This function is no longer in the printers driver as his already in most photo programs. For example, if you open the image in microsoft paint, you may choose to flip the image horizontally and print it out. This will give you the required result.

  • HP Officejet 8610 printing on transfer paper

I am very "disputed tehnology" and would appreciate your comments. I have printer HP Officejet Pro 8610. I'm making t-shirts for my son's football team and have the iron on transfer for tissue paper. Instructions to print are to select 'image mirror or flip before printing' for letters is displayed correctly after ironed on the shirt. I can't find this option anywhere! Anyone know how to this printer?

    Hey Soccer Mom!

That's how I made my girls of volleyball shirt:

    1. use the printer to scan the image on your computer as a .jpg file

    2. open PowerPoint (PowerPoint comes with the suite microsoft office)

    3. Select Insert from the menu bar

    4. go to your image and then click on Insert

    5. the Image will appear in your PowerPoint file

    6. on the FORMAT tab, select the rotation Option

    7. in the menu drop-down select horizontal turning

8 print this image on plain paper to be sure it is what you want before using the transparency paper

I'm sure there are other firmware out there that can turn an image for you.  That's just what I have on my computer at home, and it worked pretty well for me.

    Good luck.

  • OfficeJet 7500e910: how to get my Officejet 7500 e910 to print on disc (thick paper)

I'm trying to print on what they call BeadBacking of Nicole, who is a heavy, rigid, paper fiber.  It goes through other types of printers inkjet without problem.  I can't get my printer to sell the sheet.  He stuck about 3 inches in the printer.  I can't find anything that allows me to adjust the thickness of the paper.  If I used a program like CorelDraw, would that help?  Is there a way I can use Microsoft Office programs to print on this kind of paper?

I don't see any spec s the site of the Nicole for thickness BeadBacking, but based on the photos it looks way too thick to print directly.  You may consider printing to an iron on transfer material to get the models on the heel of the backing material.  According to media handling specs on page 176 of the maunal here the maximum weight for cards would be 110 lb material.

  • Please help a noob! What package of Photoshop?

I would appreciate some advice of what Photoshop package/program I need to buy.

My goal is to design small words/images to go on the clothing through iron on transfer.

I am also interested in design designs custom chalk board for the birthdays of babies/children, eventually in maps etc.

Have no idea where to start, so any help is greatly appreciated!

When it comes to printing on a transfer, any program of editor-in-Chief or a vector image will do. However, when it comes to content on the transfer, then it can make a difference on what you choose.

Detailed drawings of high line require illustrator because it has tools that take advantage of this type of work.

Photographs, gradients, effects, are better suited for Photoshop for the same reason.

Photoshop elements is a great beginner/amateur program. He does a lot of hand with the help of assistants, etc.

Photoshop on the other has no features for holding by hand. Instead, it provides a deeper feature set to provide more control over how the result will look.

  • Shirt print

Have you ever had a photo that you thought would look great on a shirt?

HP is a great way for you to do it easily and at home.  The product being described is the HP iron for transfer on fabric.  Here's the 8.5x11 letter type transfer format documents that are used to apply the desired image or a logo for a shirt.

The printer for this is defining transparency and not all printers offer this option.  The reason for the option of transparency, is that it tells the driver to reverse the image so that it is common sense in the face after transfer on fabric process.

These appear on the HP shopping site by clicking here.

    Hope it will be useful.
