  The purpose of the training of recovery is to store all the files needed to do disaster recovery, when the system becomes unstable. The recovery disk is actually a partition on the hard drive of your computer - not a real physical disk. There is much less space than other drives. If you use the recovery disk to store files (such as backup files), the reader is full quickly and can cause serious problems when you need to use the system recovery.
  Note: Do not store files on the recovery drive. The only files on the recovery disk should be linked to a system recovery.

  Hello, in my "On Mac" section, it says I 233 MB of space on my 121 GB of Flash storage. Previously, I thought it was video files, but it was buggy mac section. There is also a way to restore all the files on my macbook at their stage of default, that I would also be interested, especially if there is a way to do it without rid of files I already have.

  Select Start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, cleaning disk to emptying your trash, delete temporary Internet files and other selected options. I recommend also you click Other Options, System Restore and delete all but the last system restore point. Run Disk Defragmenter.
