  It seems that your AIP-SSM20 is configured to use an http proxy to connect to the Internet. If you allow the IP address of the AIP-SSM20 management in your web proxy, it may solve your problem.

• vCenter Licensing Question

  We are currently conducting environment vSphere with vCenter Server 5 5 (using the VCSA).  My vSphere, ESXi licensing have the right to upgrade to vSphere 6, but is not my vCenter license.  After further review, we have seen that the SnS support contact us on our vCenter license had expired in January 2015, so we went ahead and got that renewed back support.  My question is, now that we have renewed the support we may update this license vCenter vCenter license 5 6 or we will have to buy a new license of vCenter 6 new?  I checked my VMware Licensing Portal and this shows that we have supported on vCenter 2018 license, but I don't see any option upgrade to this topic.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  as far as I know all the licenses that are (or were taken over at the time a new version was released) by an active subscription can be upgraded. When you select "Update license keys" in the drop down menu "I want", you should be able to select and upgrade your vCenter Server license.

  1. We currently have a Pro license and produce about 12 apps, iOS and Android. If we buy a company subscription, can all 12 apps to be transferred to the license of the company, in addition to being able to create new applications under this license with all the Enterprise features (personalization, law etc.)?

  2. Agency 'A' won a contract to carry out the app for a publishing company. Agency 'B' loses on contracts, but provided services of editing for 2 years. Agency B used their own enterprise license to generate and publish applications for the company.   1. Yes. It's just an update license that applies to your existing account, all existing applications will always be there. You can modify existing applications to take advantage of the enterprise features and create new ones.

  2. There is a process where we can migrate apps by one body of the DPS system to another, but it requires manual labor and you must call assistance. Note that for the moment we are dealing with not such applications due to some technical work taking place (in order to make migration less manual and more easy for us to do internally), but you can certainly contact the Gold technical support and ask them to put migration on the list based on that taks techniques are completed.

  The unit was sold as a single IP integration. My client needs Dual Switch with an Ericsson PBX. I received the license key of ORC, and I opened a folder of TAC.

  TAC said that the license file will not allow installation double switch integration. The Cisco SE on the account indicates that the license key will allow me to make the integration of the double switch.

  The is correct. Any customer with a license 4.0 can do double switch. You don't need a special permit.

  IPS signature license must be purchased separately. SMARTnet covers only the material and also download the IPS software, more support of TAC.

  You cannot buy a stand-alone appliance IPS IPS subscription.

  You can buy either of the following:

  (1) CON-SUI-IPS4240 for example which includes Smartnet for hardware, software, and the IPS subscription.

  OR /.

  (2) CON-SUSA-IPS4240 contracts are sold only to customers who have purchased a support hardware and software through a reseller/partner contract.

  CON-SUSA... cannot be sold on its own, it must be sold in conjunction with the reseller/partner support contract.

  You can consider deleting access to shared storage that you build a fresh or upgrade because it eliminates the risk of overwriting your data warehouses.

• vCenter 5.0 updated to question 5.5 license

  What's my 5.0 good vCenter for 5.5 Server license?

  If so, I need to find a way cancel the assignment of the server vCenter 5.0 so I can apply it to the installation of 5.5.

  What I did I cloned VM running 5.0 and then did the upgrade to 5.5 on the clone in trial mode.  When I look at licenses in 5.5, I see the vCenter license assigned to the 5.0 Server (because the clone includes the database containing the license information) and I don't see a way to remove the attribution there.  When I choose the license of vCenter Server 5 licenses, there is an option under Actions to remove the license key, but it is grayed out.

  I just noticed the same problem with the vSphere 5 business licenses.  They are also assigned to the 5.0 VM and the delete keys option is grayed out.

  When 5.5 is fully operational the plan is to shut down the old Server 5.0.

  Just to finish this point, what I've discovered, is the name of the computer that is listed in the granting of licenses was just the name stored in the database of licenses on the local computer.  I discovered because I cloned this virtual machine, even if I changed the NetBIOS name, VMware has always thought that the name was the old name.  Once I followed all the steps needed to change the name in VMware, the license reflects the name of the local computer.  I thought that the license was aware of several machines in the infrastructure and had the license assigned to the wrong computer.  All together.  Thanks for the help.

• Windows 7 OEM license Question

  My brothers and I built a gaming PC, and I have a question of a Windows 7 operating system license, we bought. In 2014, we bought an OEM Windows 7 on Ebay that came as a Dell reinstallation DVD and an OEM unused license key (which worked correctly). We have installed on our PC, but we did not activate the BONE to what we decided to upgrade to windows 10 via free update of Microsoft.

  However, due to the terms of the OEM Windows 7 license, I wonder if it was legal to put our BONES and our key on our PC. Therefore, I have a few questions:

  2. have you upgraded to Windows 10 change the legality of our BONES?

  I have improved my Foundation 2.5 Server vCenter to vSphere 4.0. The Foundation Server managed a single host VMware ESXi 3.5. After I updated, I added a HP ESXi 4.0 host. ESXi 3.5 host gets its license to a central license server. ESXi 4.0 host has a 60-day evaluation license. I looked at the license for the HP ESXi host tab and noticed that the only licensing option is to enter a key. My first question is, ' is it possible to use a centralized with vSphere 4.0 and ESXi 4.0 license server? I downloaded the distribution for the ESXi 4.0 HP host so that I can get for my HP hardware monitoring agents. I have to go back to HP to get a key for this host?

  The license server is necessary unless you continue to use 3.5 hosts.

  ESXi 4 can be a free license - sign up for vmware for a free license code - but it can then be managed from vCentreServer, only the direct vSphereClient, which has characteristics of low-cut.  Having said that there are many uses for the features single and manage only one host at a time by the customer.

  Hi all! I am a student of Web development, and I was thinking about a purchase of the Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium Student and Teacher Edition 5.5.

  I read a lot of posts but could not find all my answers. I even talked to Adobe online help, but it could not answer my questions.

  My questions and I sorry if I do you this either repeat for the umpteenth time:

  1. Can I design graphic and Web sites for clients during the internship, or after graduation, with the Student and Teacher Edition?
  2. I sell everything I have create using the Student and Teacher Edition?
  3. I realize that the Student and Teacher Edition cannot be upgraded. Should I want to upgrade after that I control, I don't then purchase a commercial license?
  4. Not really a question, but more of a request. A large number of positions point HERE or HERE about the updates, but for the life of me I can't find a price for improving the student-teacher edition to any other license. Could someone tell me PLEASE in the right direction?
