IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Windows 7

I was doing a bsod IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL approximately one minute after that I start windows. I can run it in SafeMode very well, and I have not recently installed a new hardware or software.

Technical information: * STOP: 0x0000000A (0 x 0000000000000000, 0 x 0000000000000002, 0 x 0000000000000001, xFFFFF80003A89C3F)

Any suggestions are appreciated. I am a noob to this computer stuff, so if I need to give more info just tell me where.

Thank you!

Patrick

Happy to help you.

You still have remnants of installed Symantec (ccsetx64.sys).  You must use Symantecs uninstaller to get rid of all the bits.

These 2 were from the pilot checked and linked to the pilot of ndisrd.sys assistance NDISRD NT Kernel Resources.  I would remove at least to test or so critical to current update

First of all, I'm on a brand new computer, hardware nine and new installation of Windows 7, including windows updates and all updates of pilot (that I know), as well as other software (eg games).

However, when I browse with Firefox (watch Youtube) or game too long, my computer blue screen and the blue screen tends to change. Sometimes, I have no information on the blue screen, sometimes it says IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal but sometimes also to mention storport.sys.

    Hello

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community Forums.

According to the description, it seems that you are having problems with BSOD error messages while browsing the YouTube site with the FireFox browser. I will certainly help you fix this problem.

Since the system file posted, looks like you are having problems with the Intel AHCI drivers on your computer.

    (1) was there any update of hardware controller or drivers of storage recently controller?

    (2) have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

Method 1: If so, I suggest you to make back the drivers to the previous version and check if it helps.

Method 2: If this isn't the case, I suggest you to install drivers AHCI update from the Intel Web site or the manufacturer's Web site and check.

I hope it helps. If you have any questions about Windows in the future, please let us know. We will be happy to help you.

    Hello

    I've updated my laptop DV6-1020el of W7 to W10 (32 bit).

After updating I got often and randomly 0x00000a irql_not_less_or_equal error message.

The RAM is OK and no virus found.

She seems a driver issue, but how can I find what is the driver indicted?

    Thx a lot.

    KR

Unfortunately, there is no HP Win10 driver for your device. HP is not no matter what timetable indicating when, or IF, they will produce drivers for older machines.

You can try to use Windows updates to find the drivers from Microsoft deposits for your device: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139

If that does not do anything, you should read this another link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-dv6-6000-Entertainment-Notebook-PC-series/5048664/model/5077076/document/c04758308/

If Windows Update doesn't give new drivers, you can pursue alternative which are described in the linked Microsoft Windows Insider community thread: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/wiki/insider_wintp-insider_devices/how-to-install-and-update-drivers-in-windows-10/a97bbbd1-9973-4d66-9a5b-291300006293

If you then run into trouble, install the drivers through Windows Update, you can try to use of Microsoft Windows Update Troubleshooter: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/open-the-windows-update-troubleshooter

  • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000A after installing Windows updates

Blue screen with the following information:
    IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    STOP: OxOOOOOOOA

I get this error for the second time in two months on a Lenovo R61 laptop after installation of the latest version of Windows Update there is very little time.  Sometimes after a few minutes after the start-up of the machine without provication.  The first time was the same scenario, but seemed to go away after a week or so mysteriously.  I used the laptop for almost a year with no problems before installing updates.

I have Vista pre-installed with the recent updates installed.

I don't have a new hardware or drivers that could lead to conflict - it comes factory all installed on the laptop.

I have 2 GB of RAM, but I have a NVIDIA chipset.

I tried the defragmentation tools, system repair, etc. without change to the problem.  Any advice?

    Hello

Check the updates of Windows to see if a driver has been updated all the time that these questions came.

    Cause

This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.

The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.

If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.

    Solve the problem

If a kernel debugger is available, get a stack trace.

To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. Press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system.
    3. In the Windows Advanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration . This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.

To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus scanner, or backup tool

    1. Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or driver that caused the error.
    2. Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
    3. Run the diagnostics of equipment provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the scanner memory. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
    4. Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.
    5. If your system has cards (SCSI) small computer system interface, contact the card manufacturer for updated Windows drivers. Try to disable sync negotiation in the SCSI BIOS, check the wiring and the SCSI ID of each device and confirming the proper termination.
    6. For devices (IDE) peripheral electronic integrated, set the built-in as only primary IDE port. Also, check each IDE device to the right setting master/slave/stand alone. Try to remove all IDE devices except for the hard drives.

If the message appears during installation of Windows, make sure that the computer and installed devices are listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.

    Comments

Before upgrading to a new version of Windows, remove all third-party device drivers and system services and disable any antivirus. Contact software manufacturers for updates of these third-party tools.

  • Screens of Windows Vista blue on each startup, alternating memory management and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

PC a friend, apparently blue screened during the connection of its new iPhone 5. As I said in the title, the blue screen seems to alternate between Memory_Management and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I can start in safe mode but impossible to activate the Windows service install. I installed SafeMSI and always impossible to uninstall anything. I installed Revo Uninstaller, uninstall of Windows/application still does not work, but I used it to remove iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Support, etc. Also, I can't use any network in safe mode even when the boot safe mode with networking so I can't check for solutions online. I did comprehensive RAM test-run Windows diagnostics, diagnostics of HP, MemTest86 or about (ran without error) 8, tried with each RAM stick only, tried with each in different locations, tried with two other sticks of 1 GB matched RAM, try with a different from 2 GB RAM stick, tried in all four memory locations.  I also ran ComboFix and MalwareBytes, Chkdsk, sfc /scannow...and probably others that I can't think of right now. I was going to just to reinstall Windows, but when you start the ISO that he allow me to upgrade, it will wipe the data. Same thing when running in safe mode. It blue screens a few seconds to load the office so I have no time to do anything normal start-up. Oh, I also did a start diagnosis "clean boot", etc. - blue screen every few seconds. When I boot mode safe, it works well with the obvious exception of services that I have to solve it. I also tried to boot to the last good configuration, try the Startup Repair and attempted a system restore, but event viewer informed me that all the restore points had been deleted for one reason or other. Any help would be appreciated.

    BCCode: 0a 0x0000000A

    3. In the WindowsAdvanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration .

  • [Solved] IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error when installing Windows

I tried to update my system Windows 7 to Windows 10, but during the installation, I got the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen and after it restored to Windows 7 I got the notification that the installation of Windows 10 stopped with the 0xC1900101 error code - 0x2000C.

After I disabled most of my hardware and uninstalled all of my programs, who have used the virtual hardware and I still have this error I tried to reinstall Windows 7. But during the installation, I got a blue screen with the same error and technical information, I do not understand:

(Sorry, I don't have all of the 2nd to the last line, but the only thing missing is a 0)

So I guess it must be a hardware problem. Can someone identify what problem it is maybe?

As I read somewhere, it might be due to the RAM, I ran MemTest86, but unfortunately I do not know how to interpret the results. I only noticed, which proved of MemTest86 memory, addresses that should not exist as far as I know that (I) have 8 GB of RAM and the only errors were produced in some of these addresses:

That would mean, the RAM is responsible for the blue screen? And if so, can it be fixed, or I have to buy new RAM?

    My system:

    CPU: Intel i5-750

GPU: MSI GTX 970 games 4G

    RAM: 2 x G.Skill 4 GB DDR3 DIMM Kit - 1600

    Radio: Samsung EcoGreen F2 1.5 TB, SATA 3 Gb/s (HD154UI)

Thank you in advance for your help!

If you need additional information, feel free to ask.

Enter the BIOS a voltage increase of memory by a small amount, and then relaunch Memtest86. As is - what you are configured to use XMP mode?

You have the most recent version

    Memtest86 +:

This is going from a boot floppy / CD or USB and must eliminate or confirm if one or more of your sticks of memory are bad or the values of the SPD in the BIOS are correct.

Let it run for as long as you can: 2,4,6,8 or several hours (at least 3 full passes), if no errors at that time then your ram is OK.

    Hello

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded: run DriverView - set the VIEW to hide
Microsoft drivers - update those without drain in their names. (Also update the BIOS and the weak)
level chipset drivers on the site of the constructor/the system motherboard.)

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers to 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods above is)
to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are are preferably)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, this leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who will be generally
be older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it)
and then go look for new ones manually if you wish.

My computer has recently been blocked every time the screen goes blue and it says the cause of was irql_not_less_or_equal, has happened four times now, I have reinstalled my graphics drivers from AMD, twice, twice the completely uninstalled and then reinstalled, it still happens so I don't think that is the problem... even though most of the posts online say that it is probably the cause. It happened once in game, and then all other times happened while on Skype and I watch a video, or alt-tabing out a game on, most of the time Skype. I bought this laptop 2 months ago, and all I've done is played games on it and installed the necessary software and all my drivers updated. I don't have a clue as to what caused it or what to do...
