  I have a Verizon 6 iPhone with software update iOS 9.3.2.

  Today, I found that, when answering a phone call, the caller could hear me talk through the microphone of the iPhone, but I couldn't hear any speaker iPhone sound when holding it up to my head. However, if I passed it to speaker, I could hear the voices of the appellant normally.

  When I press the volume up/down buttons, the window that opens displays the volume bar is labeled "Helmet" at the top.

  If I plug in the headphones, I can hear audio and telephone calls from other applications normally. However, if I unplug the headphones, he still seems to think that they are connected.

• incoming text no noise - 9.3.1 on iPhone iOS 6

  iPhone with iOS 9.3.1 6.  for incoming TEXTS ONLY my wife's phone works perfectly with selected chime.  EXCEPT that when I text my iPhone sound 7 will not be ringing his phone.  The parameters are the same and we have turned off to restart, changed tones, updated software.  Nothing makes a difference.

  Sounds like you are both connected with the same ID to iCloud. If this is the case, on both devices, go to settings > phone > call on other devices and which turns off.

  These contacts are set up in the correct form?  Maybe they were imported from an external source (e.g., Facebook) and therefore not be configured correctly?

  • Each contact has a name configured correctly?
  • Is there an "iPhone" identified as such by a domain name?
  • Is every single person (not duplicated) in your contact list?

  You can save old iMessage (or SMS), perhaps with son multiple recipients, including your intended recipient, which could be confusing for Siri?

• Unable to group message when an android user is involved

  Also recently there is 6-9 months, I could text of the group with a particular set of contacts, and then all of a sudden my attempts to send texts of this same set of contacts group failed with "unable to deliver.  I stopped receiving their texts of the group.  I tried texting each contact individually and managed.  I tested other contacts and texts of the group, and those who have succeeded as well.  Finally, I have narrowed the problem down to a particular contact that uses an Android device - when this contact is involved in a group text so I can't send or receive messages from this group text.  Other iPhone users are able to text with this contact group - the problem seems to be related to my iPhone.

  Contact Android has never owned an iPhone, so it is not bound in the middle of old iPhone sound that is left behind on Apple iTunes config.

  I tried to remove and re-add that particular contact, remove all my messages, hard, reboot, upgrade to the latest iOS, etc.. Nothing works.  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

• Spectrum X 2 12 "audio shit

  Sumarizing, I've owned this removable for 3 days, and the audio quality is lower than that of a laptop OnePlus 2.

  I have downloaded all updates, manually checked all driver updates and again... the same as his old iphone sound quality 4. I'm still messing with the BIOS, so why I am asking for help here.

  Note, sometimes at startup I hear no sound, clicking always tho; others, when I play music, the sound will distort at certain points. In general, not even 100% sound I get a decent quality, not even with 4 speakers do the work. Hell, my iphone sounds better with an only metallic non-Bang & Olufsen speakers.

• Individual ringtones for duplicate in Contacts entries?

  I've set up three different people (my wife, daughter a me) in the Contacts application to have the same phone # and ringtone (which is different from installing default ringtone in the settings).

  When my wife or daughter calling me from the phone at home, I think that the iPhone would ring using the ringtone I set up for them.

  However, the rings of the iPhone using the default ringtone instead.

  No idea why and how get the iPhone sounds using the ringtone I have install for these contacts?

  OK, here is the solution to the problem.

  I have the same phone number in my contact, my wife contact card card and the contact card for my daughter (which houses our phone number).

  The minute I removed the entry for this phone # in my card, my iPhone has produced the correct ring when called from this #.

  Perhaps, in the spirit of Apple, whenever someone calls my house phone number, his will be either my wife or my daughter, not me (there is no option in my card, as the owner of the iPhone, to set the ringtone as there are in other contacts).
