iPod Touch iOS 3.1.3 not backup
With the help of iTunes on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 12.3.2.35
When I plug it I get the "iTunes could not saved the iPod because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPod."
I tried to delete the file from backup several times.
All the other things I can try or is this compatible not like anything that is more than two years?

My iPod touch 4.2.1 is not synced with iTunes 12.1.3.23
I just bought a new computer with Windows 10. I transferred my iTunes library from your old computer to the new. My iPod Touch 4.2.1 does not synchronize with iTunes 12.1.3.23. The songs are in the iCloud, but with a different number of plays at the library that I transferred. When I connect the iPod to the computer, it displayed in iTunes. When I click on sync, it shows that it is syncing but the game lists on the iPod do not day nor do the reading counts in iTunes.

Yes, as long as the device that does the backup iOS 6.1.6 and during restoration iOS 6.1.6 or later
To restore backup see:

IPod touch ios 9 Virus/melware
An iPod touch running iOS 9.3.2 will get a virus/malware safari? (It is not jailbreak) and the attacker will find here where I live? Thank you for responding!
#1-No
#2-maybe. By snooping them may be able to find your public IP address and BOF that they can get your site in general. If they know the yo wifi network are connected to so that they can most likely get your locations since it is the operation of the location services on the iPod.
