iPhone down constantly calls.

New iPhone is constantly declining calls.  I never had problems with my iPhone 5 and my husband does not have this problem with his iPhone 5 s.  Any suggestions?

Please, try the steps detailed here. If this is not successful I would take it back to the Apple Store for the assessment.

    Hello

For a better understanding of the question, I would like to know if the computer is connected to the domain network?

Windows® Management Instrumentation (WMI) is a component of the Microsoft Windows operating system that provides control and management information in an enterprise environment. With wmiprvse.exe, managers of files in enterprise environments are capable of configuring and searching for desktop system or network information and applications on the network. Developers use the wmiprvse.exe file to develop applications used for monitoring purposes. These programs can inform users about important events associated with the right management of network and files or applications after each event occurs.

    Method 1:
I suggest you to put the computer in a clean boot state, and check if the problem persists.

Setting the system in a clean boot state will help you determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

Note: After the clean boot troubleshooting steps, see the "How to reset the computer to start as usual after a clean boot troubleshooting" section in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

    Method 2:
If the problem persists, I suggest you to install all Windows updates available including the optional updates and check if it helps.

  • Why won't my iPhone rings constantly on incoming calls?

More often than otherwise, I noticed that my new IS does NOT sound to each incoming call.  I checked so to double these zones in areas where it is likely that I made a bad choice, but nothing jumps as a wandering parameter.  What bothers me is that he sounds sometimes, and no, I did have no link with the locale from the calls, etc.

I read that is not specific only to THEMSELVES, and various suggestions for various other models did me not any good at all.

I am confused and appreciate a fix or point me to a URL where he could be found.

    Thanks in advance.

The culprit that comes first to mind is do not disturb. Ensure that your settings are under settings > do not disturb.

  • iPhone 6s constantly turns off automatically after reboot

I have an iPhone more 6s running the latest public version of 9.2 and he began presenting questions a couple of days.  It worked without problem to release iPhone day so far here.  I was using the phone (reading e-mail, browsing safari) when the low power WARNING mode blown up when the battery reaches 20%.  I ignored and used for a few seconds and put it down to my charger and cable. All this happened in less than a minute when I plugged the charger into the socket, and before I plugged it the button home is hot and the screen would not activate.  I read another thread for this particular issue and a reboot of the phone usually solves the problem (press and hold the home key and and the button power/sleep for 10-15 seconds.)

    See this post here:

My iPhone 6 sec Home button is really hot and the unit does not light

Also, I called Apple and the representative of the Applecare she succeeded to remote into the phone and run the diagnostics, but nothing have mounted. She advised if the question comes up to bring it to a store.

The initial reboot worked fine, however I noticed later, it takes about 3 minutes after a reboot, the phone turns off again unless I use it.  Sometimes the home button gets hot, most of the time it didn't.  I'm on my third day with a semi useless phone.  I have done the following to try to resolve the problem:

    Reset: no chance

Reset to factory settings: no chance

Restore from iTunes and Back Up Software: no chance (and I've had more problems with vertical and horizontal lines randomly after a few moments.)  I had to let the phone sit an hour and 'cool', before I could do another restore)

    Restore from iTunes: no chance

I have a Genius Bar appointment for this afternoon, so we'll see what they say.

Acording to Apple geniuses, there was a problem of hardware and software, and they replaced the phone without hesitation.  It seems odd that all of a sudden it went wrong.  I read in the previous thread that some bad Samsung chips have been used in some phones.

  • IPhone-to-iPad call phone cellular continuity uses the data

Many times I drive to work using my iPad Mini 4 WiFi + cell phones driving to work to play music of different applications via bluetooth to my car audio system.

Whenever my phone rings, my iPad has the T-Mobile (my support for iPhone & iPad) also allows cellular continuity. My question is, if I were to answer the call on my iPad I will be charged data or the call still counts against cellular minutes? So, basically the iPad use VoIP (data) or VoLTE (phone calls / minutes) to manage the call? Thanks for any help!

Updated - talked with my contact at T-Mobile, who is Advisor senior technical/engineering. He said phone calls on iPad via transfer cell/continuity is currently working on Facetime Audio that is essentially a VoIP service and use the cell data.

However, T-Mobile is looking for ways to eliminate the use of data for its customers on Facetime Audio (and perhaps even Facetime video as well) through their programs free music and frenzy on. If that happens, it would be incredible!

  • Two different iPhones to receive calls from the same number at the same time

    Hello.

Latelly I receive missed calls from my own number when I call my wife. She also when she calls me. Today, my father called me and at the same time my wife's iPhone rang too! We use different carriers! How is it possible? We use the same Apple ID to iCloud and applications.

Today, I received a third sim iPhone and pitch. The problem is the same. What should I do?

You must stop using the same appleID what you're feeling is normal if you have a mac or iPad, they would be too ring

you're the appleID if you and your wife will also get the same iMessages and you will not be able to facetime mutually

If you have backed up your iPhone to iTunes or iCloud, you can easily restore iPhone from iTunes or backup iCloud

If you back up, the only way you can do try third party as data recovery program:

  • Two iphones and recent calls duplicate.

I use 2 iPhones.  One is my staff (6) one and the other is provided by my employer (5 c) for business calls.  Both have iOS 9.2

The problem I have is that my recent calls are duplicated on both phones.  My staff is T-Mobile while the other is Verizon.  Sometimes even the voice box is found on both (although the record is not on the other).  It is just listed at once.

As you can imagine, this causes me some confusion.  The only thing I can think is that I use my Apple ID on both so I can use my apps on either.  But why that should cause this?

Remember that only 1 phone actually rings / receives the call.  Any help is welcome.

    Traj

Yes, if you use the same Apple ID on both, call logs will be synchronized.

Some people have reported that, if they will turn off iCloud Drive, call logs stops the synchronization. Of course, then you can not use iCloud drive.

  • iPhone 6 fall called the AT & T network

I got this iPhone 6 since the first release without any problem.

Today, I am dumped in the middle of every call that I make or receive. I tried a few suggestions from users to change the LTE voice and data for data only, but he always loses calls. I had the problem this morning, and then also decided to upgrade to iOS 9.2.1 but that did not help either.

I have 4-5 bars of service and have had no problem since this location previously.

    Any suggestions?

Did you call AT & T to see if they have problems with the Tower in this area?
