached 100%, it disconnected, slipped the iPhone. After being off the phone for about 4 hours, I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. Go web found I could restart the phone by pressing on the switch for 10 seconds and the House. It worked. Went on the web and found a way to disable several features that have been automatically enabled has no need to be on. Am followed the new battery and find that it is only about 5 hours. Is this normal or power, that I received and the battery defective the store or less?

Very probably, Yes... the new battery that was installed in fact may be defective. Your best course of action would be to resume when you replace the battery and have them check the battery and replace it if necessary.

Do not take the Apple iPhone as they will refuse service on that if repair work was carried out by a third party not qualified/certified.

  • I have an iphone 6 with battery that does not load

I have a 6 which is not accepting a charge and is completely dead. I have traveled abroad, using different retail outlets and several Chargers other peoples iphones did pay well on...

If anyone has had this problem or know a solution?

Try an Apple approved charger and cable. If the problem persists, try the procedure described in the article below. If still no help your battery or hardware may be defective and an Apple Store would need to check it out.

  • iPhone drains the battery faster under 9.3.1 - possible?

Is it just me or drain the battery faster under 9.3.1 on my iPhone 6?

It feels as if 'normal' use I make of the phone takes less time... In particular, sit and do nothing as during night.  The only thing that I have changed a few months back, it's turning off BT, I lost my helmet, but it was before 9.3.1. Its not horrible, it just feels like it lasts less time...

2 months ago, I bought an iPhone 16 GB 5 s. These last two weeks it dropped a lot of battery overnight and just recently I've been load to 100% every night and when I woke up, it was on nearly 65%. I stay in low-power mode and background app refresh all night and has not made a difference.

Have you checked the settings / / battery use, whether the app uses the battery the most?

If you haven't already done so, try to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will lose all data by doing this, but it can cure a few glitches.

If it does not, and to make sure that this isn't related software, set it back to factory settings, without using any data backup later. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone.

If the phone works as before the update, restore to the last backup. If the problem returns, the data backup contains damaged data, causing your issues.
