iPod Touch iOS 3.1.3 not backup

With the help of iTunes on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 12.3.2.35

When I plug it I get the "iTunes could not saved the iPod because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPod."

I tried to delete the file from backup several times.

All the other things I can try or is this compatible not like anything that is more than two years?
